Everything was good. Had the parts I needed on a Saturday afternoon when no one else was open. Wasnt the air through caps I wanted I should of checked before I left (my fault) but I made them work regardless.

Do not go here. I came in to buy the supplies for a simple oil change to do myself. I got a 15 quart oil catch bin to catch the old oil for $25. The hole was way too small on top of the bin and it led to a messy job with oil all over the concrete. I then went to advanced auto parts and found a 15 quart oil catch bin (same size) for only $11 with a much wider surface area to catch the leaking oil. Advanceds part was far superior, and less money. To add to my troubles when I got around to putting my oil filter in the one NAPA gave me was missing the rubber O ring. Had I not have caught this I wouldve had an oil leak, which if not spotted couldve led to engine damage, and costs that would far exceed all the filters Id ever have to buy in the lifetime of the car. High prices, poor products, and slow staff. I wont ever go here again.

Would not honor the NAPA parts warranty. Originally purchased starter from local shop during repairs. This starter went bad. Purchased same starter from another NAPA parts store in location while on vacation and NO one wants to cover warranty. Now going to mechanical shop where original starter changed in attempt to get money. Just want cost of starter covered, not installation. Warranty should be corporate wide, part for part.
