Went in for a Kohler air filter for my toro 22 came out with $10 less and a Kohler air filter. Staff was able to put me in the right direction so I didnt have to look for it. Great experience.

I went in looking for door locks, they had 1 set of 3 that one key would work on all locks. I asked a worker if they had anymore I would like 2 sets that would use one key, Mr. Campbell offered to retumble 3 more locks so that I would have all 6 locks work with one key.

If I call and ask about an employees rude behavior towards me and you tell me if i dont like it bring it back. That is worst customer service Ive ever seen.Until i called to talk to main manager same guy was on there and i was told to bring the item back.Im so disappointed.I always say M&M had great customer service but they are worst.If their is a large group of them they wont even move.Just chatting away.You could always count on their employees to go above and beyond now they struggle with etiquette?The more i remember the more I miss.It used to feel like a warm family atmosphere there. People remembered you. They asked if you needed anything else. I might be asking for a lot but I dont think so. Thats is how you get repeat customer service.Employees think they are always right not the customer.

I returned to the area a few years ago from Florida. I cannot recommend any other retail that has such excellent customer service except M & M! There are always plenty of staff on hand that are more than willing to help. If they do not know the answer, they will find someone & come back to give you the answer. In the service department, I had both mowers serviced & rented equipment. Each employee has been so kind, helpful, with a great attitude. Thank you M & M!

EXCELLENT customer service on a busy December Saturday. Id have to say the best in the area for a retail store. Absolutely beautifully decorated Christmas trees adorn the store, so many terrific holiday decorations to choose from. I bought a really pretty wreath & garland. Owner is super supportive of area schools. Knowledgeable staff that can can help track down old repair parts you wont find in the big box stores. Also offer rental equipment and small engine repairs.

Friendly people to greet you at door and direct you through out the store to find what whatever you need. If not able to find it they will work to find out if there is a way to get want you need. A great store hope it stays around far longer than most of the recent stores that are closing or have already closed.

Watch out on these husquavarna mowers they sell. You can get the same model elsewhere a lot cheaper, and the ones they sell lock you into using their data plan. Ones at Lowe’s does not. Also the ones at Lowe’s for a cheaper price have a bumper. So they are making their $ by locking u into a contract like cable and cell phone does. The data plans run $240 s year! Lows let’s u use it with your own! I suggest waiting prices will come down, competition will increase. And after the battery dies these units must b thrown awAy, the batteries run as much as the mowers.Do your research or u will end up making a mistake

The new tv commercial portrays truck drivers as lazy. I am a truck driver of 30 years. It is a skill and profession to do my job. I drive 100,000 miles a year,the average person drives 15,000. I work long demanding hours and safely. It shouldnt be my job to unload the freight that YOU ordered. My job title is truck driver. When I pull into your business without damage to anything I did my job. I think the expectation of the driver portrayed here is as funny as the hateful grumpy old man that runs your lawnmower parts and repair dept.

The best hardware store period. The service is impeccable and the staff is as knowledgeable as one could wish for. A great break from the big box stores as the experience here is welcoming and extremely friendly. It is a True Value but it is operated by a family and it shows as they will male you feel welcome and do not insult your intelligence like the big box stores so often do. Stock is somewhat limited but you can order anything and everything you need for diy projects or simply getting keys copied. One can only hope a business such as this will not be pushed out by the likes of Lowes or Wal-Mart. While the prices are very fair and competitive it does not offer the variety and discounts of said BBS. But I would gladly pay a few pennies more for much higher quality and the comfort in knowing that they will gladly take returns of unwanted or improperly purchased items. A relatively small store that manages to carry seemingly everything imaginable. A real gem.

This store capitalizes on personal services to the customers and are good at it. Prices are more than fair and quality is excellent in the products they sell and service.

True Value is the best place to go for customer service and those articles that are hard to find. I highly recommend M&M True Value.

Ive always preferred M&M over a big box store because the staff is so knowledgeable and willing to assist you. My recent experience blew me away though.A few months ago, I set my sights on a new traeger pellet cooker, The timberline 1300! They are a Trager dealer but werent a platinum dealer, so they didnt have the grill. I spoke with Annie the manager about it and she said she would try to get something going. Long story short, Annie calls me multiple times over the course of 5 or 6 weeks to update me on the progress and just the other day called me to let me know it was in! I showed up today and they had one put together and ready for me to take home. Nothing says customer service like that! Theyve certainly won me over as a lifetime customer!
