Not a typical winery but nice and cozy place to get some wine in downtown Stevens Point. Wines are pretty good. No food service though.

Amazing place. they make their own wines and bottle it. very nice selection and they do different things like paint nights and stuff. the hanging chairs are great to relax in. i would recommend this place for a nice relaxing evening out. or a night out with the girls. you can do a tasting too if you dont know what you like.

Fantastic winery, My wife and I had a wonderful time, bought two bottles.The young lady was very helpful!

Dont waste your time doing the tour. Nothing worth while to look at in their basement.Sampling was good.

I recommend doing the Saturday tour and tasting! It is a fun afternoon activity.

Sunset point Winery has an awesome atmosphere, great wines and fabulous musicians. They have great gifts for all occasions!! The chocolate is to die for!!! They run a top notch business and I am a regular customer. @Daniel James I asked them to sponsor Max Koepke, the 18 year old exceptional musician whose parents attend with him. He does not drink. I know the family well. The students whose age you did question, did you personally card them? They were carded that night and they are of age--they look young these days!!! I happen to be a college instructor and know many of the students who come to Sunset. I have never seen a minor there and I would definitely address it if I did. Please be careful of posting false information.

The staff was super kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. You can test 6 different wines for 5 dollars. The dessert wines are fantastic, but they also have a beautiful selection of a variety of wines.

Amazing spot. Ive taken many people here for the tasting of their delicious wine. Also extremely affordable! Would recommend the Blackberry Midnight and the Peach wine, as well as the Vortex. I will be coming back!

We were a group of 6. We had a great time enjoying a great presentation of wine and background. We enjoyed our hostess and her knowledge. She answered every question! The Dark Side of the Moon is amazing.

The staff were knowledgeable and gave great information about the wine. The tasting room was a great place to sit and relax.

Visited late afternoon on a Saturday. Very original atmosphere for a wine tasting room with lots of light and places to sit.The tasting doesnt include the dessert wines which were $2 more per pour plus more $ if you want a chocolate with it. Ironically those were the only ones I enjoyed so I bought one of each. $25 is pretty steep for a bottle that contains so little. The rest of the wines were either too adventurous or not at all.I wish I would have felt a little more welcome. Felt we had to rush because the tasting area was so small. Our staff person was brand new and wasnt exactly getting willing help from the others.Hopefully they find their niche. Not to many choices in the area for wineries and they could do very well in the long term with some improvements.

The dark side wine is awesome

I have visited twice. Once last year when some friends who have a band were playing and once last weekend. The atmosphere is very informal and relaxing and the staff are friendly and helpful. Tried several wines on both visits. They make the wine on premises and there is a wide variety to suit everyones taste. You can also purchase cheese, sausage and crackers on premises which is a nice compliment to a good wine. The prices are reasonable and You can sample before You purchase a bottle.

The staff were amazing and polite. The wine tasting price is to die for. Wine lovers please check it out for the sake of me. You wont regret it!

The life music last night was fantastic! Just wish we could have done a tasting. They only allow for by the glass during music. Well just have to go back!

I think they have a really good wine selection. My all time favorite is their dark side of the moon. The best desert wine Ive ever had. Worth a visit.

I was expecting a lot more than we got. The guests that where there when we arrived stared at us like we didnt belong, though the bar staff was very kind. They claim to offer flights but you really get one tiny sample at a time because they dont have enough glasses, so you pretty much have to stand at the tiny bar the whole time unless you know what you want beforehand. Bottles are pricey compared to some fairly local competition with equivalent flavors.

Very cute but were sold out of a few wines when we visited. There was live music and it was very lively and a great atmosphere.

Was so disappointed. We stood at the counter for 15 minutes and the three bartenders never stopped and asked if we needed help. They all were to busy helping a much younger group of 5 young ladies and when that group was helped another group of 4 young ladies walked in and they spent there time helping them I guess we were not as important. will not b going back.

Extremely friendly staff and very unique wines. Only caveat is that many of the wines seem incomplete and could be improved.
