Came to my home and replaced my windshield on my car while I was at work, they made everything very convenient considering my work schedule was the same as theirs. They did a fantastic job with the replacement.They have definitely earned a repeat customer.

Mark did a great job fixing our RV Windshield. The price as decent and he and his staff are great! A pleasure to do business with. They even allowed me to hook up to electricity and use their internet so I could work while we let the window adhesive cure. Just a great experience. Mark created a frameless glass enclosure for my shower with a half wall of glass & installed it beautifully. He also replaced & installed a window. Marks installation staff led by Bobby were always kind, respectful of my furnishings, as well as everyone in the household. His clerical support staff were always kind & responsive, as Mark was during the preparation & installation process. They came on time when they/I established an install date. Truly both look amazing. I am very grateful and I greatly appreciated their work in my home. I will definitely use them again, and again! Thank you!

Im incredibly happy with my experience from A+ Glass. I would expect a GM windshield to be easy to come by, but I didnt expect it to be in stock in Stillwater. Nor did I expect same day service. I dropped it off at 2pm, they said about an hour to install and then it needed to sit for 2 hours. It was ready to go by 5pm. They did a great job, were super friendly, and made my truck look good as new. For any auto window repair, Id recommend these guys.

Great experience getting my windshield replaced. They got my car on the schedule quickly and the new windshield looks great. Hopefully I don’t have any glass problems in the future, but if I do, I’ll be returning to A+ Glass!

Takes way to long to complete tasks. Ordered a sliding glass door and it took 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived the glass was unusable and the company sent it back. I am now waiting another two weeks to get it installed. 5 weeks without a door rationing air conditioning to avoid high bills during the summer has become a nightmare as I continue to wait and wait for this to be completed. Then there will be no compensation or discount for the trouble and hassle of waiting. What a hassle and the company’s slow production and service is at the root of this frustration.

I’m an A+ Glass customer for life! I own a local business and came to my shop on a Saturday morning to find the glass broken on my door. A+ was closed but the owner himself came out on his day off to fix my door! He brought his baby grandson with him because they were spending the day together. As a business owner, I know what types of sacrifices we make for our business. Mark gave up time on his day off with his grandson to save my rear and didn’t even charge me. I would not go back. Glass quality is sub par. Nothing out of the ordinary and I had chips in my windshield within 4 months. Nothing that should have chipped my windshield ever hit it. Instal was ok but some of the seal was not properly aligned.

My sons rear window of his truck got busted out at school. A+ Glass had one on stock & got it replaced same day. They even gave him a ride to and from his dorm when he dropped his truck off. I was excited to find such amazing people.

I am very disappointed with the auto windshield replacement I recently had completed at A+ glass. Although their customer service initially seemed excellent, when the work was complete I discovered I had a loud wind noise and other problems due to the molding trim kit not being installed. After multiple inquiries, A+ glass admitted although they did charge me $229.60 plus labor for the kit, it was not installed. They advised me most people do not mind situations such as this, and insisted that because I had gone through my insurance company and opened a claim for the repair, the additional charge for material and labor not actually completed was of little consequence. After a heated telephone conversation with the owner, I deeply regret having chosen A+ glass and do not believe this is a reputable company. The owner subsequently left a detailed phone message for me, in which he reiterated his lack of concern over the situation. This has been an extremely disappointing waste of time and money.

They got me in and fixed my window regulator same day, will definitely recommend them to anyone needing services.

I asked A+ to replace a windshield in my Chevrolet truck. They did a great job installing it, and the new glass looks fantastic. The entire process took a few hours, and I am very pleased with the result. I asked them to make sure the replacement windshield was good quality, and did not have any distortions, folds, or other optical defects, and the new glass is flawless.

We purchased 3/8 tempered glass for a home project from A+ Auto Glass a couple years ago. The price was reasonable, and I was really pleased with how helpful the owner was. He offered advice on getting the proper measurements and installing the glass. I enjoyed working with them, and Id go back if I had additional business.

Went in to get the rear window on my wifes truck resealed and they cut the front windshield out instead. Wife was out a truck all weekend while they ordered a new windshield. And when I picked it up nobody even said sorry or offered a discount on the reseal. Very unfriendly and unprofessional work.
