One of the best targets! Despite some low stock sometimes.. youre going to find that its like that everywhere :) if one doesnt understand that, they need to get with the program! The employees are always so busy with trying to get the shelves stocked and orders put together for online and pickup.. but they wont hesitate to ever help you out if needed! Credits to these guys. !

Very clean atmosphere. Had Starbucks right inside the entrance door. If youre just browsing, theres many things to see. It would be nice to have some baby booster high chairs where the back goes up above the babys head.

Frustrating when you place an order and it say all of the items are in stock, and then you get an email stating half of the items have been removed from your cart while you were on the way to pick them up. Then when you go in the store on a Saturday, they have five isles blocked off by rude employees who act like you’re the one who is the inconvenience for walking down the aisle. Doing my grocery shopping elsewhere. I’ve been grocery shopping at target for over 10 years.

Went in for some groceries today and most of the items I needed were out of stock. My cashier was not wearing a name tag and didnt say a word to me the whole transaction. As a former employee, its sad to see how downhill this store has gone. Not to mention the store has incredibly poor management and a staff complete of snotty teenagers. Do better!

Much smaller target since most are now Super Target. Walking in brings me back to the early 2000’s before targets were upgraded. I don’t blame this location since it’s connected to the strip.

Love this store also. Its obvious that Target takes pride in keeping there stores stocked, clean, comfortable. The people were very friendly and helpful. It shows Target cares about there associates, not to mention the environment. They have paper bag choices. I will be back trusting Target stores more now.

It is the convince of not getting out of the car and picking up items that I needed. The team member who brought my my order was awesome! I had two separate orders and she was able to bring both of my orders. I have no complaints! This is my fifth time using drive up!

I tried the new drive up experience on my lunch break. It was awesome! Everything was ready. The Target employee was so quick that I didnt even see him at my window. He was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. He loaded all of my purchases in my car. There is no way I could have gotten everything I needed during my short lunch break without this. Thanks Target!!!

Great fun for kids of all ages and dogs too. There was apple tasting, apple picking, goat feeding, and walking through the vineyard! My 13 yr old and I loved it!

I went in to Target with my sister tonight & was checking out & the cashier, Kellen (I think thats how you spell his name??) was SO sweet! We talked about kombucha & then thought I had lost my credit card but overall just a really great target run!

My husband and I normally shop at this Target on a Friday or a Saturday every week. More attention needs to be paid to restocking the shelves! For the last four trips we have taken, there have been NO large bags of Tidy Cat litter on the shelves. We are a four cat family, and have always been able to get this product there before. The cheese and frozen food cases are usually wiped out as well.

The people here are very helpful and friendly. When I was looking for a product, an associate came to me and asked what I was looking for. I told her the item and she not only showed me the item, she suggested another item that I might enjoy.

I love this Target! Excellent customer service, always a friendly and welcoming environment to shop in! They forgot to remove a Black Friday door buster tag for an item, but matched the price anyway! I have had nothing but positive experiences like this while shopping there and I will continue to be a regular customer!

Clean and resonable prices and helpful staff

Went to purchase a couple of things but also had to do an exchange on a defective end table.Firstly, I think it’s ridiculous that I had to bring the entire built end table in, just to exchange it for new drawer pieces, when in the end, you’d end up with a defective product, why not just take the pieces from the box, exchange them for my defective ones, and damage out the boxed end table? Now I have to build the entire thing, just for a few non-functioning drawer pieces.Secondly, as I was shopping around for other miscellaneous things, not a single worker asked if they could help me find anything, and they all looked like they’d much rather be anywhere other than work. I overheard another customer asking a worker to help her locate something and the employee responded with “I’m on break, I’m not allowed to help you.” You can’t take 30 seconds to tell her where to find beach tables? Stay off the sales floor, then. I’m a manger in retail, and I was absolutely disgusted. I would never say that to one of my guests.Absolutely horrible location. Will not be returning.

Horrendous management experience.I work at a local bikeshop and an individual brought a bike at this Target store, and this bike was assembled severely incorrect. and Target would not reimburse the individual for their time or convenience outside of a 15$ gift card. The fork was on backwards and the brakes did not function in the front! Amateur and unprofessional. Due to this customers experience, I will no longer shop at this corporation. They could have easily made it right by covering the work this bike needed to make it right. They couldnt even do that.

After living in much more populated cities for years, it always feels like a luxury walking through Stillwaters Target. A nice place to get the stuff you need.

My friend was in target breastfeeding and a male worker asked her to stop because it made others uncomfortable!! He also had the balls to say he its in the policy book that they dont allow it. Get real target and get your staff educated on laws and Target policies.

Target is my go to for pretty much everything. Their produce is over packaged in plastic though.

Went online to purchase a lego set #75974 for 39.99. Saw it was at Stillwater Target so I didnt order it online but instead went there to pick it up. Went to the Lego aisle and the same set was marked 49.99 ( $10 more). Took it to the register and it rang up as $49.99! Showed the clerk my phone with the online price on Targets own website and she matched it...but clearly Targets and its prices are NOT to be TRUSTED!!!. SAD! I never shop there unless I HAVE too!!! If you do shop there. I would wonder if I have overpaid. I think that their store price should be the SAME as their online price....NOT MORE!!!

This is my favorite Target. Selection is great, usually very quick checkout. Easy to find items you need quickly.

Its not a Walmart, and that means it carries things you want, but wont find at Walmart.You need to pay attention to what and how much, but the place is nice, people are great and helpful. I like coming here.

I have been on hold with customer service for the past 30 minutes. This is rediculous. I bought a carton of laundry soap I didnt realize was open and it spilled all over. At least it isnt Comcast???

I walked in right away to use the bathroom and one of the cleaning guys wasn’t going to let us in so he could clean so we would have to wait but then he let us in saying we only get 5 minutes which I found very rude. Next we were going to go get a freezy and there was no worker working at the station and so we left to do shopping we kind that there were a lot of workers just wandering around with nothing and some of them were negative and had bad vibes. Well we were there some of the things we needed were out of stock like you have workers to work why aren’t they?! And so we ended up buying only 2 things. After that before we left we’re going to go see if there was somebody at your food court area and still nobody which we were in that store for quiet a while but nothing! This target in Stillwater, MN needs more positive and hard working staff that are nicer. But till then I will not ever being going back and is your bathroom cleaner the food court guy cause if so that’s disgusting!!!!

Beware Stillwater Target’s cell phone vendor, MarketSource; likely violated FCC laws; incompetent; stole tel#UPDATE: Not only did MarketSource (Target’s cell vendor) refuse to allow my mother to keep her phone number (it’s one of her only ways to communicate), the sales person “A” sold her a more expensive plan (Weds. 8/29/18) then she previously had before, and didn’t need. Believe or not, Target sold my 85-year-old mother a high speed data plan for (wait for it) her LG flip phone. Today (9/2/18) I spoke to the manager Kevin, who behaved like a real pr*ck, and he was equally ignorant of cell phone porting laws. He told he if terms were in someone’s service plan, then they were bound to them, but he admitted knowing nothing of FCC’s porting laws, which mandate you can 1] keep your number; 2] your old carrier must port it over; 3] even if you are late on your bill.The manager Kevin tried to tell me her old prepaid bill was unpaid. Probably because “A.” told him. Well, I did my research and my mother’s prepaid phone was fully paid up and has never been behind. It still had money on it. The carrier themselves told me today. Kevin doesn’t know his job. And he stuck up for his employee in a very cocky way. And repeated all the wrong information, with no facts at all.Luckily, her old plan was also an AT&T prepaid plan. Salesman “A.” who sold her that plan said he didn’t know. So today I fixed everything: ported her number to her new device, shut off the new account, and got a refund from Target in the form of a money card.#Original Post#My elderly deaf mother had a question with her phone she bought at Target. Target and MarketSource disavow each other, so neither takes responsibility. She came for service, and the same sales guy who sold her the the phone (“A.) sold her a new phone she doesn’t know how to use — PLUS a new plan she didn’t need, stole her number, lied, said she couldn’t keep it and it wax given away. Nonsense. I called to complain, told him he violated federal FCC law. Target manager J. had been EAVESDROPPING on my interstate phone call without my knowledge, told me I was being “rude” and hung up on me.Amazing in one breath J. told me Target could not be do anything, then aided the cell company behind my back.She won’t even give me the direct number of the vendor on her premises! And salesman A. wouldn’t give me manager K.’s last name, or number. So now I have to get the local police and the City of Stillwater involved. Target Customer Relations is dragging its feet, says they escalated the case, but didn’t save the notes from my initial complaint as they said they would.And I haven’t heard back. So, likely I’ll have to send the police to the store unless the City beats me to it.
