Ive been to this location a couple of times. No matter what time you visit, the cookies are always got and soft like they just came out of the oven. A cookie place with milk should be the standard but isnt in most places so to find tons of milk was awesome. This time I tried the punkin spice latte cookie and the peanut chip cookie, both were amazing. I will definitely return here when Im in town.
This insomnia cookies is the best establishment I have come across in my life. The workers treat you like family and make the best cookies I have ever have. This is my first time in Oklahoma and they made me feel at home. Dylan, Simmen, Steff, and Michael are now my favorite people in the world. I would give them the world if I could because they deserve nothing less. Thank you for my amazing first cookiewich I have ever had. Love you all.

My mother ordered cookies as a just because surprise for my kids. Super sweet, right? Too bad it took 3 hours and several phone calls trying to find out where they were before the cookies arrived. Were lucky we got them at all. I was just about to step outside to call them myself and give painfully specific instructions on how to get to our house thats right on a main road in-town when I saw the driver walking up to our neighbors house. Checked to make sure the address was input correctly; it was. Theyre just incompetent. Heres to stale cookies.
Let me clarify that I do love the cookies at this place. They get only one star because they dont accept cash. This is absolutely insane. Everyone knows CASH IS KING!!
Great cookie place that gives you warm cookies!! This location is super hard to get a parking place in front of with it being across from the campus.
Ordered two cookie ice cream sandwiches at 9:15pm on 04/09/2021. Waited with nothing delivered and got a call at 11:30pm the same night saying they couldn’t deliver and I could get a refund or have it delivered the following day. I wanted to be nice, so I said to deliver at 3pm the next day. 3:40pm rolls around and nothing got delivered, so I called and explained what happened and how I want a refund. I was given a refund but no apology and was then hung up on. I used to order here a lot, but not anymore after that.
Last two orders here have been wrong and taken forever for them to correct their mistakes. The employees don’t care at all. One has been on their phone the entire time I’ve been waiting for my 3 cookies for over 15 minutes.
I tried to get delivery from them never received my cookies. Waited until my delivery was an hour late and called them to ask for an update and they rudely said um were short-handed so you need to wait. I think theyre on delivery. And then she hung up. We tried to have Grubhub get an update from them and they ignored them. Had to cancel the order and get a refund. Disappointed.
They delivered our cookies to the wrong address and I’m pretty positive instead of making new they went and picked them up and brought them to us. They were hard and cold. Not to mention they don’t knock or ring the doorbell they just set them on the ground and run. You have to be watching for them to know.

What a joke- they say they delivered it to my hotel room! I waited an hour +, called them to see what happened. No text, call or knock on door...tried to tell me that someone must of taken it. Their delivery contactless policy says they will watch you receive it. Cant give u a refund, have to call customer service- what a joke!

I ordered delivery, cookies and ice cream. The cookies still were soft and warm! The ice cream hadnt melted or anything. Hunter, who delivered my order contact less, gave me a call to let me know he dropped it off. He was super nice and I appreciate him walking up four flights of stairs to deliver them. Not only did they make us order online outside in 30 degree weather, but they gave me the wrong cookie! I think it is absolutely rediculous that they didn’t have anything on the website saying you have to order online and the lobby is closed. Very poor customer service.

I normally love insomnia but the service is horrible now! If you’re expecting curbside pickup to be realistic, don’t bother. They will not answer the phone. It took ten minutes for me to get someone to answer and when she did she told me she was busy and that it would be a minute. I still haven’t gotten my order and I have been here for over twenty minutes watching people come in and out. Why say there’s curbside pickup when it’s a complete joke?! New training looks to be necessary.
Would have been great cookies but horrible service meant cold cookies and a sour attitude. We ordered cookies at 0807 p.m. and were told that there would be a 30 to 45 minute delivery time. That was perfect for us as we were finishing up our dinner at the station. I advised our name, spelling it out, our physical address, and no special instructions.I received a notification of a missed call at 0858 p.m. with a voicemail stating that they, insomnia cookie driver, were outside. I walked outside and there was no one there. Everyone in our station took turns trying to call insomnia customer service and the order number with no answer on any line. It was decided that we would then drive to insomnia cookies an hour and a half after our initial order time to inquire about our order.Upon arrival we were advised that standard practice to call twice and leave a message. There was only one phone call, there was no attempt to knock on the door, though our bay door was wide open and they made no attempt to contact us. The gentleman at the counter said they would have knocked if the door was visible. To put a cherry on top of this horrible service, we were unable to get a refund for the delivery charge on our cold cookies. They didnt even offer us new warm cookies or an apology.
Came in and tried to buy a few cookies. Were told they do not accept cash. I know of no covid 19 transmission by cash purchase. What a joke. Never again.
Really great cookies and ice cream. 4 stars because delivery takes well over an hour every time even though the site says 25-35 minutes. Impossible to get ahold of over the phone to check on an order once your submit it online.

Always pretty fast delivery, however their order/delivery tracking system is not always correct. Cookies are super soft and chewy, so you might want to call them if you want crispier cookies. Snickerdoodle and the mint chocolate chip are my favorite!

I absolutely love Insomnia Cookies! We order from them frequently. Tonight we ordered and when we got our 12 pack (10 red velvet and 2 snickerdoodle) we were 1 Red Velvet short. To make up for it they sent us another box with 5 cookies and a handwritten note apologizing for the 1 missing cookie. Great cookies and amazing customer service!

I love insomnia cookies but I ordered almost a hour ago and instead of contacting me about my order or even checking if they got the right apartment they just left it and I’m really angry because it never showed up And now they are having to remake my order again and who knows how long it will take this time. I’m never ordering from this place again late at night next time I’ll just go there myself if I want some cookies😡

They ALWAYS close early and leave the OPEN sign on while employees look at you trying to come in. Happens to me multiple times when I show up over an hour before they close. No notice on the door about closure.

If I could give it less stars I would. Gets the order wrong every single time and will waste your money bc they will give you less than what you ordered. And then when you try to call nobody helps you. So if you really want to get scammed out of $10 order delivery from here!!
What could be better than warm, fresh from the oven cookies? This place is amazing, and we have never had a bad cookie. The only downside is the lack of parking on the Strip, but Insomnia Cookies delivers! I highly recommend the snickerdoodle and the M&M cookies.

Ordered a cake early in advance, actually had to because they wouldnt let my husband order in the store. We had the date selected and the topping we wanted. Went in to pick up the order, and they had the date wrong on their end and the cake wasnt ready. So my husband had to wait 30 minutes for them to make it AND he couldnt get the topping he ordered/wanted originally. It normally wouldnt be a big deal, but this was for a birthday...
I ordered a cookie cake for my son yesterday. Being a student at OSU with a crazy schedule AND the fact that he didn’t answer the unknown number (Insomnia trying to deliver), the delivery guy returned the cake to the store. The amazing young lady, “Deanna” I believe, who helped me early the next morning, made sure that another order would be baked and delivered again! Thank you for such wonderful customer service!!👏🏻👏🏻
Quick and easy with warm, delicious cookies. What more could you ask for?? This really is a great place, whether it’s a study break during finals week or after a night out with friends.Note: credit cards are only accepted on purchases that are $3+. While this doesn’t seem like a lot, a standard cookie doesn’t fit the requirement. So unless you’re loading up, make sure to bring cash!

Was very excited to have my very first Insomnia Cookie. The delivery driver was extremely pleasant but after she left I noticed two of the cookies I ordered were missing. I immediately called the store they were very sorry and happy to compensate me. The manger hand delivers the missing cookies along with a had written apology letter stapled to a bag with Insomnia merchandise inside. Its very rare that people care so much about their costumers. It made my heart as warm as their delicious cookies.

So frustrating. Ordered an hour ago for delivery and still says “baking”. When I call they put me on hold and I waited for 30-45 minutes. Ridiculous.

My only complaint was the phone call. They did not inform me the tip needed to be added at the time of the call. I was expecting a tip amount on the physical receipt. Kind of a hassle to call back after you stuffed yourself at midnight and just want to pass out. The delivery service was very prompt, polite and professional. 3/3 Ps Rating.

I ordered cookies at 12:34 AM, after an hour and a half passed I called to check on the order, they said the phone number I gave was wrong, and sure enough it had one number wrong. The lady said shed get the correct number to the store and have them redeliver...at 2:15 I called again and was told it was out for delivery. I called again at 2:28 am and just told them not to bother. The customer service guy (who did not exhibit many customer service skills, and seemed very put out that I was bothering him at all) told me that I had given them the wrong number and that they had tried to deliver. He finally agreed to cancel my order. I wont be ordering from them again.

The cookies are not made in house but prepackaged for the store and baked. I called to setup a gift delivery and was sent to a national call center. They were confused with how to deliver to a building at the university and wanted an exact street address. The cookies are convenient but a disappointment in overall quality.
