Very difficult, if not impossible, to get help there. I walked by a gaggle of workers by the computer monitors with most of them looking right at me, none offering assistance. To be fair, one worker finally did come up to me and offered help, but not until I no longer felt like shopping. Could be a great place to shop if employees would act like customers werent such an imposition.
Not enough merchandise in store. Sales clerk did pull up LG appliances for me. 1199.00 pricey but I need a new stove. I will contact store about stove in a box. With the way the economy is items in boxes should be shared with customers on fixed incomes..Senior discounts..lol. Store was nice..staff was excellent. This is my first big purchase I have used Sears outlet.

Normally I would rate this store and its personnel 5 Stars, But today it seemed like everyone was new and didnt have any real answers to my questions. They were literally guessing, Very friendly service, but not helpful. Not to mention the three items I specifically went in to purchase were out of stock! Thank goodness the turnaround time for them to ship it directly to your house only takes about 2-3 business days or 1-2 weeks is shipped directly to the store for some reason. I still purchased my items. I just hope that next time I come in I have a better experience.
Everyone there was helpful, they made it quick and easy, I really dont have any complaints other than their prices are a little steep. However, they usually have what you want in stock.

First time ever going to a Big Buy. Would have been nice if they had a person greeting you and giving direction to area youre wanting to shop. It is a large store...wall to wall electronics. I was able to find what I was looking for relatively fast on my own however. Checkout took all of 5 minutes (only because I bought a 2 yr protection plan). Cashier was friendly and explained the protection plan. Total trip time to buy a full HD smart tv= 15 minutes & low price couldnt be beat. Happy my little trip to Stockton was a quick and pleasant one!

My family and I went to Best Buy for a pair of Samsung headphones..the sales associate showed us the variety of what they had and took our pick to the register..The whole experience was quick as well as pleasant.
Very sad. Hoped to buy new stereo system but nothing on the shelves.Store was messy and in disarray. The only salesperson I encountered did ask if I needed help, which was nice but no products. Went home and decided to purchase on line.

Got frustrated trying to buy a new computer from their website so decided to just go in. This is where it all started to get better. Found a nice employee who s showed me what they had and explained all the pro and cons. All in all I went home happy and had my new computer up and running in meer moments.

First interaction was good, a rep in the printers helped me immediately. I had to buy a sound bar, and I did basically all by myself. I stood for 45 minutes looking for someone and deciding, finally I walked wound the store finding someone to get the one i wanted. He was young of course and did not care I waited long and then to the register. I should have walked out and went somewhere else, but unfortunately no time for that. Hope their service goes up because I used to love to shop here.

Bought an open box - excellent, meaning its supposed to come with all original items possibly sans packaging. The gentleman loading it into my vehicle assured me the extra items would be taped to tv. So theres no remote. Also, this tv didnt come with the wall mount. Which is an included accessories given it doesnt come with legs

I super love this store it is one of my faves down to the sells rep to geek squad everything i love but i didnt care so much for the delivery service i received just a few days ago . The delivery driver was very rude and did not do the job that was included with the delivery, and just left my product on my doorstep and refused any other service. That i was very surprised and disappointed about.

Good prices and selection on computers and electronics. But I Couldnt get anyone to help me in electronics . Even after choosing a DVD player at random, the cashier walked away as soon as he finished with the customer ahead of me . He was slow at his job and seemed annoyed that he had to return to the register . .
I went with my phone to get a replacement with the insurance that I got from Best Buy. Surprised that I couldnt get a replacement at the store that now I have to go through geek squad and pay deductible fee. Which they never told me when I bought the phone. I had to wait almost a week for my phone to arrive in the mail. I couldnt get one from the store unless I wanted to buy another phone.😠😡
I have only had one bad experience there out of the million times Ive gone. That speaks to the training and professionalism of their staff. They answer all questions to what appears to be the best of their knowledge. They dont try to upsale unnecessary items, and the employees are kind. Ill forever be a best buy member. Great appliances, laptops, earphones, TVs surround sound all of it. A true winner.
Decided to try curbside pick-up for the first time! I was amazingly blown away!! In under 4 minutes my merchandise was not only brought out to my vehicle promptly but loaded into my vehicle and ready to be transported safely to its destination!! All in under 4-5 minutes! In my opinion, Best Buy performed a miracle this night!! Mad props!! 👏👏👏

They no longer answer the phone so I drive my 6 backup batteries over there, asked the clerk if they take them for recycling, he said yes. I haul those heavy things in & when he sees them says no they dont take them. So I end up lifting them more than necessary & take them back home. Waste of time & sore back for nothing!

Wanted to buy apple watch SE they took 30 min to help me they told me to wait. I had to track them down and ask for help. Once I was being help I ask some questions about what was the difference between the apple watch 6 and the SE they had no idea. I had to check online YouTube and look for myself. I also ask for a watch SE 44 mil and the guy tried to give me the smaller version 3 times. I made it clear I wanted the 44ml and he brought me the smaller 3 times if I hadnt check the box before paying I would had bought the wrong watch.
Always have what I need for my car and computer.

My rating is mainly for mobile computer/laptop accessories and the area. It seems like the aisles were somewhat filled with products; however, nothing seems to be in the correct spot as far as cables, extensions and converters (USB C to HDMI). If I did find something I needed, the boxes were in bad shape or open boxed items. There seemed to be way more open boxed items than new product when it came to the cables.In general, when it comes to wanting something such as a camera lens or a smart watch, 9 out of the 10 times, Im told they can order it for me; the product is not in stock.

Just bought a jbl 9.1 soundbar system. All they had was an open box, but guaranteed their geek squad checked it out and was 100% there and in perfect condition. We live one hour away, cannot get ahold of the store. So now we are stuck with a non operating system, with no resolve. The phone gets transferred to a central number that does nothing for the customer other than say take it back to the store

I didnt catch the associates name but I had a nice guy help me with tvs. I knew what I wanted so he showed me where and made sure he asked any questions before leaving.. he didnt push any sales pitch or something bigger or better than what I wanted. He showed me where I needed to be, let me find what I wanted, showed me some accessories I needed although I ended up not getting any. He rang me up very fast. Didnt push the sake of the accessories and just made sure I got what I needed. Always good staff here
