Terrible experience in all of my home furniture buying experience. They didn’t communicate, didn’t listen, weren’t prepared, lacked sense, unprofessional, poor customer service, lackadaisical and ended with them damaging the structure of my landlord building. They didn’t call me to quickly take care of this matter and have the nerve to ask for estimates. Had me wait for my refund. This company is trash and I see it comes from the top because Steve Lavender is the big boss but he’s terrible too! I had to call them, no one called me. I didn’t do the damage and I was honest and upfront about my building. They told me and showed me it was in a box and they would assemble the furniture after getting it into my building. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Not the same place I remember. They dont have alot on display. Nothing caught my eye. And I have purchased many items in the past from this store.
