After buying a product at a 200% mark up, and the product being defective. Getting the attention of these people for an exchange or refund is like next to impossible. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Staff is knowledgeable on rc topics however are unwilling to assist on issues preventing my rc needs to become operable.

The place is full of nice colletible pieces, very nice but is hard to find a parking place but the people on the place is not too friendly, maybe I had something on my face because they keep looking at me like if I was very ugly.

(Also same as vtm Motorsports) Very unprofessional, went too see about getting my 7 year old daughter atv fixed and they refused to even work on it because they had to many to do. Said we would fix it ourselves and they sold us the complete wrong parts went to exchange because mind you they don’t do returns and they gave us more wrong parts just to get us out of there! Then my daughter dad tried to express how one guy was being rude and the other employee threatened to start a physical altercation!! So crazy I’ve never been so disappointed with a company in my life!

Bought a 150cc scooter from them in early December and still have not received the registration documents (Xmas day) they told me they would mail to me (in Modesto) in the next day or two! Very poor service and customer communication. May have to return the scooter!

Very poor place bought a dirt bike from there didnt even have it for a year my nephew rode it and the dirt bike broke in half went back to see what they can do and they was so rude i told them that we would see them in court and they told us to go ahead we have more money then you all we wanted was for them to fix it and they said we would have to pay for it witch is very wrong the guy was so rude we work hard for our money and we try to keep our money local because God knows Stockton needs it I cannot believe that when I said what do I need to do show the GoPro video to you cuz I have it on video the forks just snapped off he told me go ahead do what you want to do cuz I have more money than you thats not very professional at all and I did tell him on my way out hey can you pull your pants up at least you know youre talking to a customer thats sad

I dont know how this company is still in business very rude and disrespectfull. Very pushy on buying a bike from them and after the sale of the bike would not help with anything of anything hope this place is not around much longer buyers beware.
