I had some crackle in my speaker so Decided to fix it. Juan was helpful in making an appointment for my car on my day off and letting me know the price before they started working on the car. Owner provides care & concern for the customer. I could not afford his pricing to install alarm / security system, or to add GPS navigation for my car.He said that he would give me a good price for the labor but that is too high for me. The price of the GPS navigation kit is very near to their labor charge.I didnt get a break in the total price I would have to pay.

Just picked up my car an was surprised by the low quality of work at this joint. The stress level and discomfort is at a high in this facility coming straight from the oldman to the young buck that run the place. I didnt pay any mind to it when I first got there but then seeing the result of the tint job, I can see how it all correlates. There is so many bubbles on all the windows and there is two scratches on the driver window. One had been covered with a black sharpie. I complained and the young buck said it was my fault because my glass was chipped by one of the scratches. Then I asked what about the other scratch, and he said thats what I should expect for paying $180 for a tint job and not to expect quality!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Pacific Audio for being the worst place in Stockton!

Ok I feel really bad for taking so long to write this review. I had a PT Cruiser and I needed someone to install a Amateur Radio in it. For those who dont know amateur radio (ham radio) its like CB but with a license. Anyways the kind of radio I needed installed was one they didnt sell and was a complicated install because of the car. Most places wont install anything they dont sell. Anyways these guys offered to do the install at a good price. They had it done in a little over an hour and they were awesome. Everything worked perfectly and the install was clean and professional.

Got my new speakers and sub installed a couple of weeks ago. Went from Kicker to Jl Audio and it absolutely rocks hecka hard. I never heard it so clear before thanks to Juan and his staff. My pickup is a happy camper now

Ive brought my truck here numerous times and every time Juan is extremely helpful with all my inquiries. Started off with just a simple overlook of what was previously Installed elsewhere and quickly became my trusted source for stereo and install needs. Ive purchased and had them install a deck and just today had a full reinstall of my bass setup and added an highs amp with all high quality wiring. Soo far couldnt be happier with the setup!!Special thank you to Adam who did the install and was sweating working so hard even though it was cold outside haha! Hella clean work!!

I WONT recommend this shop to anyone at all. Good at start with all the pricing and talks but talks is not enough. We brought our 04 Toyota 4runner to their shop to have it installed with touchscreen stereo and backup camera. After installation of said accessories, we found out that our dashboard has been chunked off about 1 cm square and worst part is the installer try to fix and conceal the damage. No words to us about the damage until were on our way home. One original bolt is lost they replaced but different from original. Very poor craftsmanship and installation. The USB port is wired from stereo going out to the glove box. Now we have wire dangling under the glove compartment. No aux input installed (bummer). During our arrangement of their compensation to the damage, juan, the manager even scare us that if we go to court were gonna lose because we refuse to accept their compensation. My opinion, dont let them dictate whats good for your car. If you need to go to court, do it. Juan even said dont listen to what people say in Yelp. I say, what the heck! how did this guy get the manager position? Did he really understand the word business or marketing??. Nobody can convince me to go back to this shop anymore. Im done
