Great place. I needed nitrogen in one of my tires. I called Vic at Brannon Tires and he made sure that my tire was taken care of that same day. He made sure we were safe for our long trip. I wish they were still at the mall.

Some of the guys were quite nice but they fell short on delivery. I got a wrong quote that they wanted me to pay for and then they ordered the wrong tires for my car but didnt realize before they already dismounted my rims and tires. Then they had me come back another day where I had to wait for about 5 hours when I was told it would get done immediately. After driving the car a couple miles down the street we found out they balanced the tires wrong so we had to do the whole entire process all over again. Huge waste of my time. I dont think they are very careful with double checking things. Keep in mind this was my only interaction here so not sure if this is typical.

This place is always pretty busy whenever I go here, but they do good work, especially on recaps.. Although if you get tires foam filled, be mindful that they may be the cheapest, but they chunk fill the tires first and then fill them with foam. This can make the tires wobble when driven.. On smaller tires its fine, but on larger tires I take them elsewhere.

Friendly staff. They made me feel taken care of. Plenty of comfy waiting area indoors or outside. Working on my car takes less time than getting to be next in line to have the car worked on. They’re busy and I get it. Quality does not suffer because of it.

Took my car in to get it serviced.Got the struts and shocks repair. The car didn’t felt right while driving took it back told them I head a sound coming from the tires if they can Please check out so the they they said nothing wrong just needs couple of days to adjust. Well it still made that noise and what happend while I was driving with my kids in the car? My car breaks didn’t work I was on a 55mph road and I couldn’t stop I had to put emergency break and quickly put into park I almost crash in to car. I had to get town back home when my husband looked at it he found out the breakline where zip tied not bolt down .the noice I was hear was the break line hit and rubbing strut and tire.God was on my Said that day .We and other could of got hurt that day

I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! I spent 2000$ there on tires struts and shocks, I wasnt happy with work done but didnt complain took car back two months complaining of a clinking noise that never happened till they worked on car, according to them everything was fine these see nothing hear nothing, one month my whole family 3 kids and my wife could have been killed!!! They zip tied my brake lines place well goes what one zip tie broke and a hole was rubbed in the break!!! Currently in the process to see if their gonna make things right,

Do not do business with them. I used to work as a mechanic, just incase anybody thinks i may be wrong. I got wheel allignment from them for my cascadia freightliner which I bought recently and was pulling to right, and on same day Daniel was pushing me to buy new front tires without even looking at it which are more than 75% good.after they finished, my truck started pulling to left so I talked to Daniel he recommended me to drive few days and see if it works properly because they rotate front tires. but it didnt so I went back and told him to reallingment and adjust my steering and I went there around 8.30 am and again he was trying me to get new tires without even look at them.around 1.00 pm his mechanic brought it inside shop and start making excuses that he cant do until they fix few things.i told him to go ahead and fix it then he said they will be closing in 2 hours and they need to do other 3 trucks.and Daniel gave me reason that last time when there mechanic did allignment may be he didnt inspect because everything they told me to fix was there before, except minor seal leak.i spent whole day there and in 15 minutes they gave me decision because they have to leave at 3.30 and it was busy as always.so conclusion is if you go first time spending money they will be fine they wont inspect or nothing. but if they didnt do there job properly forget about going to them again because they dont care about warranty.i went to them so that I can get allignment and save money on my tires on future and Daniel over there wants me to spend $1200 and plus allignment fees.never going back and will let my trucker friends not to go there sorry about long review.

Best place to get your tires

90 dollars for a o ring leaking air. I told them to replaced the o ring .. after 4 hours they charged me 1 dollar fir the o ring and alk tge rest was shop fees and labor.

Went in to get my Chrysler 300 limo alignment and they said it was a 4wd and I needed something that I really didnt need. They misled me that they could do it, but couldnt do. Took it to Brannon tire on Waterloo and they corrected their mistakes.
