I really want to like this place. Everything about it speaks to the hole in the wall bait shop - which are the best. The biggest problem with this place is that it is not reliable. Three times in the past month I have arrived (on a weekday) in the morning to buy bait, and they were closed. Obviously someone is not getting up on time. This really leaves me stranded when I have to travel a good 30 - 40 minutes out of my way, in the opposite direction to find bait. Its a piss poor feeling when youve gotten up early to fish and you have no bait!

Im telling you right now you might get a bad day in there but youre going to get 99 good days in there theyre going to help you spend your money and not waste it theyre going to help you catch fish not to sell your bunch of junk keep up the good work they know what theyre doing down there at h&r Bay tackle

Had the bait we needed and were open early and late! EZ in and out from either hwy 5 (5ish minutes) or the delta on hwy 4/Charter way... Minnows lasted 4 days on the bubbler!!!! Decent prices too...
