First time purchasing a sleep number! From the beginning to end Leo & Erika were very informative and helpful with all the questions and concerns we had. Our needs were met and we walked out of there happy customers! Can’t wait to receive our mattress because pillows alone have made such a difference in our sleep!

We had such a good experience, the salesman was amazing. Although he was helping another customer when we arrived. He made us feel like we had his complete attention. He was Very knowledgeable about the different beds. Explained how they worked and most importantly why we should buy the bed.

Max was great! We knew we wanted a Sleep Number so he didnt need to sell us on the product but he was very educated on all the different models available and what would work best with our sleep styles and pressure report that was provided for us. It was a very personal experience and I would recommend the Stockton Sleep Number to anyone. Max was the only staff on duty that day and he did a great job answering phones and helping others as needed. Thank you Max !We have not got our bed yet because we are getting new floors, nothing to do with them. I will do a review on the bed once we get it.

Very positive experience. No hard upscale, all the variations of product were thoroughly explained. Although I will never need another bed, I would refer family or friends anytime the opportunity arose.

As me and my wife walked into the store we were greeted by staff members. Jorge walked through the the different beds and explained in details how each beds were different and how each would benefit my specific need. I was hesitant on going through with the purchase and Jorge understood and said no worries think over so I really liked that he did not pressure me. However my wife said at the end of it all when do we treat ourselves to anything good so I went back in and bought the bed! Thank you Jorge for everything.
