Excellent customer service. A young employee I believe his name was Jeremyah Who was very helpful in picking out the right combination of drinks. And to make sure to answer my questions . He also went out of his way to help me take my stuff to my car. I appreciate that because of him I will be back to shop again.

Found the Twisted Shots unfortunately they only had one flavor and only 3 packages of 4 Shots. Hoping that BevMo receives a shipment sooner than later....

The inventory is great and there a few good employees however I had the worst experience there Saturday night, 1-21-21.I went there for one item. After seeking directions I found it and stood in line, at least I believed I was in line. While standing there I hear loud hooting and hollering from the rear of the store. I thought, okay, someone is getting ready for their party. I also noticed a sign stating that the line started over next to the carts. I looked to my left and right, there were no carts. Another guy walked up and did the same thing. We looked at one another, shrugged and stood in line. There were two cashiers working. Now the bad experience.About this time a young man and woman come walking up to the front and I was a little shocked to find out that these were the two hooting and hollering form the rear of the store. Okay, they like their jobs? Not very professional or expected. The young woman announced she was leaving loudly and told everyone working good bye. This is where the other young man who just walked up, (OG on his nametag), announced to the two of us in line that the line starts over there by the carts! We both looked at him and said what carts? He pointed us over to a red sign and said there. Did I mention there were two of us in line and now, with the addition of him, THREE CASHIERS! We both started to walk toward the red sign, got two steps and heard, I can help the next person in line. What a power play and totally uncalled for. Total JERK move. I will not be back to this store. Ill driver to Lodi if I have to.

I am in love with this store because of the amazing service provided by the staff. I have more than once inquired about different brands of whiskeys, red wines, types of drinks on plenty of occasions and not once has anyone been rude or bothered by my clueless inquiring self. I WISH I could remember all the staff members names but everyone of them is great at directing you to their deals, favorite drinks or favorite items of their choice that they think might suit your taste. There have also been times where I just went in there to browse around and not wanted to be bothered and they didnt push me to buy anything or circle around me to think i was trying to steal. Overall I would recommend this store to anyone.

I went there looking for tonic water for my wife. She uses it because she deals with tremors. I normally get it at food-4-less for .98 cents each. This place wanted $1.98 or $1.99 each. Ill keep buying it at food-4-less. Its cheaper

Its the holidays and people are shut indoors. Get more cashiers. And friendlier ones to. The big guy working the register today was a jerk and very unhappy to be there. And the line was wrapped around inside the place with no markers on the floor for 6 spacing. Get with it BevMo. Selection was decent and thats why they get 2 stars.

Very helpful. Wide supply of any kind of spirits. Too many to pick from. One of every kind of whisky. Sales clerk was super helpful and carried it up front for us . Found some special black Crown Royal in the inventory. Wow!

I went to find a couple good bottles of wine for a Valentines Day gift for my hubby. I wanted something different, so I looked in the locked case. The staff person who helped me was knowledgeable about the wines and answered my questions accordingly. I appreciated his help as I could tell he knew what he was talking about. Store manager is so unhelpful and so rude he sits there and just watches you and provides no help and makes you feel like you are unwelcome.

Before my daddy passed away, this was his favorite store (even over Home Depot)! He introduced it to me and you can get great sales on wine and liquor! Thats where I head anytime theres a special occasion, we have company, or were throwing a party. Im fairly certain that they sell everything under the sun in terms of beverages, home bar equipment, and even cigars. I suggest keeping an eye on their flyer or checking them out online, then stock up on your favs!
