Our first experience working with yard and service on a larger boat. Delta totally took care of us from getting the boat off the truck to reinstalling our arch and splashing the boat. J&H jumped right in and took care of our engine and drive services as well as resolved an issue with the generator and serviced it. When an electrical issue was discovered, both teams did everything they could to try to get us on our way home and J&H was later able to resolve the issue and get us going again. Well be back for our yard and maintenance needs for sure! Highly recommend both Delta Marine and J&H!

Great service..and the only spot that had the parts I needed..

The biggest mistake I have made since owning my boat was taking it here for service. It took months to get it in there and they didnt even have it done when I went to pick it up. They promised to complete it but repeatedly did not return my calls. Unless you are a relative of Tony, the owner, in my opinion you should go some where else. In fact, my broker, Capt Jim Elfors, recommended him, and even called Tony for directions when we moved it up to Stockton. And I still got treated poorly in my opinion.I will never use them again nor would I recommend them.

Terrible customer service. I emailed them to inquire about a toilet for a house boat on the delta. Didnt hear anything back for a few days, so I followed up with a phone call. They took my info so they could call me back. Never heard back. So i ordered my toilet from camping world and wont be using them for any other needs in the future. There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else. -Sam Walton

I must say how satisfied I am in working with Delta Marine Sales in a recent purchase of a 65 foot houseboat!!! Tony, is a man of his word and followed through and lived up to every commitment made. In many ways Delta Marine Sales went above and beyond what was originally in our contract. I purchased a water pump kit from the parts dept. Tony and Jerry were very helpful in making sure I had the right one. After installing the pump kit I problems getting the lower unit installed properly. Tony gave his okay for Jerry, his Mercury Specialist, to make that happened.
