Good items. Only problem is that there is a time started on the door of the hours but they are never open. Sign started be back at 2:30pm waited till almost 3pm and still no one showed up.

I was prom dress shopping with my mom. First we went to the mall, but the dresses were too expensive and some of them didnt even fit me. The following day we came here, there were some that didnt fit(i stuffed myself with food). We found a dress that fit me well and was cheap.

Bad customer service. Went in to look at dresses for a small ceremony, the place looked deserted after like ten minutes a lady appeared..after talking to her for a couple minutes i asked if i could try on dresses just to see my size since i didnt know it.She td me that i first needed to order my dress and that from there we would see..so basically if you not buying or renting anything from her she wont let you try on anything.

It is a great store for looking and getting an idea of what you might want, but it is not the greatest.

Bad customer service ! Some Chair linens were torn ! Never told us when we had to return the items and called me with a bad attitude but sure enough made me sign the contract without giving me time to read it .... Also this place has no kind of ventilation what so ever ! It is hotter inside than outside 👎🏻
