Unfortunately I was ignored at first as I walked in. Not a big deal. Then when I asked a simple question the woman who I asked seemed as if I wasnt allowed to ask if they had the item I was looking for. Im not sure if she was having a bad day. But after asking with either dirty looks in response or clear irritation in her facial expressions.Hopefully next time I come in their store. Im not treated as if I shouldnt be there or inquire about a product.

I never really do google reviews but I had to on this one. I’m was really upset and disappointed on La Superior on taking advantage of this pandemic charging us a dollar a masking and telling us we can’t use our own!! Me and and my wife have shopping there for overs 5 years and now we have ended it with there greedy business.

Today is Friday January 31, 2020.. I went there with my uncle and my brother in the afternoon, to get something for dinner so my grandma wouldn’t have to cook.I got a pound and a half of Chile Verde and by the time I got into it, I regretted my purchase.There were more bones then meat and the fat content was to high that I choked on gristle.The flavor was great but it was a waste of $13.95 because it was riddled with bones and gristle, and high fat content. Some of the meat was also pink on the inside. I had planned on sharing the rest of it with my partner but as he easily chokes on certain foods (meat included) I can’t take the risk putting my partner in danger.I normally love fat on meat but that was a waste of time and money.I will no longer purchase any meat, deli, or baked product from them, because you pay to much for low quality.Expensive products for low quality. I am incredibly disappointed in La Superior.

Actually had good prices. and great bakery dept. i loved this place its a hidden gem and way cheaper than most markets.

The produce is always fresh and good so is the bakery. I have never liked the meat here, it doesnt taste good to me. They always have new cashiers and some dont know basic math so they will overcharge you.

Their deli items are great if they help you. Prices too high only brand name selections. I liked the free items on your receipt but havent been in awhile to know if they do that still. Some staff is great other like pulling teeth to get help. Stay away from meat market. Had magnets on my meat that was sealed at their store and opened only as I was about to cook it. Couldnt eat steaks for a while.

Their Pan De ELote is bomb. Big ups to the baker. Their food court area is so clean and their food is really good. Way better than the original on Waterloo..hope it stays this way through the years!

The cashiers are trash!! They are the rudest with no customer service skills what so ever!! I cant say the say about the butchers they are extremely nice and helpful same goes to the people in the hot food section!! Nice and helpful, but this place need to hire new cashiers if they want to get 5 stars

Great full service neighborhood grocer. great deli, pastry, and meat counter. also have a mexican food deli for hot and ready. check cashing, and a personal loan buisnesy next door. mostly spanish speaking staff. but very nice and always clean.

Currently opened,very helpful workers n great deli meat market food court n veggies are fresh parking for handicap n accessible n customer Service​ as well as a western union too. Oh n bakery too well priced pastries n traditional sweets.

Most employees ate spanish speaking. Need Bilingual employees to assist the Mexican English only spoken American. Three times had a cake not right flavor, meat off 2lbs requested. Waited ten min. Before someone bilingual could asdist my needs. More

Purty ok store but run out of chicken alot. Like 3 different times I been thare. Always got frosty Moñtejo Bier. So its oookay.

I bought ground meat from the meat department there and found pieces of plastic in the meat when I cooked it. I dont plan on making any future purchases there.

Finally east Stockton has another choice for groceries. Nice & clean

I have a bad review for this store. The Mexican bread that they made is stale, prepared food is horrible it has no flavor. Purchased a burrito made of chicana meat and it was so chewy with fat content that I had to remove the meat and only eat the rise and beans on it. Just bad; go somewhere else!!

General Supermercado...stock is a little on the light side. Dont expect the same items youd find at Safeway. Nice carniceria, great fajitas...bakery is pretty good, Burritos, carnitas, birria, frijoles etc all ready to eat.. They also do a breakfast burrito....not on menu. If looking for good ready to eat food or a better bakery head down the street (a couple blocks west?) to La TapaTia....which rocks....they have carnitas, w/ buy a pound get a pound.

Great Mexican supermarket, you can pretty much find any Mexican product that you can think of, good customer service, an excellent in store place to eat at great prices.

Pity customer service! 😠 ... I live in North Stockton and before going to the store I called to make sure they had peeled shrimp for ceviche that is special. What a logic has happened to me before I go and they dont have ... so I didnt want to turn around there! But of the four people who answered the phone, none wanted to go check if they had it.The third girl who answered my phone just said good and when I told her what she called for, she just put me on hold without telling me a word.And the lord of the butcher who passed it to me twice didnt want to get out of the butcher shop because he was too far away to go check if they had the shrimp.On previous occasions I have driven there to buy groceries but I think I will not do it anymore! I also think that store is something very expensive ...

I like the store because I always find where to park. The bread is delicious, the sauces, I like to take advantage of the specials on Wednesday and Thursday. Excellent service.

Well, I found the desired ones but I always have doubts about vegetables, there is a lot of bulk and it is not marked, it only says that it is from here, but it is important to see what type it corresponds to there are codes .. example: very large lemon .. both !!! It will be with GMOs ... so we must think before buying wherever it is ... the beautiful ... it is not exactly the good one !!

THERE IS GOOD SERVICE, BUT THE BOX TO MAKE SHIPMENTS AND CHECK EXCHANGES DOES NOT HAVE SCHEDULES, IT SHOULD HAVE A SCHEDULE. WITHOUT IMPORTING THE TIME YOU HAVE A 90% POSSIBILITY THAT IT IS CLOSED
