Pros: Reasonable prices and good selection. Cons: there were many mistakes made on behalf of the staff leading to longer then normal turn around time in addition I found their sales rep to be unprofessional. I was very patient during the multiple re measurements, incorrect/overcharges and the THREE MONTHS it took to get my duplex installed with new carpet. I worked with this company and paid them as soon as the work was done for unit A. The second time I worked with them, I never got a call saying the carpet was installed. I am an out of town landlord (which they are aware of) so I am not always in the loop of when my tenant and vendor have scheduled for installation. So the carpet gets installed but I never receive a call from them telling me this. Then I get a call from a sales rep telling me im late on payment. I was currently dealing with a family emergency and couldnt immediately call her back (it was also the week of thanksgiving when most people are out of town and away from their phones). Less then 24 hours later I get a not very nice call from the same sales rep threatening finance charges on my late payment. After the months it took them to get both units mine installed with new carpet, the re measurements (both times), the incorrect charges (both times) you couldnt be a little more patient with me? I found that rude and unprofessional.

By far the cheapest prices in town. Great selection, friendly, helpful staff. Locally owed mom & pop business, so no need to worry about big named chain company with unreasonablly marked up retail prices. Take a floor plank or a carpet cutout, they will match it.

Aside from one nice blonde lady who explained some of the carpet samples, the rest of the staff here is incredibly rude, both to us as customers and to the only decent salesperson they seem to have. I will not be giving this store my business.

As soon as my husband and I walked in we wer greeted by a sweet lady who helped us chose a good quality carpet n pad within our budget!! I highly recommend this place ! Ther customer service is what carpetland should take a note on! Just sayn...,
