This store is Awesome, they have discounts on just about everything in the store and if you forget about your rewards points theyll let you know what you have, if any, and if youd like to use them. The customer service is always great and helpful with questions and purchases with smiles. The employees care about you as a customer. By the way I found my 9yrs and up PJs and a wide variety of different colored Tees with nice childrens prints of different TV programs that children like. The prices are great, theyre not over rated, very reasonable if youre on a budget or not. Thank you kindly JCPENNEY.

This store needs to add chairs during check out and return so people can sit while they wait for these ridiculous long lines. No matter how many cashiers are behind the counter, the movement is slow. This company needs up update their cashier system so that they can help their customers efficiently.

Didnt have a lot of sizes available for what I was looking for and the wait to checkout was to long. They only have a couple of register stations open downstairs with only 2 people working them. I know its hard to find employees right now or maybe they have just cut back.

Even though the Hispanic cashiers lack courtesy is a great place to shop. The black cashiers are always very nice. I am Hispanic and I tell it like it is.

Good sales. I can always find a nice casual or semi dressy outfit for a reasonable price.

In the mist of getting shopping done for a funeral was hard enough to do in a very sad time. As I was going back and forth to Jcp to exchange clothes to right fit I was missing a receipt out of the 5 I had,to all the shirts for the paul bearers. I was so stressed out that I was not able to get full price on these $40 dollar shirts each (5 total) to exchange I was told I would get $8 dollars for each back . I was so upset and couldnt handle this . The associate i was dealing with was just doing her job but didnt care. Lol, anyways Another associate who I remember asking questions to about the shirts on day I bought them said he remember me and stepped in to transaction and looked it up on day and time and found it in system. Took him 8 to 14 mins but he found it. Helped me out with exchange and made my day a little bit better due to how bad it was. Thomas went above and beyond to keep me a valued returning customer and kept me cool. I thank him and JC penny for extremely great customer service!

I ordered items online and got the email at about 4:30pm saying they were ready to be picked up. I got there at about 5:50pm the same day, and theyre supposed to be open until 8:00pm. Checked in for their curbside pickup. Waited 15 min and no one came out. I went in to the store and the lights were off. A JCPenney worker told me theyre closed. I asked for a refund and they just told me to come back next day to pick up my items. No refund was issued. Wasted my time going to the store.

Cant find an employee when you need one, but if you go to another department theyll call someone for you.

I would give less stars if I could. Their page says they close at 7pm on Sunday. We were there at 623 pm and they were already closed. At 6:44 pm the workers all came out to go home. 😞

This department store has been falling off for soon time now. Everytime I have come someone is stealing a handful of clothes. LP needs to restructure. The shrinkage has to be high. I have heard a few people mention they see this all the time. At the least the staff when they pay attention are friendly a few not to knowledgeable about their products. Sometime the store looks like ROSS with stuff everywhere so Ill leave sometimes. I waited a while before giving this review like 12 visits. When can we expect change?

I am so frustrated. I went to buy some pants that showed in stock, but the less than helpful clerks told me that they hadnt seem them. I went home and ordered them. When you go to return anything they make you go return in one place and only have one register open to help the 20+ people in line to return. I used to love Penneys, but no more. I just do not have the patience for poor service.

Used to be a good store. Everything I went to buy said it was on sale, but upon arriving at the cashier, it was full price in the system. This is the 2nd time this has happened at different locations. Good quality, but workers fail to update their pricings, or keep the store organized.

Went to the Sephora in store. There was a line at the new one. My standing in line days are over!!!

It was nice and service was great.

There online sales are awesome but dont bother getting curbside pick up . I waited a little over 30 minutes outside all while calling the number they had posted (nobody ever answered ) I finally went inside and waited in line while the phone continued to ring without anyone answering. 4 associates came in and out of the department, one finally answered only to hang up on whomever was calling. Order online instead and get it delivered to your home. Terrible customer service and shorthanded on staff for all the services they are offering.

It was just ok. Couldnt find any slippers. Noticed more space in the store, seemed like less merchandise, but Im seeing this at other stores, also.

They false advertise and dont honor their false advertisements! I went in and found some pjs, which at 29.99 on sale are a rip off, but the sign also said buy one get one...so I was ok, 15$ each isnt bad. I got rung up and they rang up the sale price but not buy one get one. The cashier was super nice though. She went and checked the sign and tried to fix the price but needed manager approval. The manager and the person from the department argued with me about the sign and what buy one get one means. Buy one get one means to me buy one get one free....as any normal person would think the same right? Even this other customer said these are buy one get one free when we were both looking at the pjs on its display! The manager and Department employee were rude and was saying stuff like they were accusing me of changing their sign, which I have never done that. Im an honest person! They did not honor their own advertisement sign, so much for the customer is always right! I didnt purchase anything! I will never shop there again! Id give them negative stars if I could!

I went to buy my daughter a pair of Chamion sweats and a shirt to match using my Coupon and my coupon was no good for brand named items. My friend used same coupon to buy dockers (brand name) and he was able to use the coupon. How does that make sense? I am so upset that this is how JcPennys is running their business. I wont be shopping here any longer. Lost me as a customer.

Excellent location! Easy to find what you are looking for and very friendly staff. Large clearance section clearly labeled in the store. Clean and organized areas of the store for easy browsing! Absolutely love the Disney section upstairs! Highly recommend this store for clothing and the new Christmas items!!

Went to pick up an online order and complete a return. The service staff were patient, genuinely helpful. It took some extra time but staff processed my transaction thoroughly.

Its not crowded in the store

Great deals. Lots of options to choose from. I hate how they ALWAYS have only two counters open for customers to purchase from. There is plenty of staff to help you find your items but when your ready to purchase half the time you do not even have the time to wait in a super long line. Im talking approximately 7 or 8 people ahead of you. I get that there are slow times but if you see a line backed up the extra staff that is folding should jump in and help. I mean for the size of the store they should accommodate the busiest shopping times.

The place I buy all my clothes. For work and home. With out them, dont know where Ill go. Lots of selection and variety. Remodeled recently. Looking good. Lot of help and hip stuff for the grand kids to spend money at. Keep it going.

Pretty cool went there to check out of bed or something similar that I purchased online the girl that was there help me out pretty cool pretty cool experience overall waiting on a mattress to be delivered now well see hopefully its a good one PS just got the bed looks like an oversized dog bed not good not good at all wasnt anything like the one I seen at JCPenney not even close not anything on the poor even close to the one I ordered online I paid $300 for oversized dog bed not cool JCPenney got me on this one going to let my dog sleep on it give me another bed somewhere else

The store has good pricing on name brand clothing. The help on the floor is not there, you need to walk the entire store to find an associate to help you. Also the number of cash registers that are open is limited and is a long wait when theyre really busy. In addition to this if your white be careful on looking at clothes the colored loss prevention people under cover and with the red vest will follow you, even if youre spending close to $400 on clothes so I purchased what I had but left. I have never stolen anything in my life but having that black gentleman and the black girl follow us around the store like we were thieves was really uncomfortable so Im not sure Ill be going back there anytime soon.

Awesome !!Its Christmas time busy for everyone but the girl that helped me really made me feel like I was the only one in the store. I was buying a piece of jewelry for my girlfriend and she really paid attention to all the details

People working there were very nice. Very clean store. Not enough people at the register tho especially with mothers day weekend coming up. So thats why I put 4 stars
