Had two gentlemen help me find 3 pairs of shoes in my size. They were extremely helpful. I highly appreciate their help. Its hard to find shoes that fit me. Some companies sizes vary from shoe to shoe. Sometimes a size 17 Nike works, sometimes its way to big. Sometimes 13-15 will fit, sometimes they dont. Its a lot of searching and trying shoes on. Nice to have help from the guys. Made me feel like a normally sized foot person again. Lol

The reviews made this place sound great but wasnt the case when I was there. the store was a mess, shoe selection for men was not so great however they did have some good deals on t-shirts

They would not help me or concerned about helping me find the shoe size I wanted. Everyone working that day and a time before mostly stood around by the entrance/exit area talking among themselves loudly having a good time while very few employees was busy re stalking the children section mostly.

I was pleasantly surprised with the WSS store. Lets be honest, many stores in this area are rundown, unclean, and have vagrants in the parking lots. The store parking lot was clean with plenty of parking. Ill definitely come back to shop as long as it stays this way.My teenage boy said he was surprised with the selection of shoes and was happy with our purchases.

Behavior of the staff is extremely rude and if you bought shoes once and if size dose not fit they will not exchange or return.

If i could rate 0 i would! I am having a horrible experience! I ordered shoes 2 weeks ago that in mind you said they were in stock when I called to see if my orders even ready they say know that its being shipped to them and that itll be ready within a couple days I called a week and a half later because I still do not have my order and they said its still coming to them so because I needed the shoes for work I ended up just going and buying a whole new pair of shoes from somewhere elseand requested for a refund and they said that they cant help me their customer service have to do it Ive called her customer service twice once I was left on hold for an hour with nobody to ever talk to me and then the second time I was on for 20 minutes and decided to do the request a call back feature they have and they when called me back 2 hours later it was an automated system that just stated that nobody was there to call me back and it hung up on me.. I recalled the store that was supposedly supposed to have them in stock when I ordered them and ask if theres anything they can do and all they kept telling me is theres nothing that they can do and they dont know what to do about the situation they still dont have the shoes 2 weeks later so now Im out the money and I still dont have theshoes

Return policy sucks. Once tags are off you will not be able to return or exchange. It will not matter if you dont feel comfortable in your shoes or they are a safety hazard. So you are at your own risk. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great place to get shoes from different brands. They were very nice and professional. They would ask what were you looking for and they would find the shoes youre looking for. If they didnt have the size or color of the shoe, they would bring ones of a bigger size and color. Very happy that I went there. Its now my go-to shoe store :)

I went in the store and they did not have Converse size 1 pink for babies so they placed an order for me and it was supposed to be delivered to my house since it was coming most likely modesto or Sacramento in about 3 days.... well 3 days passed and on the 4th day I still had not received them... i tried to look up the tracking number and nothing came up... keep in mind i had paid for them already...called the store and person who picked up had no idea how to handle the situation.... he was checking with someone else... they asked if they could call me back in an hour so they could figure out what was going on. They never called me. I called back and again the guy who answered the phone had no idea what i was talking about or how to handle the problem. He had me talk to another agent but he did not even take the time to explain what was going on before transferring me. I had to re explain... she did not know what i was taking about finally she told me they had already told me to call customer service and cancel my order. I said first of all i havent talked to anyone about any resolution and why would i cancel the order if i need the shoes. Then they transferred me to Manager named Kimberly and again they didn’t even take the time to explain the issue so again i had to re-explain. She said she was going to call customer service and then call me back. She called me back and told me i would receive the shoes next day. I asked are you sure i will receive them to my house and not the store. She seemed confused as what to answer. She confirmed i would receive them to my house (now i know she was lying) I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and wait it out. Nothing came to my house. Tried the tracking number and it had been delivered. Called back and she said the shoes were delivered to the store because the original order was canceled with customer service by me. I told her i have never called and canceled my order with customer service because i want the shoes for my baby. She insisted i did and told me I could pick them up at the store. Obviously they themselves called and canceled the order and re ordered them to their store. Very upsetting to deal with. Bad customer satisfaction and they tried to lie to my face like im stupid.

Rude staff, the manager is someone who will go on and on to try to prove you wrong. The cashiers are also very rude, one young man started talking about a customer before she was even half way out the door, talking to another employee out loud across the room saying “she was trippin, she tried to play me and give me attitude” very very poor service. Don’t have a huge variety of nicer shoes either 👎🏼

Awesome sales people she showed my daughter some shoes that were even cuter than the full price ones only they were on clearance and cuter and absolutely perfect the girl couldnt have saved me more! It was truly a wonderful shopping experience!!!!!
