Good but not Amazing thus the 4 stars. Chicken wings were ok and the very limited types of boba they have are just okay. Customer service though is exemplary. The 4 stars is because I have simply been to several much better boba places in Stockton.

Lacking in the materials needed in the store I was shopping in. The associate stated the other store might have the treated wood required for my job. He also recommended using a paint on product if we didnt wish to drive across town. What he didnt do was usher us to the CS desk to have them call the other store to see if they had what we were seeking for my project.

The boba was really nice! The place was nice, my order came fast. It’s a pretty ghetto area but nonetheless the fries and boba were delicious! 🥰It’s a really REALLY small place and fits no more than 41 people, I don’t know if there is a bathroom but it was blocked by some carts. The chairs were up when I went and there was no place to sit, which I can totally understand to keep everyone healthy and safe. Just it put this out there, please don’t touch anything nor touch your face because you never actually know how dirty places are.Please stay safe and healthy everyone, practice social distancing, and only go out when you HAVE to, whenever it’s an emergency 💗!

Its a nice little shop to buy some tea or boba drinks, i think people should give it a try and see for themselves. It not busy so you wont be there long.

The food was disgusting and expensive specially the lobster bites I tried to tell the girl at the counter if I could change it for something else and she refused. Would give negative starts if I could. Only came here because I confused it with LOLLICUP since they want to copy them so bad but the quality of the food and drinks don’t even compare. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BY COMING HERE!!!

When I lived in Stockton and didnt have a computer this is where I would go for internet cafe, email checking, and such. I ordered Boba tea and really got to love the way that Lollicup makes it.

My little sister went to the lollicup in Hammer Lane stockton ca 95210 for 2 green apple. As my sister came inside the car, I drink it and it taste like WATER!! complete WATER! So, I asked my sister to taste it and she said the same thing. I told her to go inside and asked if she can get a new one since its just water with green jelly. She came outside and told me the lady in there couldnt refund her money or make her a new one. EVERY food place will replace it if its not up to standard. I went inside and talk to the cashier (she wouldnt even me her name) and explain to her that the drink was nasty. All she said for me was that she couldnt do anything since it is pre made and that theres no way to make it. I told her that either give me my money back or make me a different one. I told her that this isnt the drink we wanted since I only drink green apple and that I know how it taste like since that is the only drink I will come for at lollicup! she gave me a attitude in front of customers which cause me even madder. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she is the only one there. I even asked for my sisters receipt since she didnt even it to my sister. She got mad and started arguing with me even when she is working as a cashier and said she will be the only cashier there. I got so mad and argue back. Then she said, I do not want to talk to you since you are being rude!! I asked for the Corporate number and she wouldnt even it to me. She called the manager/owner and was talking with attitude about me when I am standing right there listening to her saying stuff about me. Then 3 mins later the owner came in and i explain to him what had happen and he said wont be giving me anything while his cashier threw away my two drinks!! I told him that he have to give me something back since I bought it and he scream at me and said no, that makes mad! I told him, why is he opening a store and cant even make a customer happy for coming and welcoming them and he scream at me and said GOOD bye! I am very very UPSET! I will never ever go back there again!

Customer service is horrible. I asked for a cup of ice for my dog cause I had water, and they didnt even want to give me it until I bought something. I threw 100$ on the counter cause I didnt know what I wanted and just wanted ice for my dog & they wouldnt even give me it. Bastards

Horrible service, I asked the girl that was there to recommend me something good for me and my family since that was my first time there and also my last time because I wont be going to that place again, she was very rude, after insisting a couple minutes to recommend me something she ended up recommend me drinks that tasted horrible, she was also like in a rush to make our drinks to get back to her phone, horrible horrible they dont care about their customers, if I could I would give them 0 stars
