Ordered a cookie pizza for a work anniversary. Cookie was not so great. The order was not correct, they added some artwork on the cookie realized it wasn’t part of the order and then wiped it off. Except there was a huge stained red mark right smack in the middle. The cookie was also brick hard! I felt so embarrassed offering this as a 40 year anniversary desert at a work setting. Will not be a returning customer.

Made a friends day with their mega chocolate chip cookie. Service was nice and not to busy for Valentines Day and being in the mall. They have day old grab bag for $5.99 a great price. It has a couple of the mega cookie which are $4.09 each and some smaller one. They have lots of sizes and will personalize them for you if you like... But I am not much for frosting on your cookies. They also have double cookies filled with some type of frosting or filling... They also are TCBY Yogurt and a Pretzels shop...

The owners name is Susie, and she was very hostile towards me. After this story I shared below, I went back and told my store manager and my manager went and spoke with the Susie. She was also very rude to my store manager. We just wanted corporates number but we learned that Susie was the owner.I’ve been coming here for years. I work in the mall and on my 10 minute break I decided to go here for some small pretzels. What happened to be the owner, asked what did I want. Not even a greet. I asked for a small pretzels and because I’m a member I received a discount. All I wanted was some small pretzels that came to 32¢ with my discount I had. I gave her my card and in such a rude way she said “I’m not taking that, you need to purchase 3$ or more” ok not a problem I said. And I asked for a small lemonade..After I payed I asked for cheese and in a rude tone she said “Cheese is extra honey” Me thinking it came with the pretzels and I laughed and said oh we could’ve used that to help make my mea 3$ worth. In an argument tone, she said “Did I not ask what else you wanted” and I said I’m sorry, I thought it came with the pretzels. Then she said Um no. My idea was just to do a refund so I can buy some cheese as well. then she told me to go back at the end of the line. I refused and said no, I’ll just get the refund instead. I don’t want my meal and just my money now. She was able to refund me but then asked what cheese I wanted. I told her none, I just want my money, and she said I can’t do that. I said yes you can. You can refund me and charge me cheese but you can’t owe me my 3$? (Stupid ass)I asked her why she was being so rude and she said “If that’s what you think I am, I’m sorry honey that’s your fault” she said I can’t refund anybody but I’ll do it just for you and slammed down my credit card on the counter instead of handing it to me..Take your business to wretzel pretzel!

Cookies are always delicious, as is the lemonade. the lemonade is very expensive, though.

Ordered a cookie cake for fathers day, it was great.

Terrible. Went in near closing and all the cookies I bought were hard. I told them and they said they dont do refunds or returns! Threw away my money basically, never again.
