I called rite aid on the phone and one of the employees on the phone a man that directed the call was very rude, the ladies in the pharmacy are ok i dont have a problem with some of them but i em a sick disabled individual when all i was trying to do is get my medication.Rite aid as a company should retrain some of there employees with customer public Cervices or public relations .Some need to treat others with good tone and friendly mannerisms and respect.I WAS NOT.!Hopefully theyll get the hint..
