Ordered 24 screen-printed red shirts on April 30, 2021. Finally received my order July 2, 2021, to find out their black shirts with a different color graphic than I ordered. Every time I would call, I was told I will get a callback. On Multiple callbacks, I was told I will get the right color product shipped within a week. It is now October 26, 2021, and I do not have a refund or my finished product. Cre8 Print has posted my shirt in the wrong colors on their Instagram on June 25, 2021, as if Im a satisfied customer. As a customer service studies student, I give “Cre8 Print” 0 Stars. I called today October 26, 2021, and now waiting for another callback. Thanks for beating me out of $294.00! Booked an order a month & 1/2 ago. They sent me an email proof of my art/design two weeks ago. Only for me to call and find out, “we haven’t heard of this until now”. -__- Then who have I been emailing?! That’s why I couldn’t get an answer for a week? Because no one was working on the order!! Never again. Keep your sanity and DONT work with this company, especially if it’s not a personal project.

Ok so this company has a bit of a scheduling and communication issue that I’m sure could be worked out with a raise and putting Justin “I believe his name is” in charge of more. Honestly the work is great and they made great decisions on prints on clothing that probably were for the best. I know the order was less than 100 shirts but if handled a little smoother we could bring you 10000.

Giovanni and his staff did amazing work on our shirts! They even went the extra mile and cleaned up our artwork so the prints could come out perfect. They were professional and handled our order within a timely manner! We highly recommend them to anyone looking to get apparel printed!

Ive reach out once 3 weeks had passed since my placed order. I ordered only 24 pcs.....3wks later I get nothing, no tracking, no answered calls, no items, no idea about whats going on with the item, or even if the item was being made at all. The charge system works outstanding however, usually when people spend money on anything theres a potential that they are going to wonder whats going on.....still wondering and havent spoken to anyone yet.

READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS... ALL THEY DO IS LIE AND BE UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I went through these individuals buying a package of 164 garments detailing what we wanted with a logo and they have a mask inside their office where we showed exactly what we wanted it like(just printed, no logo), which would have my L.L.C brand design on each of the items(except mask), amounting to $1,693.00. I was notified it would take 3 weeks for finishing and within 1 week I would get a markup of how the garments would look . After 2 1/2 - 3 weeks(1 1/2 -2 weeks more then they detailed) I contacted them in question about my items markup because I was yet to receive one. From there I was finally sent the markup which wasn’t exactly what I asked so they sent another which was fair enough to deal with. I was told at that moment in order to start they would need approval and would be done that week, in which I did. Another week rolled by, so once I again had to contact them for them failing to communicate anything with me. I was answered by one of Cre8 designs employees where I continued to tell them my situation and problem. I then told the employee I believe it should be done and he rudely told me “that’s a bold assumption “. I just told him everything I was told by their higher up and also what I’ve dealt with in this conversation rollercoaster and for him to say that with no knowledge of my order was pretty disrespectful to a person that paid all the money asked for up front and kept nothing but great business. I was then called by the individual who I dealt with at first where he only got me to more of a rollercoaster ride and frustration point with all the excuses, (that for some reason he couldn’t communicate before me contacting them) that we couldn’t get an understanding or common ground so I just chose to receive a refund. I’m on my way there now and they were giving me a million and one excuses so let’s hope all goes well on this refund process

There’s a reason why they have a lot of 1 stars. How can you read these and still not improve your customer service? I took a chance on this company because of their Instagram but just avoid them and go to some other shop. Cheaper isn’t always the best option. Pay more to a better shop get faster shipping tbh. I pray y’all get y’all act together though.

I was trying so hard to give this company a chance. I used sezzle and paid over 5 weeks ago for 72 shirts 3 different designs. These include neck tags and sleeve print. I was told when I purchased I was looking at 3week turnaround and haven’t heard from them so I emailed . I’ve been given the run around ever since. I have over 20 emails where I’m CONSTANTLY reaching out to them. They don’t update you on your order and act as if you constantly emailing is bothering them. If I could get things done when you said they would be I wouldn’t be making this review. Told me my order would go out on Monday and tracking would be sent to me (2weeks ago ).Not to mention they claim they emailed me waiting for me (no email ever sent to me ). Then said they needed placement of my logos I emailed literally a few hours later since I have a full time job too ( no reply). Called and was told it would be done right away again they were waiting on me then some how the emails I sent several days ago he saw. Only thing I need help with is removing a background on 2 of my images other than that all info was given when I 1st paid. Let’s not forget I still don’t have mock-ups so of course printing hasn’t started since customer approval is needed. It’s really insane because it seems like I will never get these shirts and I’ve had customers waiting this long as a new business owner you are making me look horrible. There is no urgency to get this resolved or show me quality work/mock-ups. I’m extremely disappointed especially since my customers are disappointed in me because I don’t have what they are waiting for.

I had a minor issue with Shipping and Receiving my package late. ABSOLUTELY went all out to make sure I was taken care of. He had my next order pushed up by 1 whole week! He also gave me a discount on that deal and Also Made sure I was satisfied with the quality. Would totally 100% recommend this company! Any issues just call and they will sort it right out! Worst experience ever. The turnaround time including express shipping was supposed to be 2 weeks at the most. It took 6 weeks to actually get my shirts. They bounced back and forth saying the shirts were done and they were waiting on my tag design. They avoided calls, emails and direct messages. After waiting on my tag design, they sent me the shirts without the tag on it. This was after telling me the tags were completed. Every time i asked about my order they said they will look into it and never called back. Disgusting service!

I have worked with Cre8 before. My previous order I wasnt notified when it was sent out it just appeared on my doorstep. No big deal. The quality wasnt bad.My previous experience wasnt bad so I decided to work with them again.This time ordering more than the last. This current order is 5 different items 120 shirts total. I ordered in Feb. I would call and someone would tell me my order was complete and I would get tracking that day. I would not receive any information. Then Id call the next week and be told theyre waiting for embroidery, even though the previous week I was told my order was completed. Another call I would be told it will be done that day. Ive heard all of these stories multiple times. I was patient because COVID interrupted a lot but that doesnt make up for the different stories Im receiving each time I call. I just want the truth. I have received no tracking information or my package. There is no proof provided to me my item was completed or shipped. I could take it up with the proper agency if I had the right information but they wont provide it. Now when I call no one is answering. Their refund policy says theyre not responsible for what happens when the item leaves them, which is totally understandable but I have no proof it was ever actually completed and shipped. How do I know they didnt just take my money and give me the run around? No one is making an effort to just clear it up. Its months Ive been dealing with this. Ive called multiple times recently to verify the address and provide an additional email but no one will answer. Ignoring calls is extremely unprofessional. I just want my product.

Great service, fast delivery and very helpful overall. The owner really knows his stuff and has an answer for all my questions. Has a huge verity of jackets, sweaters, choices on shorts and windbreakers. Very professional and on point. Highly recommend.

Took me months to get my stuff shipped. When asking about when my order was going to be shipped they stopped answering my emails until I had to go to Paypal. When I got my order they did not provide the polybags I paid for, the design was not in the correct spot and in the wrong color and I was missing one piece. I do not recommend! Especially if you are not in California.

I’ve been working with CRE8 for about 3 years and every time I go in there, I’m amazed with how much they have grown from the last. They always go out of their way to help me with my artwork (because I’m not the best graphic designer) and get me setup the right way. They explained to me that due to Covid-19 the order would take about 3-4 weeks, because they are trying taking extra precautions to keep their team safe (which I can appreciate)! If you want your products late shop with Cre8. While Chris and Giovanni are very nice and polite they set expectations that arent met and coax you off the phone by saying theyre going to speak with the production team about your order. I ordered 100 shirts on September 15th and have yet to receive the shirts or tracking info after Ive been told for the past three weeks that my order was in production and should be done by Friday. Each Friday I call and theres an excuse. I now have to delay shipment to my customers after promising them what Cre8 promised me.

I wish more people knew about CRE8! The owner Giovanni was literally the most helpful person ive ever met when trying to get apparel made for my brand. He and his team, went out of their way to help me with y artwork and getting it ready for print, which they did completely FREE, and even during a pandemic and being short staffed due to that, they took the time to get my order right an dont rush it! I have had a horrible experience with this printing company. They have constantly lied to me about the shipping of 24 tshirts. There is obviously a lack of communication with the owner and his workers. I have been lied to for weeks about my T shirts. I have constantly gave them the benefit of the doubt and was met with disappointment each time. I have never felt so powerless. I have trusted them with my money to provide a service and return I feel as though this company has made a fool out of me .

Place a order 2 month ago for a order of 24 grey hats n 24 grey shirts after the first month been calling every week status updates on product and everytime i call they say we’re shipping it out this week so 2 months now i get email that my order was shipped finally after i waited for so long my order came in today and it was only 24 hats no t shirt so i called them up and here we go again they say they shipping my t shirt out this week ... hat quality is awesome tho lets see when the grey tshirt come in cause right now im upset with this company and how long they took order was on August 5th wouldn’t recommend them unless u want to wait atleast 3 months

I have used Cre8 for many different over a number of years. The owner Giovanni has always been extremely helpful and kept me updated on the status of my orders. He has a vast knowledge of graphic design work. I would definitely recommend going to them for any printing needs you may have.

Got my package and everything about it came out wrong, from the three types of quality shirts they sent and not having no puff font which I paid for... each shirt is super thin quality, I paid for nextlevel3600 and I requested peach color font & red on camo shirts, also I sent a examples & samplesPaid for some detailed black and yellow shirts and they are extra thin no thickness and it feels if you wash the shirt the whole paint will fade, also I waited 3 months for my order after they said they will have a turn around with 2 months. They will tank your release date and company they are beyond terrible. Run around, after you pay they disappear and it feels like the business is a front for what kind of real business they are doing. They are beyond unprofessional and Im convinced all good reviews came from paid google reviews

It’s been close to 2 months since ordering my shirts. i ordered 24 long sleeve shirts. at the beginning of calling them they use to answer the phone and give me excuses every time but now they don’t even pick up the phone. For anyone reading this i feel like the company is a scam or something because they don’t answer the phone, they don’t let you know when your package will be shipped or when it will arrive, and they are jus not professional. i found this company on instagram thinking i found a goldmine to get more shirts made but i see now i was wrong. Hopefully i get my shirts before the end of the year if i even get them at all but i doubt it. i probably should’ve read more reviews before doing business with this company.

The turnaround time was about a month and a half for 24 shirts (was quoted 2 weeks). They told me the shirts were ready on 3 separate occasions, so I drove from Sacramento to Stockton 3 separate times, only to find out they werent ready. Come to find out they messed up a bunch of tees and werent very efficient with getting them corrected. Finally, to get this corrected the owner offered to drive them out personally to me, which would have made up for the 3 times I drove there but...... When I received them, 4 shirts were missing. 2 more months elapse of me battling trying to get the rest of the order, they finally get the order completed and ship my shirts to the wrong address, they shipped it to my billing address in which I have no access too. Not only did the owner have the correct address HE LITERALLY CAME TO MY HOUSE and they still shipped to the wrong address. I was never able to recover the miss-shipped items and just lost out on those shirts. They took no ownership of miss-shipping and offered nothing to me for depriving me of the shirts I paid for. This place is utterly miss-managed and highly unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Do not use this company simple as that. I spent $500 for 25 shirts. If I could give a zero star I would. I ordered and paid in full Oct 22, 2019 and just received Jan 10, 2020. When I opened the package the shirts were not what I expected. The local guy at my flea market does a better job. I guess Ill go with him next time. Terrible, dirty, and ugly screen print. The colors were not even what I sent them. Save your time and money.

Hes a scam artist. Ordered 1000 tee shirts, he only shipped 812 shirts and refused to refund me. This guy said my order would take 7-10 business days, it took 36 business days. He would go missing for days at a time and would constantly lie about when it would ship. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF

I concur with some of the other posts about professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency. It is paramount in business to be all three and when another business isnt it can be small business suicide. Timelines are crucial as customers are awaiting your timelines and you are counting on another business to oblige on theirs. To call weekend and out and be given the run around is scary and frustrating... Your order is being pushed up in the que. Your order is ready for shipping... After, almost two months for a design and nearly three weeks of false weekly promises.....buyer beware. I think I have been robbed and possibly after this review my money is gone....BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

I wanted to leave a review about my interaction with the business owner on November 29th. I placed an order for a few shirts for a private event 24 pieces total. Simple print with our own design. I was supposed to pick up my order Wednesday before Thanksgiving and couldn’t make it in time. I needed the shirts by Friday morning. I contacted them by email and got an immediate response, I was hoping to be able to pick them up myself but Giovanni the shop owner offered to drop off my order in Sacramento. Never have I ever experienced such above and beyond service in all my years of working with a print shop. This place is a gem and I will continue to do business with them.

I was scrambling to get some t-shirts done for my 5 daughters clothing brand they started. We have a photo shoot on 7-18 and was promised them on the 7-16. On the 16th when my order didn’t arrive like it was suppose to it took me almost a day to get any kind of response from anyone at the company. When I finally spoke to someone after emails, phone calls and Instagram msgs. I was again assured I would receive the day of our shoot. I was told that I would receive a tracking order so I know where my products are. I didn’t receive tracking info. I reached out again but again no answers. The person to I spoke to explained to me about how short staffed and stuff they were because of corona virus. Which I completely understand but why take a rush order and say you can make it happen if it was a hundred percent sure it could be done. So now here I am waiting and don’t know if my products will be here on time. I was looking forward to working with this company. I’m definitely not pleased with any of it. My daughters won’t be happy if their shoot has to be cancelled because we took this company’s word.

The owner at cre8 & his staff are very professional, dedicated & have great attention to detail. I’ve been dealing with them the last 4 years and my experience has been nothing but awesome. From big orders to small ones they take the same approach, & that’s what I love about them. They’re honest, dedicated & always willing to improve.

IVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE IN MY LIFE; where do I even start. My company ordered their Tech-Fleece Jogger Set for a total of $691.00 and (1) They promote the Pay Over Time option where your total cost is divided into 4 equal payments made bi-weekly and you receive your goods right away. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. My company chose that payment option and we did NOT receive our order until after the 4 payments were made which was close to 2 months later. (2) We placed our order in January 2020 and the order was not received until March 2020. I called once a week to inquire about my orders ETA and each week I was told the items would be shipped that week. After 2 weeks of calling they began to feed me excuses as to why the order was delayed in being produced and shipped. (3) We requested (and paid) to have our merch individually poly bagged and the items arrived unwrapped, in a box, unprotected with no poly bags in sight. (4) My company asked that the original tags be removed and our brand labeling be added in place of the original manufacturer tag. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Each suit arrived with the manufacturers tag still attached. (5) Finally, they printed our brand logo on every suit except for one and placed the unprinted suit at the very bottom of the box as if to hide it. Dealing with this company has been the absolute WORST business experience Ive had to date and I will never in a thousand lifetimes spend my money with them again. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE and UNACCEPTABLE service to say the least.

Finally received order after waiting about 6 weeks for simple DTG print on 24 shirts. Was supposed to receive all Alstyle 1301 shirts but instead received about 1/3 Alstyle and the rest were cheap lightweight blanks. Print was very dull. Also paid for polybagging and didnt receive that at all.Had a second order that I placed July 1 that I was told would be completed about 3 weeks ago. Since then I have received no response at all. Stay away from this company entirely if you are trying to run a business. They put me in a very bad position.Word to the owner Giovani, if you cant handle the increase of orders during this time. Communicate efficiently with your customers. Do not ignore emails and respond with false completion dates.

I put in an order for 500 tees, made my deposit through PayPal invoice and I havent received and update or my product after months.... I wish I would have read his reviews before ordering. OMG this print company is the worst and Giovanni is liar. He took 2 months to complete my order and refused to take responsibility for the delay. To top it all off we got in a screaming match on the phone over the delay and then he told me I could kiss his as* if I think Im getting any money back SMH. He is so unprofessional!

Made a order an the quality cane out not good at all. On top of that was called back multiple times and was talk to ridiculously rude and unbelievably unprofessional by the owner. In the phone call he innuendo to get physical when I came back for my incomplete order, because I told him that they did not come out good and that I wouldn’t be able to use them. Ended with him saying he wouldn’t do anything to rectify the issue until I put the blame on me. I don’t know any company/establishment offering a service to tell the customer to take the blame/responsibility for the finish product. Absolutely the worst business ever. Very unprofessional. The owner made a mistake in my order, we signed a contract to get it fixed and he went against the contract entirely. I still dont have my reorder and when I called The owner, Giovanni hung up in my face. Great products tho! Awful business and youll have to make sure you follow up on everything because the owner has horrible communication skills. Could be racist. Not sure, but there was a lack of concern the entire time with me personally.Now Im being threatened that the owner will take legal action for my above comment..COULD BE racist, NOT SURE .....Lol instead of just conducting better business...I say Freedom of Speech so Lets get it then!Ill await your attorney.

I placed a order and explained the ins and outs of what I wanted. I was sent a invoice and paid, then after the guys realized they did not put all the charges, forced me to make another payment after my money was dispersed elsewhere, which pushed our order back. After, they took a very long time to print our 30 shirts, and allegedly shipped with UPS close to thanksgiving. After not recieving my package after a week i continuously followed up and was endured multiple times they would be reprinted and resent in two days. That was last week, and again they have allegedly just resent my lost shirts. They have not given me anything for this inconvenience and i am highly unsatisfied.

Really disappointed in my final products received. Especially after being recommended here by a family member for their “good quality and pricing”. I went through them for DTG printing for a logo I thought would look great using this type of printing for the first time. But after I got my products in the mail when I originally told them I would be able to pick up my products when they were finished. The logo itself was not of the best quality compared to other prints they’ve done for other customers. The actual type of shirt I received for women’s are way oversized. Not a true to size type of shirt, which now makes a big difference when I ordered specific sizes in limited quantities. A small fits like a big medium. I probably wouldn’t recommend to anyone and most likely won’t return for any more business. I would recommend you get more information from your customers and give more information on what they may be receiving.

Just picked up my order from CRE8, and everything looks amazing! Giovanni and his team went above and beyond helping me with the artwork, materials and colors. I have been to multiple print shops and had work done, and I can say that CRE8 is the best Ive worked with! Thanks guys, ill be back ASAP.

The experience with the Cre8 team was/is FANTASTIC, each and every time. Great customer service and always helpful. We were prepping for an event sort of last minute and they were beyond helpful and serviced my needs in a timely fashion. Would recommend to any and everyone!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BAD BUSINESS was in the subject line of our emails because they were not prompt at doing things WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET IT DONE. I places my order on JANUARY 15th 2020, did not receive it until MARCH 5, 2020. When this “company “ FINALLY sent out my order, they used REUSABLE tracking numbers that kept showing me my package was already picked up in California when I live in Canada. I had to call UPS regularly to get the right updates to my package. When I FINALLY received my package, they were NOT INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED, and DID NOT HAVE PERSONALIZED tags. They quickly refunded the $24 for the shirt not having tags but REFUSED to understand that without the TAGS THAT THE BAD COMPANY PROMISED I would have, the shirts are no good to me. Vert patronizing, I would not even recommend this BAD COMPANY to my Competition !!! I wish I could post all the screenshots from this BAD COMPANY! I do not recommend anyone use their services Especially if you cant phyiscally go see what you are paying for!

After taking more than 2 weeks to complete our order of 20 shirts. We were told our shirts would be ready. Come in to get them about a week later, turns out theyre still not ready, and they dont have them at the shop. On top of that I asked for a refund so we could just take our business elsewhere. Owner didnt want to provide a full refund still charged us for the shirts. He just refunded us for the incomplete embroidery part of it. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤬

Horrible lack of communication. Took two months to receive my shirts... two months for 24 shirts. I would never recommend them to anyone.

One of the worst experiences I ever had was with this company. The shirts took 3xs longer than expected, the order was messed up, there were stains on the shirts and the logo was nothing like the original design. Save yourself and do not go here. Its not worth it.

CRE8 Printing and Design is definitely a company I will continue to do business with !! Their customer service and communication is phenomenal!! First time I used CRE8 I was impressed by the quality of the product. Pretty much the best in quality, prices, turn around time, and what other services they can offer.

This is the place to go!!! Amazing customer service!!! I ordered a shirt for a special event however it wasnt going to arrive in time as guaranteed, which I didnt find out until the day of the event. I called around a few different places and nobody could help me out with getting a custom shirt the same day until I called Giovanni at CRE8! He went above and beyond to make sure my special event wasnt ruined! He was able to get the custom shirt I needed in the same day and it looked awesome! I am grateful for the wonderful service he provided. I would highly recommend CRE8 and will be referring people to use his company. As a satisfied customer I will definitely use this company again!! Horrible service, long wait time, didn’t receive order in full and terrible quality product. Put the shirts through the wash one time and the design was completely ruined. Wouldn’t go to this place if you are serious about the quality.

Best printing shop in town. When i was asked to see if we could get some shirts made for my daughters softball team. That we needed them for this weekend. Found this place and I sent him what I wanted on Tuesday and they were ready Friday night. Amazing place looking foward to using then in the future.

Ordered shirts over a month ago and still haven’t even gotten an update

I tried using this shop awhile ago and they never completed my order after I sent a check of $400. I kept trying to get my order complete and there was always an excuse. I gave up after 3 months.

Not completely satisfied with the product and especially the response from “customer service.”
