We made a visit yesterday, Raul worked with us and showed us a variety of rings. The one female that was working I believe her name is Ana Luz, she basically racially profiled us (were black) the moment we came in. While we were looking at rings Raul went to get some papers and she immediately told him something in Spanish and he came back to put the rings back. Once we were done and picked what we wanted, Jake helped us with the check out, when he pulled up our name there has been an account with them already and when he said that she abruptly left the customer she was working with to loudly let us no we have an account and it was not paid. Not even giving us a chance to as what the balance is so we could pay it wait what we were purchasing. Will NEVER go back!!
Jewelry is cheap! And they know it! Thats why they have a no refund policy. Not even 2 weeks into having my ring, two diamonds fall out! I do not wish to exchange for another cheap ring!
This store defines excellence and strives towards customers satisfaction. I walked in and was instantly greeted with a charming smile by such attentive lady whose name was Julieta. Her performance excelled & I just couldnt believe how amiable and outgoing of a person she sought to be. Her personality drew my attention and allowed me to feel as if Prestigio was my store to shop & indeed it was. I made a purchase and was instantly on my way out. The store manager Julieta surpasses store expectations & I will highly recommend this store to others.
The store at the mall is a joke. Their jewelry is cheap, and in some instances not even what they claim it to be. They are sneaky and not trust worthy. I spent a great deal of money in there only to find out the jewels werent real. The only person I respect is the Lodi store manager who gave me a full refund. I was very disappointed in the Stockton mall store. GO HAVE YOUR JEWELRY APPRAISED IF YOU HAVE BOUGHT IT FROM THEM. They shouldnt even be in business.
I already bought and paid off two rings and some earrings. They treated me like I was going to steal. They said my job needed to have a voice mail that says the company name in it, and they even said my signature had to look exactly the same. On top of the he was lien so casually when ever I ask him what’s the ring made out of and at first he said silver then titanium.and the lady was very mad towards me . When I first walked in today a women was saying to the man that works there that’s not mine you stole mine. Just a horrible experience what happened to the nicer lady

Big hustle!! I bought something from them in 2010... I closed my account with them and dont owe them anything yet in my credit report they say Im 60-90 days late every month.. Its been 5 years and even on my credit report it says I dont owe them anything.. They are hustle and stay away from them period. Their accounting department never answers the phone and there collections dont return calls... Stay away from them
Have had my account paid off for two months, yet they won’t report it. Account is still open. Have called twice, first time a lady said she would find out and return my phone call which did not happen. Second call says they might email to see when my account will be closed . Will not return calls, or emails. Only when they have a sale going will they call and email. I’ll never buy from them again.
Omar, Raul, Julieta, and Leslie are so friendly and professional. As soon as you walk in, they do acknowledge you with a friendly and welcoming smile. They do have a great financing department.

My husband bought my wedding set here and within a couple days a diamond fell out. They told me I could exchange it for another one since they had one more of the same set left. About another week or so a diamond fell out again! Luckily we purchased insurance. Theres no way a diamond should fall out just like that especially right after buying it. The manager julie was very understanding and nice enough to replace my ring with an even pretty and bigger ring. And for our trouble gave us a free two night stay coupon for a hotel. Glad they made it right but as soon as my ring was paid off we never set foot in that store again. Way too pricey anyways and not all good quality made jewelry. You want great deals and good quality go to sams jewelers in sherwood mall
