Dollar general was great. Went there just to pick up a couple of items ended up leaving with a ton of stuff. Staff was nice. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars its because the line was long and they still only had one checker in assisting people they needed to have another line open.

Great store, great prices. Havent had a bad enough experience to give it any negative feedback. The only thing I wish dollar general would do is build more stores haha 👍👍👍

There are quite a few Dollar Generals in Stockton but this is definitely my go to one 😊 its literally like visiting family. Lovely friendly staff that get down to your level and make you feel right at home! I love that!

Stopped by for a hamper and they have a great $1 section and lots of household cleaners and products included in that section.

I actually go to this store very often, I love that it is near by, good customer service, reasonable prices, and they have a wide variety selection.

The parking lot needs sweeping and some sections in the aisles were missing stuff i wanted to buy.

It was clean and the employees were helpful and cheery. Check them out.

This was the worst service I have had in a long time. I went inside stood in line my card wouldnt work so I had to call my company. When I came back in the Asian manager and Mexican clerk wanted me to stand in line all over again. They were lazy and unprofessional. I will not go back even though this is the closest store to me. I was sick today so I had on pajamas and a hoodie. They judged me by my appearance not knowing I am someone important. Its okay just goes to show the world we live in.

It had numerous items for very reasonable prices. It wasnt too busy, it was also very clean. There were many employees available to answer most of my questions. I just wished my Spanish was better! I would definitely be going again. They already have Halloween 💀 decorations out. Like I said, many, many, many different and unique items.

Awesome store with amazing deals! Love the incredible variety of merchandise and the very friendly and helpful staff! Store is clean, well stocked, and lines at cash register are quickly eliminated when staff notices a line forming. Highly recommend for shopping trips!

Bobbie King is such a helpful cashier she helped me to my car she assisted me with all of my shopping needs and she even sent me to a table with Christmas items on super sale and I got a whole bunch of stuff for next year! Thats what I call customer service thank you so much Bobbie!

Plenty variety of stuff (not as many as Walmart or Target). Price tags are all very affordable. I was here to buy a car freshener. Apparently they have Glade Lemon scent which I couldnt fint anywhere. Bought that one for just $1. Thats incredibly cheap. 10/10 would buy again.

Okay, it is in the hood. The cashier had to complete several text messages before ringing us up, and there was a line. But, what the heck. Her hair and makeup were perfect. And her attitude was sweet. No urgency there. Moreover, prices are reasonable. Selection is huge. I usually do not stop there but did so for a friend. Will not return unless it is necessary.

Todays date is 12/6/19 and I went to pick up some Pepsi and Mountain dew 18 pack sodas that were advertised in their weekly flyer for $4.50 each, which is a great deal, only to get there and they didnt have any. This was the second store I went to and neither store had any. I asked to speak to the manager and they said that they normally only get the 18 pack in the summer and its probably a misprint and they were sorry, but there was nothing they could do. My beef is that I wasted my time and fuel driving to find this deal, to me this is poor customer service and false advertising to get you to come to their store looking for their deals to find none, and hope you will buy something else in its place. The sad part is that they dont have rainchecks, its all in the small print on their flyer, so theyre covered. I dont plan on going there again and I hope all that read this will do the same.

I love this place, they have many items to purchase. Always clean and organized. I get milk, chips, candy lol creamer and some dollar items but they have a lots of variety of things to buy

Quality service and shorter lines!

This store is so bad, its really dirty, clothes all over the floor, clothes tangled together, garbage in the floors, big crates of product to be stocked in the middle of isles, cant get carts thru isles. Bad management. Corporate needs to get involved and clean up your stores. Normally there are only 2 cashiers and 2 long long lines while managers walk around talking to each other. Wont go back there too unorganized

Love shopping here, always great prices and cute seasonable items and when they put stuff on clearance or its end of a season the prices are super low....was able to update my kichen textiles from the pot holders and dish towels to the rug in front of my sink all for less then $12.00 !!!! Super happy about that! 😄

I come here every now and then. They have a wide variety of products, plus its great for that quick grab for something that you need. But I will warn you that it can get packed fast and theres sometimes only 1 cashier.
