I dont golf. The facilities here are very nice. The pro shop staff is friendly and helpful. The grill serves great food making this an excellent spot for lunch. The driving range and the course look well maintained.

Playing this course in the spring is a delight. Winter and spring rains make the greens and fairways some of the best in California.Reasonable rates, friendly staff, full bar, clean carts, and a fantastic driving range make the trip here worth it.Greens were fast and challenging. Fairways were well maintained and had plenty of places to penalize an errant tee shot or second shot.Will definitely be making a return trip.

This layout has water in play on multiple holes as well good bunker placement in fairways & around greens. Some fairway bunkers r just hard pack but most bunkers next to greens r ok. Considering the EXTREME drought situation the course is in pretty good condition. The course is green in fairways & most of the rough. There r some hard bare spots but no surprise (its summer drought conditions so move the ball to closest grassy spot 😉😁). The greens r pretty smooth but did hit a couple bumps the killed putt speed &/or moved it offline. I plan to go back & play again.

The course is in great shape we played it in 4hr an 5min food was good. The only thing that could have been better is if they had more help in the food service area. One lady working by herself and she still did a great job with a smile 😃

Fairways and greens heavily over watered and soft and a lot of patches of holes on greens where pitch marks have not been properly repaired by golfers and green keeping staff. Cost me almost $100 to play and not worth that much money in my opinion.

Fairway and greens were good. Pace of play is slow, we didnt get to finish our round.

Very well maintained golf course. Fairways, tee boxes, greens are all in excellent shape.

The course is flat with swales and mounds for relief. Strategic bunkers will catch errant tee shots or approaches. Greens are large requiring shots to be on the proper level. Wind can be a factor. The driving range is large with all grass tees.

Fairways tight, thick rough around the greens & greens running quick.

My best friend is getting married here. Shannon is down to earth and so sweet. Cant wait til September!!

Good all around course for all levels of play. Course and greens typically kept in good shape. 2 full driving ranges w/chipping and putting green on South end, open into the early evenings. Very easy access to course right off of I-5

One of the best courses in the valley. Not a lot of trees and playable rough. Multiple tee boxes to choose from. They could use a sand trap to practice out of on course side. Also could use more yardage markers in fairway. Make sure to ask if greens have been punched.

Havent played the course in years and mad at myself for not doing so. Great layout, a bit of water(!) But in very decent condition. Hope to play again soon.

For December 11th I think this course is in phenomenal shape friendly pro shop with three different representatives, and from what I experienced today great pace of play. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times. Great track.

Great course, facility, driving range, bar, staff. A gem in the valley. Surprised nobody told me about this place, I did some exploration and it looked promising. More than promising, its a fantastic track - beautiful course, water and sand all over, no crazy hidden surprises, good length, very nice greens. To the staff, keep it up!!

I really like this course mainly because of its fast greens that I prefer. It can be very challenging when the wind is up. My only criticism would be its sandtraps that need better sand, but most Valley courses have sparse sand.Pace of play this Friday was too slow for me but it was because of the caliber of players playing in front of us.

Course is in pretty good shape. Over-watered I some spots including many bunkers. Greens are in very good shape. Pace of play on the weekends is going to be 4 1/2 hrs+. Definitely need some.local knowledge, with the prevailing delta winds requiring 1 our 2 clubs more on some holes.

Dont not play here for the time being! The greens are going through a alge/bacteria issue and are terrible, they are uneven and unplayable. They price of play does not fit the conditions of this course. I hope that they will get this issue under control in the future. I do not recommend this course at its current conditions.

Had a great time. The course is in relatively good condition with really fast undulating greens that are almost unfair. Ultimately, its a course worth playing. Note: its marketed as a links style course. It isnt. But its still a good course.

Best fairways and greens for a public course in the area and better then some private courses around here too. Multiple tee boxes to accomodate different levels of players. Fairly open fairways. Big practice areas. One of the best margaritas around. Play can be slow at times as it is a popular course but not horribly so and I do have to admit that I am pretty fast. The marshals are pretty good about making sure groups stay up with those in front of them. There is a lot of construction happening at this time as they are working on some layout improvements. Not to worry, it doesnt interfere with play much and it is fun to watch what they are doing. The only drawback? Glorified outhouses as bathrooms out on the course. I find that surprising given how nice the course is and the money they must be spending on the layout changes. Still, my favorite public course in the area.

This golf course is absolutely beautiful! Course conditions are excellent, loads of challenges, sand traps galore 🤪 water hazards, rolling fairways with very challenging rolling greens all in excellent condition. I think this is now are new favorite course around us here in Stockton 😊👍🏻🏌️

Horrible staff. Over 3 hrs on front 9, left after that. PLACE IS FAMOUS FOR OVER BOOKING. But, great track, layout and conditioning if you can get out mid week

Great prices at the driving range and on the course. Club house is beautifully maintained with decent food options. Only gripe would be the lack of trees which gives way to more wind than other courses in Stockton. Definitely worth a visit.

Hit some balls I get from conveniently located ball machine. The grass teeblocks are well maintained 24/7.

First time here. Top notch course with great service. Good views, lots of water, bunkers are more like moon craters but good sand, easy to hit out of.

Course in great shape. But the greens need a little help. There were a good number of burns on the green from unrepaired ball marks. Other than that, was excellent

Was good to play the reserve again yesterday! Nice to see real fairways and rough again!The greens werent as nice as I remembered but it is the end of winter!My only complaint is with my lack of planning! Thought we were going to play during a break in the rain! Wrong! Rain hit us on the 5th hole! It was a cold, windy dousing that I had not considered! OopsThe rain jacket that I brought wasnt rain proof! The nice plastic rain shirt I own was safety hanging in my closet???So I earned the dumbass award for the dayBut after the one hour rain delay the sun came out and it was beautiful!

Not very inspiring. Disconnected from its surroundings and sort of a stand alone project which is not blending with the community.

Our SIR93 mens senior golf club has played here several times a year. We all enjoy the course. There are alot of sand that will challenge you. They normally cut the rough long which makes finding your ball challenging. Also several holla have water along most of the fairway... what FUN!!

The winds will determine if love or hate this course. The layout is great, greens roll true. High handicaps lose a dozen balls a side here.

I love playing golf here but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had playing golf. My friends birthday was Thursday so we wanted to take him golfing for his birthday. We teed off 15 min late which isnt a big deal, but then on hole number 11 the marshal kept following us. He followed us for 4 hole before telling us we had to skip a hole. We were not playing slow, dont tell us we are playing slow after teeing off 15 min late. So we skipped hole 15, when we finished the group behind us were 2 hole behind us. You pay over $50 bucks to play at a public course is Stockton. Which is already ridiculous, and then to be harrassed by the marshal for no reason. Ruined my buddies birthday golf trip. It will be a while before I go back to the reserve. Our entire round took 4hrs and 10min to complete.
