Shop there every day, best place for irrigation parts,with a friendly staff

Went into the Rocklin store because I had questions about our Raindial and the nicest person helped us and went beyond. His name is H.D. Williams. What a delight

Normac Rocklin has been our preferred irrigation supplier for years. The staff has remained largely the same for the better part of a decade, and that translates to being undisputed experts regarding all of their products and applications. Normac is THE place to go for specialty parts, which they have in stock more often than not, as well as the knowledge to suggest alternative solutions when they exist.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. HD helped me on this visit and knew exactly what i needed when i was describing my problem.

Helpful staff and full service. They have just what you need if you are installing an irrigation system. Unless strangely enough you need an irrigation pump. That they do not do those.

If you need irrigation supplies Normac is the place. Employees are knowledgeable and provide excellent advice. I have purchased irrigation pipe, valves, sprinkler heads, sprinkler nozzles, and a controller from Normac. They have an excellent selection of products that the big box stores do not sell. Prices are very competitive. There is no better place to buy irrigation products. Normac also sells high quality landscape lighting. I have been buying products from Normac for over 10 years. Outstanding company. Outstanding employees.

Always helpful and always have the rainbird maxx impact sprinklers I need. Nice folks and didnt mind explaining things to a layman trying to fix up his own yard.

Per Normac staff they were recently sold and are under new ownership. We experienced an extremely rude & unprofessional staff that complained up & down about the new ownership. We were given nothing but grief when we attempted to return items purchased. We waited 1 1/2 hrs only to be told we needed all receipts. We returned a second time only to be told it would be a very long time, there was one other customer in the store with two Normac employees working. It was clear the two employees were attempting to make our return cumbersome and time consuming in an effort to get rid of us despite having all receipts available. We visited another Normac store and were refunded by friendly staff. We brought this matter to management who side saddled the matter by letting us know the disgruntled employees had to learn a computer system after many years on the prior system. We now shop at Ewing. While at Ewing recently we discussed Normac being sold. Ewing staff stated they were aware, because four other customers came in complaining about the rudeness of Rocklin, CA Normac staff. Stay away!
