So I walked in & Ricky knew exactly what I needed. He let me know he was going on vacation, so I sent him all the info he needed & he made sure my order was all set before he left. Great quality. I had a 3 x 4 poster for a conference, which I originally had printed at a big chain print department - the result from the chain store was blurry and it appeared that the printer needed to be serviced. In a bind, I called Sterling on the morning of my flight to the conference. They were able to print it right away, and for a modest expedite fee I picked it up about 3 hours later. The product looks great, and they were very friendly to work with.

Very pleased with the next day service I got. Will go there again I need anything printed
