All sales personnel should become more familiar with their products

Grateful for the Sunday hours and the location that had effortless parking options! Customer service went beyond my expectations, as well, and the gentleman, whose name I wish I had asked for, was incredibly helpful and personable. Thanks for a great experience!

Anyone who smokes period has to come here. This place is literally the Mecca of a smoke shop. Hundreds and hundreds of pipes, bongs, cigars, vapes and all different types of vape flavors. I came here for a juul refill only to find out I had to choose between 25 differ t flavors. Highly recommend

Nice in and out

Only reason they didnt earn a 5 star review is that they DIDNT have my items in stock... BUT the gentleman that was working was soooo friendly and courteous. Had a great 30-45 min convo with him. He wanted to know what I would do to the shop differently if I owned it. WHAT AN AMAZING QUESTION TO BE ASKED?!! And best part, he asked if he could record the convo on his phone or take notes of I was camera shy. He then went on to ask some really great questions and I was told by a friend that went in there yesterday that hes already made some major changes... THAT I RECOMMENDED!! Now that, to me, is the TOP in customer service!!!!
