Great experience all around, the lowest price we could find around Boston, and took us 4 business days from the first call to installation. Natalia and Mariana were patient with us, great with communication (text messages, calls, emails - all answered immediately).Day 1, last Wed 3PM, we sent them email describing what we need to get done. Nicole called back within minutes, gave us general ideas about prices, selections etc.Day 2, we stopped by the office, looked at some slabs, made the decision. Natalia and Mariana worked with us, patiently, to accommodate out budget, get us a schick sink etc.Day 3, Louis came to take measurements and template.Day 4, Monday morning, installed. We did not use backsplash and our walls are not that perpendicular etc, so the tolerances were important to us. Depite our crooked wall, we got a perfect line within 1/16-1/8 tolerance. Perfect, nearly incisible seam on the waterfall. The installers were very professional, accommodating.All in all really happy experience. If the prices stay competitive, will definitely come back.

I am very unhappy with this company. I should have done my research prior to selecting them. They pushed my project over 3 weeks.SchedulingI called plenty of times asking when the could get my template completed and when they are going to install my countertop/island.InstallingI am not happy with the install. The cuts are not straight and gaps are massive. See pictures.Proceed with caution and ask for references. Dont make my mistake.

I would give zero stars .... I don’t care what good reviews you see here or how good of a price you got ....Stay away .. spend a bit more and go elsewhere.. please don’t do it .. I want to smash my granite every time I think of this place .they have another shop too or just another name they go under too ..

We got our counter tops and we loved them. within a few weeks we noticed a crack in one ares and I e-mailed them to see if there was a way to fix the issue and they told me they would get back to me. they never did. a week later I e-mailed them again only to find out that my e-mail was blocked. I e-mailed them from another e-mail account and still have not gotten a response. Again we LOVE our counter tops we are just concerned about the crack and want to know what the best way to handle it is. I dont feel that requires blocking and ignoring. The initial service was great the installment was great I just then the customer service AFTER the instillation was horrible! so if you dont mind having your counter tops installed and then being ignored I say go for it. But i didnt pay good money to be ignored. Even a simple, our suggestion is this but that is not in our scope to fix, would have sufficed.

I really wanted to do quartz countertops but it was hard to find with good price.At the granite shop they gave me some options and helped me find something I wanted on good deal.Ended up doing bathrooms and my basement too.Highly recommend them.

Granite Shop has beautiful slabs to choose from and wonderful customer service. Aliny was friendly, helpful and had great follow through with our fabricator. I recommend Granite Shop if youre looking for quality products that are better than you will find in many warehouses across the state.

When building our house we went to every granite shop around. We got high quotes and long lead times. Granite-Shop was the only one of 5 that was willing to work within our budget and was able to meet our tight deadlines. They sales rep in the office were professional and the install crew knew what they where doing. The finished results are beautiful. I have already recommended them to a few friends re-doing their kitchens.

GRANITE SHOP has worked on several complicated stone projects for us. We have always found them to be fair, honest, professional and skilled with all types of stone tops including marble and granite. I would highly recommend them For any complex and detailed countertop project.

Fantastic experience through a recommendation from my brother. We were looking for quartz countertops for our kitchen and the staff was extremely helpful. When we found a slab we liked, it ended up being an expensive piece. The shop worked with us to find similar slabs based on our budget and we found the perfect piece. They were sending us samples to make sure we were happy with the selection.When it came to the installation, they were out here within a matter of days from picking out the slab to install. I was expecting a 7-10 day wait and instead ended up being around 4. Extremely fast and diligent, the countertops look amazing! Ill be sharing pictures when the rest of the kitchen is completed.

Great prices, and as long as you are patient, they are a pleasure to work with. They can get busy at times but they good with communication for the most part. Sales rep was easy to work with. On Site personnel were professional and accommodating of requests. My only gripe is that the installers did not arrive within the communicated window, but sometimes things are unavoidable (difficult previous install earlier in the day) but would rather that they called me to let me know rather than me having to call in to find out. Counter looks great.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We got a great deal on a beautiful granite countertop and a full set of cabinets. Alyne and Karla were with us from design to installation and worked closely with Wilkinson and his outstanding crew from Finest Construction to give us an amazing kitchen in a short period of time. We would recommend these people to anyone.

This shop used to locate in Everett. Not a professional shop . I bought 2 sets of backsplash . They hand me not enough .69 short .I came back asking for it .they gave me 59 . I end up buying another piece at Alpha granite in Wakefield MA. Beside that .When they installed my 2 kitchens those seams did not match the color of the counter top. If you want something better . Buy it somewhere.

If I had the ability to review without giving any stars, I would. These are the most unprofessional, inappropriate, rude, and untrustworthy people one could ever do business with. They currently have almost $1000 from my family that they have NOT returned. We did not use their product and now they are holding our money.If you work HARD for your money and don’t want to hand it over to a bunch of thieves, then I would recommend finding another company to do business with.

I bought Granite for my kitchen from Granite Shop. The price was THE best and service was outstanding. I want to thank Bruna the saleswoman for her help. There was a hiccup during the process as the granite got a couple of small scratches during installation. They came back out and fixed it quickly. My kitchen looks awesome and I recommend Granite Shop to everyone. Im also a realtor so I will be referring their business to my clients!

When we bought our house, we decided to undertake several room renovations, including the kitchen. We shopped around for kitchen counter quotes at the usual stores (Home Depot, Lowes, The Marble Exchange, etc), but all of their prices threatened to blow our budget.Then, we went to the Granite Shop on the advice of our Realtor, Guy Contaldi. We met Tatiana, and she worked with us to not only get beautiful granite counters within our budget, but we also we able to have quartz installed in our bathrooms thanks to their stock of remnants.To top it off, the installers were great: on time, professional, courteous and clean.Thats what makes The Granite Shop stand out: great selection, and ability to truly customize to your budget. I have already recommend TGS to several of my friends and colleagues, and at the VERY LEAST if you are reading this, you should stop by to see it for yourself as well.

RUDE and DISHONEST! The two best words I can use to describe this business! From the sales people to the installers and especially the owner ALINY! DO NOT GO THERE! Not a reputable company!

Successfully installed Quatz countertop, but there were several frustrating issues.The installers were not careful and damaged the existing cabinets. The countertop was cut from two slabs instead of one as I was led to believe during the estimate. Price increased just prior to installation than what expected due to the addition of an additional installer and a fee to carry slabs up to the second floor.

Worst business I ever had the displeasure of working with. A bunch of dishonest people; delivered a countertop damaged in several places, forgot to sand the backsplash, did not install properly. Measurements were incorrect. Our stove doesnt even fit. Everything that could go wrong, did.They have made NO attempt at remedying the situation.

They did a beautiful job on our countertops! It was just delay for a couple of weeks.

WATCH OUT, DO NOT GO HERE!!! This shop is tolerable as long as there is no complication. The prices are great, and KARLA the sales rep was seemingly pleasant and amenable at first. But then the issues began to manifest.First, it was difficult to nail down an installation date. They initially said it would take 3 days total to install, but then kept making an appt and canceling. I told them this caused difficulties since both me and my husband work full time and had to ask someone to be present at the time of the appointment to let them in.Then I was told me that we had 10 more feet of Island space than previously calculated by my IKEA designer. The amount was confirmed by my contractor. But they stood by their #sq footage calculation, but that should have been a red flag. This raise our price by another several hundred dollars.Then during installation, the installation guy called me to tell me about a complication. He spoke with a heavy Portuguese accent, and I could barely make out what he was saying. Finally after some help from my husband, we understood that he said that the granite would not fit unless they cut away some of the new cabinet below. Not wanting to cause any more delays, we looked to find that there was a huge chunk of wood inside a cabinet that looked like it had been hacked away at.The main disappointment however was when I discovered that they had also scuffed up the outside of my newly installed cabinetry. This is where the communication spiraled downhill. I asked them to fix it, and at first, it seemed like they were working on it. They would make appts to return, but kept canceling. They said they wanted to match the paint color, sand and repaint, but I thought that would not look the same. So Karla suggested I forward them the cost/invoice of the panel that would need to be replaced. It was not even that expensive. It was a total of 89$. They only sent me a check for half, and ignored all my calls and requests to talk to the owners after that. Karlas behavior changed as well toward me as if I were no longer a customer to deal with. Every time I called, which was once a week for about eight weeks, she pretended she didn’t know what the problem was, lied repeatedly and said the owners were still out of town when I said I wanted to speak with them. When I asked for resolution to the issue, they tried to pressure me into sanding down my cabinets and matching the paint, which would work horribly with IKEA laminate cabinets so I declined. Instead I asked for the price of the panel plus 100$ labor so I could pay another company to fix it. Regarding the quartz that I had installed, it was pretty enough and very cheap, but the quality leaves more to be desired. It gets marks and stains very easily. My friends who have bought quartz elsewhere do not have this issue at all. After spending 4000$ on the countertops, I was very disappointed with my experience with this shop as well as the countertop. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Save yourself time and headaches, and don’t go here!!

Stay away from this place. They will do the very beat to get your deposit. Call you and follow up but once they receive the deposit everything is downhill from there. Keep re-scheduling and a lot of back and forth. Cancelled my deal due to poor business ethic.
