Very poor customer service and delivery time changed every two hours
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This Fedex Office is located on Stony Brook University campus in the basement of the Frank Melville Library RM E0320. It is next to the Amazon Store.
This place is not open on Saturdays. Also its in the basement of the library of Stony Brook University. This should not be considered a FedEx for the general public.
They say theyre open Saturday 10-2, but I have NEVER seen this place open on Saturdays. Moreover, it is very common for employees to come open the store 30 to 40 minutes late during the week, and not comment or apologize for it. Very unprofessional.
It was supposed to be opened according to the message and sign on the door but they were closed. Wasted 20 minutes of time getting here.
