A wide selection of UConn merchandises and Huskies apparels, electronics, books and stationeries. There are also plenty of choices of snacks to satisfy your hunger! The staff is very helpful and approachable.

Very friendly staff, made you feel welcomed at the store. We had a nice conversation about toddlers!

Awesome place, great products and appareal. Associates were very helpful to ME, however I did witness a female cashier, who didnt fully understand a couple Asain Girls, due to their thick accents. She laugh at them and made a commented to the male cashier helping me, who then laughed too as they were walked away, saying, they really are a weird kinda people! I had a GREAT experience up until THEN!

The store has wide selection of Uconn merchandise. But the online store purchasing system is broken and their staff is Grossly incompetent. I bought few item on their online store, which was discounted at 50%. Then they ended up billing them at full price, and even worse on the online store account the prices changed. Lucky for me I had the confirmation email with the discounted prices. Then I had to spend time talking to an associate manager, who was not even aware of the discounted promotion sale and was treating me as if I was a thief. even then, they did not discount all the items, to which I had to go to store find each item and calculate the discount myself and show them the actual prices. With all the evidence they still acted as it was my fault. My Advise is if you Shop here (sadly we have no other option) Take screen shots, keep receipts and save all the details.update: Bookstore is still refusing to honor original receipt and they have stopped responding to email. terrible customer service.

Just graduated and because of the pandemic I couldn’t return my books and I’m still outside the country. I can’t even access the bookstore page buy the books. I called the store a couple of times and when I finally got to talk to the manager he wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t give any solutions to the problem.... AND hanged up on me!! I was so mad I called again and then they said he wasn’t there anymore (what a liee). Love the school but that person that did that to me shouldn’t be a manager. I ask the employee for his name she said Lent Uber ... however the page says the Store Manager is Leonard Oser ...Who ever is the manager shouldn’t be ... periodBad customer service!!!

The Bookstore itself is good, do not get me wrong, however, I would strongly recommend against buying any electronic products there. After two weeks, there is no return policy. The manager of Computer & Electronics department, who refused to identify his name, told me to contact Microsoft, which I did. Naturally, Microsoft does not have the history of the purchase on their end, so they cannot do anything. Your best bet to buy things at the Microsoft store directly, or some other place with more flexible return policies.

The bookstore itself is awesome. Rivals any Nike and Footlocker store not too mention it has a Starbucks. The only drawback is lack of parking. You have to pay to park. $2 for 20 minutes. I guess $2 is nothing to the privileged.

They have great UConn merchandise and plenty of college essentials. The prices can be overpriced and high though so be careful there.

The ambience is always great! However, the price is usually high (IMO) unless you run into a clearance event.

I have been here only once when I visited my friend there. Th bookstore at UConn is very big, but of course like any other university bookstores the products are expensive. If you want something memorable of UConn then you can visit here. There is also coffee shop here.

Convenient position for Uconn students with a LOT of Uconn merchandise inside. Also with a Starbucks inside. It is very pricey though...

Robbery stand for textbooks with terrible service. They pick and choose what to price match & wont let me return my textbooks from when I graduated last semester as if covid was not a thing for the past half-year. Didnt give me any options on how to resolve this either and just stood on their unfair hardball stance of you didnt meet the deadline. Im glad im done with this criminal school and everything associated with it

I like their sales. Some items are pricy. I find books at cheaper prices in other places.

Had to get a ton of stuff. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were high, but was kinda expecting it. It would be nice if we could order from Amazon. They have same material.

They opened the doors for my son who had to return some books and but one for the summer. They were very nice even after we kept them there after they closed by 4 minutes.

Merchandise is overpriced

Walking around campus and needed a cup of coffee on a cool spring day. This place did not disappoint.

Terrible.I ordered online for textbooks to be shipped to my home address. It was on hold for week and a half. Since the semester was going to start very soon, I wanted to change it to pick up at first. I messaged them, but no reply what so ever. 2 days later I just reordered the same thing for pick up, and requested by their own messaging system online to cancel the previous order because even if the order was on hold, it could not be cancelled by the customer.I got a call 4 days before the semester was about to start. The lady asked if I still wanted the shipping. I told her I just wanted the order cancelled because I have already made an order for pick. She said okay, but this morning I found out that cancellation apparently means just ignore it and change it to pick up. So, I ended up charged with $280 dollars on repeated items. I guess I have to be personally pick up the 2 different orders and return one entire order.What kind of a business is that? They just dont give a damn about customer service since you are forced to use their store for necessary course materials. Frankly, it was one of the worst shopping experiences ever.

Like any college bookstore, the prices are way higher than alternatives (amazon). The layout is nice and they have a good selection of merchandise outside of books, but all of it is at a premium markup. Everything from office supplies to clothing are marked up in price. Otherwise it is clean and the employees are helpful.

I love all of the UCONN t-shirts and sweaters. It was also clean and well organized.

They messed up my order, I ordered a cengage subscription for one semester and they didnt even give me the code. The cengage purchase registered on my husky bucks account but they forgot to include it on my order I guess. Im still trying to sort it out now.

As a UConn fan, loved it! Such a large store with a huge amount of merchandise. You can get cool things like hoodies and stuffed animals, or waterbottles. Great store!

Service is pretty terrible around the holidays. No worker actively asks if you need help finding anything. I asked an employee where I could find a jacket in my fathers size, and she said she would look in the back and never came back. I noticed haha so that’s why I wrote this, sad to see UConn on a real decline.

Its a pretty big bookstore. Has an entire section for clothing and accessories all things uconn. Starbucks was nice too.

This place shouldn’t be called a bookstore anymore. Barely any books in what used to be a student run cooperative bookstore. By choosing a corporate way of running the university, UConn destroyed a once great place where you could find books. However, if UConn stamped goods is what you are looking for, you will be served.

Technology is price competitive. School merchandise is another story. Lines typically move fast. My only real gripe is the criminally cheap book buyback program.

Has a lot of stock of other items apart from the books like electronics and other stationery items. You could get university merchandise too. But the books are on the pricier end but thats with almost all universities.

We come here every summer from Seattle for t-shirts and fan items. Love the variety.
