This place is absolutely awesome, got almost everything you could possibly need. Staff is extremely helpful and always has the customers needs in mind. Prices are quite competitive too and are well worth supporting local business as well as excellent customer service. Would come here any day over the big box alternative.

Great establishment! They get busy and sometimes the wait is long, but that is because they take the time to help every customer with questions/finding the right item... you cant complain about that. Best selection of plumbing fittings... things the big box stores didnt even carry. Cant beat the service and quickly vanishing old world dedication to the customer!

Went to get my car key duplicated (as in cut the same, not programmed). They did the job fast but with little care to accuracy - corners of the key were sharp, thickness of the sides did not match (they thinned out the sides of the copy so it is quite sharp to the touch). This resulted in a key that struggled to be inserted into the ignition. I went home and smoothed the necessary parts off with sandpaper+a whetstone to ACTUALLY MATCH my original key and now it works fine. Cant attest to any of their other services, but key copying sucked.

Ive used Mansfield Supply for business and personal needs number of times during past three years, which was consistently positive shopping experience with highly helpful stuff and good stock of tools and supplies. Today I came one minute after closing time needing a tool to keep working through the weekend, and despite of lights being already off and all the associates on their way home I was greeted, helped with finding tools, and left with everything needed in just five minutes. Thank you!

Oh, they dont always have some weird thing I want, but they gladly point me to where I can find it, offer to order it, or help me make it. This is a family run business in which everyone is always friendly and eager to offer there assistance to help you find what it is that you need. Started shopping here about a year ago and I have shopped here several times since. Always a pleasant experience.

Love this place! Stopped by once to see if parts that I needed to replace a closet door latch might be in stock. Oh, you dont need to replace that if you have a vise at home. I said that I didnt have a vise. Not a problem! he said, and took my broken latch pieces downstairs. He was back in two minutes, the latch was in one piece, as good as new. That was three years ago and the latch is still working as it should. Mansfield Supply is that kind of helpful place. GREAT service!

If youre anywhere near this place dont even bother going elsewhere. The service here is TOP notch! Incredibly knowledgeable staff going above and beyond any of those chain stores. Do yourself a favor and come here first!

Ive had a relationship with Mansfield Supply for 3+ years now. They are, hands down, the best local hardware store around. You dont get service like this with the big box stores. All of their employees have gone the extra mile at one point for me to help figure out what parts or supplies I needed. As long as I live in the area, and am working in the area, Mansfield will be the hardware store that I use.

People are really nice and friendly. They are always open to help you and are knowledgeable about all the different materials from the store and also if you have questions about different process for your home improvements.

Had an issue with a propane heater I ordered from internet retailer and staff member was very helpful with assisting in finding the correct fittings and configuration that would work with my tank, store is clean and well stocked with all sorts of useful goodies and better quality stuff than the big box hardware stores

Great experience ever time I am at MS. They always seem to have the things I need and the service is top notch. The employees are always patient with my kids, who have a 1000 questions every time we go in. Thanks for being a great local resource!

This is the best hardware store Ive ever been in. Ive been going to Mansfield Supply since I was a kid and it is second to none. They have employees who know their stuff and will take time to help you. Every single wall is packed with stuff. If you cant find it here, chances are that no hardware store will have it. They have a basement with all sorts of stuff and if theyre not too busy theyll do such things as make custom o-rings. I will say some employees are more personable than others but thats really not important to me.Ive been spending lots of money there recently and will continue to. Prices seem just fine on most items, though the internet almost always has lower prices. I work in a business where the internet has really taken away customers, and I would guess that the local hardware store would be affected as well. For that reason I try to buy there if they have what I need.When I say this store is legendary, that is not hyperbole. Its reputation is exalted to almost god-like proportions...okay maybe thats a little hyperbole. But really, this is the place to go.

I love this hardware store! A little bit of everything, I explored it today. Partially through the survey, I realized why I had never fully wandered through before. The staff are SO helpful you are usually asked if you can be helped within 30 seconds of walking through the door. They then take you to exactly what you are looking for, and answer questions about the product (knowledgably). And I did not finish my scan, because a young man asked if I needed any help before I was halfway through. Patronize, please!!! Its a gem!

This store holds a lot more inside than you would think from the outside. Very efficient use of space lets them stock all but the most niche items that you could need. Everybody is friendly and when you need help finding something they will actually walk with you to show you right where it is instead of just pointing in a general direction like some of those bigger stores. Lumber selection is limited, but they still have what you need 80% of the time and considering its a local hardware store and not a lumberyard, thats pretty good. The only negative is that they are not open on Sundays but it is a small store with limited staff that deserve their time off too so that doesnt bother me too much.I would recommend anybody in the Storrs/Mansfield/Willington area come here first to get what you need (they will probably have or be able to get it) instead of defaulting to one of those big box stores.

Love Mansfield Supply! This store has been there my whole life. When I go there - I can literally browse! They have a little bit of everything from non-traditional cleaning items to garden supplies to space -saving organizer type things. Very helpful too and reasonable prices. Save the small shops!! Drive past Home Depot and go to Mansfield Supply!
