Was in the area and needed an oil change. Walk-in. It ..was...the..fastest...oil..change..ever! Great service:) like literally 10 mins.👍

I will never go to the again they rush through the oil change and forgot to screw the oil filter back on tight which caused my engine to seize they claim they fix my car and got a new engine but when I picked my car up from them it could barely drive I told the guy what happen and he told me his job was gone so I’m currently looking into lawyers to sue the I RECOMMEND PEOPLE NEVER GO THERE

Very professional job, everyone was very friendly and explained everything clearly. The pricing was reviewed in detail ahead of time and was fair. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to order parts and completely replace a large section of the exhaust system so quickly. I brought my car in at 11:00 on a Saturday and picked it up at 3:00. They kept the car on the lift to show me what they had done when I came to pick it up. I highly recommend them.

If I can put ZERO STARS I WOULD. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, and aside from the prices they show online, the manager MAKES HIS OWN PRICES . Saying he works for $110 an hour (he only worked for 30 minutes) plus the services and tax when they have a price list in the lobby that says OTHERWISE. They refused to pay me what they owed me. I paid $161 for a $90 service . I called every other meineke to check the price and they told me to call my bank to simply get a refund that way since they know the mechanics there just try to get a quick buck. Also THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!

One of the worst place to fix the car. It is not the corporate store. The owner name is Charles. One of the horrible and rudest person you will ever see. Please make sure not to take your car there. Most of the employees are unlicensed. Charge me $1000 for Replacement of fuel pump for Cadillac. The labor cost is$320. Still the issue is not fixed. Told me that there is something else. Did not return the money back. Called Meinke customer service and complaint there but no response from the corporate office. This is highway robbery. Insulted my wife when she asked questions. 3.5 days the car was in his garagePlease Beware of this place and this company. I am taking this matter to Bussiness Bureau.

The worst place i have ever dealt with in my 23 years of dealing with cars. We brought our car there and told them we were waiting on a shipment to get the second half of the parts we needed to complete our job. After a few days there was a issue with shipment we told them that we had to wait a couple more days for the parts . We were VERY CLEAR FROM THE BEGGINING WHAT WE NEEDED DONE AND WHAT THE STATUS WAS WITH OUR PARTS DELIVERY. They decided to do half the job put the old parts in then charge us to take the old parts out when new parts came to then charge us to do the same job again . We spoke to them several times about what was to be done n yet when they wanted to charge us for the extra labor that never should have been done in the first place they called the police on us just for the police to agree with us that this place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY TOLD US TO TAKE THEM TO COURT. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE RUDE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE OR U WILL REGRET IT.

Very quick with the oil change 15 minutes. Price was good compared to others. Only thing I would say is go over what work was performed in case the customer has any questions. But quick work.

Stay away from these guys! Serious price gouging for parts!!! I needed MacPherson struts and sway bars replaced. The auto parts store across the street wanted $436 for a pair. That was the retail price. Meineke charged me $682!!! I called him out on it and he reduced the total charge from $990 to $905. Total rip-off!! Should have cost no more than $600. Stay away from these guys!

Overall poor communication ... I brought in a discount coupon that was due to expire in 7 days. The manager gave me a hard time about accepting it . I insisted that he honor it and finally did . The sticker for the next oil change was placed on the windshield with dirty oil fingerprints all over it . Unfriendly atmosphere

It was a great experience! I made an appointment for 4:30 pm for a muffler issue. David took my car right in and put it up on the lift to check it. He told me the muffler needed replacing and he promptly ordered the parts. I went back this morning at 8:30 for a muffler and I was out of there by 9:15! Sure beats places where you lose your car for a day or two for a repair! Thanks!!

I made an appointment for an inspection, received a confirmation and a reminder text. However when I got there they said they couldnt do it because their machine was broken. I was never notified and had to go elsewhere thus defeating the purpose of the on line appointment. I was not happy.

So the only reason why I was a little bit disappointed in the service that I received at this location was that I had a coupon for an oil change for $18 plus the fee of disposal they would not honor the coupon and said I needed to show it prior to me having them have the oil change done. Looks like from now on I’ll be going to Jiffy Lube or Valvoline it wasn’t the location it’s the principle.

Had a 1pm appointment for brake replacement dropped it off they didnt start until 3pm then called at 4:45 and said it was done so I paid over the phone as they closed at 5. Went to pick it up last night and the repair was not done right so my vehicle is not drivable and still sitting in front of the building which means they didnt even test drive it. Called both their local number and Meineke corporate number and was told someone would call me back ASAP. That was yesterday :(

If I could give no stars at all I would. I called down on a Wednesday to ensure they would have time to fix my vehicle Friday or Saturday The manager assured me that this would be the case and even wanted me to bring the car that day. Friday I have my vehicle towed to them early morning. I write down what needed to be fixed, intake manifold gasket or line going into the thermostat causing a leak on the engine. I call around 3:30 PM after not hearing from them, nothing looked at yet and the manager stated they will do a pressure test. He calls me at 5 PM and his exact words were there is nothing wrong with your car, but you have a power issue due to clogged converters. I can cut and weld new pipes for $1,500. I argue stating that I had not asked him to even look at that part of the vehicle to which he replied saying Im the mechanic, I know what Im doing. I then told him not to touch the vehicle and immediately contacted corporate. I was ensured that the corporate agent, Taylor Lee, would contact me within 6 business days. Today marks 9 business days (13 actual days) and still nothing. Yesterday I grabbed my vehicle from their site because I was going to be charged storage fees otherwise. If you exist Ms. Lee, my phone works and Im waiting.

Scheduled my car for an inspection, 5 days before I planned on coming in. I received an email and text confirmation. When I arrived I was told they did not have access to the machine required for the inspection. It would have been nice for someone to call me and tell me that before arriving. The gentleman up front was very pleasant.

They were on time, very professional, neat and fast.

I came in shortly before close on Saturday afternoon with a major exhaust issue and not only was it diagnosed quickly but they fixed it right then and had it back to me in an hour and a half. Great people!

This morning my car wouldnt start right away. No sound. Didnt turn over finally did. Checked under the hood positive terminal was totally corroded. Why didnt they clean that off? They are suppose to check stuff like that. I ended up cvv leaning it myself.

I got my oil changed and a car inspection here. I didnt have to wait long and they kept me updated when it was almost done. The guys that worked there were friendly to my son. I was helped by two different people and they seem to be running a well oiled machine

They failed my inspection and gave me bill of 500+, I managed to get it fixed else where for under 500. These guys not trust worthy. Avoid.

Had my truck towed to this shop since a brake line blew out and I dont have a lift to repair it. Asked the shop to replace all of the hard brake lines as they were all rusted. Got the truck back and everything seemed okay, however when I went to go do some work on the engine I noticed that they used the old brake line fittings (rusted) on the new lines, as well as there was brake fluid all over the driver side of the engine compartment. I contacted the customer service and was told that someone would get back to me with no exact timeframe. Hopefully this is somthing that can be resolved because a line replacement does not mean use old fittings. Especially when paying almost $1300. Disappointed that a shop would do that, especially on a critical vehicle system.

Staff is always on the phone and have bad communication issues. They once simply told me my car was rejected because of the exhaust. I brought it to an exhaust place and they told it it was just the gasket. I could have gotten that done at Meineke and instead lost a lot of time.

I brought my 2004 toyota tacoma in to have the forward catalytic converter replaced specifically with an aftermarket one, which was to be welded in. They told me they could order an aftermarket one and weld it in for about $300, and that they needed a deposit of any amount, so I put $200 down.After ordering the wrong part three times (they realized each time, only after I dropped my truck off) they are now telling me they cant do the job they originally agreed to, and that they need to order and install a bolt-on direct fit converter for $800+ (which is out of the question as it is 6 bolts that I can turn myself!).When I asked for my deposit back (as they could not do the job they originally agreed to do) they told me that was not an option. They said I can have a credit, but I only brought it to them so I could have the part welded in. I reached out to corporate Meineke (at the direction of the stoughton shop), who explained that it was up to the owner, Charlie, who is not returning any of my phone calls.I am really disappointed with how this all went down. I dont see how Meineke can guarantee customers anything, if they do not have any ability to enforce policies. At this point, I would not recommend this shop to anybody, especially if you dont know your vehicle. They tell you they can do something within your budget, accept your deposit, and then tell you it is going to have to be done another (much more expensive) way. They should have ensured that the job was possible before ever accepting my deposit.UPDATE: Just reading up to see if things have improved at this shop, after the appalling run-around they pulled on me. It seems that they are responding to many other negative reviews, ensuring that customer service is their top priority. They have still not reached out to me to make things right. The shop still has my $200 and I continue to warn all customers considering this garage.
