I love dollar genral. So long as you dont need the best they have a lot of what people need on a daily basis. We needed a pizza cutter, but I didnt want to spend $10 on a pizza cutter. Dollar General has my back. I also had been on the look out for a cute kitchen utinsel holder. I found one at the Dollar General! They also have Kiss brand nails for $5! They are normally $8 and over! So they have some good deals, you just gotta look. The staff was super nice as well, so icing on the cake!

Price discrepancy with the corporate app and the manager yelled no and ran and hid in her office and slammed the door. DG corporate policy is to honor the price in their app. Ridiculous behavior.

Cranky staff, and a store packed w/ more stuff than one would ever need. Depending on time of day you can get in and out relatively fast. Be aware of the bagging carrassoul, very easy to leave something behind!

I wanted to pay, but there was no one around. I called out 3 times, and no response. I got a little creeped out, left my stuff on the counter, and abruptly walked out.

Found what I needed. Other local stores were out. Not too expensive either.

The service is slow. No one is happy to be working there. Shelves arent stocked well. Employees leave the counter even when customers are in line. Used to be the best store in town!

There prices are ridiculous and when using there Dollar General App, they dont have most of the items that you add to your app list to purchase and so how do there shoppers get to the $25 when most of there items are not available and very poor customer service.

Not really a dollar store, some items cost more than getting them at Menards or Walmart. Had two ladies walk by irritated, with one cussing and bad mouthing customers in general. I get it, I work retail too but I never speak so loudly with that crude of language. I at least keep it under my breath or just sigh at the messes others make.

Always poor service! If I could I rate it a zero! Nobody is allowed to use the restroom, signs are rudely written all over the store and any decent employee never stays long!

Normally I really like this store. The only thing I dont like is the low staff numbers (and high turnover, which is very obvious to consumers)Constantly overhearing drama from the workers, and always feeling like you’re bothering the worker when you walk up to the register to check out.Sunday July 20th, 2014 I went in the buy a few things and when I went to the register the 2 clerks were about to walk away, one clerk (with a broken wrist, I cant identify her in any other way because she had her name badge turned around) walked back around and stated it figures at me in a frustrating tone and proceeded to check me out with an attitude. I tried engaging her in conversation and she wouldnt have it, I then tried to offer to bring my cart around for her to scan heavy things because she had an injury and this seemed to offend her. Ive never had a really negative experience with this store until now. Yes, Ive had annoyances here and there but nothing like this.I guess I was simply shocked by the experience. I used to go there at least 2-3 times a week; I may have to over think that now.

The store was a mess. The line was backed up all the way to the isles, which tool about 10 minutes to check out. While checking out, the 2 cashiers where talking poorly about he customer they had waited on that was having tm pricing issues while trying to check out.

The workers are stressed and overworked, it shows in their customer service.
