I went in with low expectations because of how bad some of the reviews are. But wow was I amazed just how unprofessional and rude this business is. I spent about 30 minutes in there looking around and no one had approached or even really acknowledged my presence in their store. I was interested in a couple couches so I tried to approach one of the 3 people who were chatting about plumbing issues, at the front of the store. I made eye contact with one of them and said hi and I was blatantly ignored. I stood there for a second to see if anyone would acknowledge me and no one did so I just walked out. Kind of felt like I was inconveniencing them honestly. I would not recommend wasting your time here.
Don’t ever purchase anything from this store. The guy is very unprofessional and u wait months to get your furniture. The owner has no class very rude and business is very unorganized. Furniture is very cheap not what you think it is. This was one of the worst experiences I have encountered
Furniture was subpar. The couch appears to be made of cheap vinyl. The owner of the place Joel was no help at all and very rude. The only redeeming part of my experience was the delivery. I had a very nice guy named DJ bring in my Furniture. He was extremely nice and helpful. Maybe if he hired more people like DJ the place would be run better.
Lisa made the process of finding a mattress right for me incredibly easy. She assisted me in financing it at little interest for 3 months which can be a hassle but not here. Great customer service and a small business that values their customers more than the big outfitters *cough* bobs furniture *cough*. I will definitely be back.
Courteous attention, not at all pushy sales team. They give you time to meander about & sit in the store samples & come immediately when you do want sales help. Unlike any comparable furniture store with pushy or absent personnel. Old fashioned attention. Will be back again.
This guy is very rude and Insulting Aka the owner Joel. I’m done shopping here and honestly Jordans furniture has better quality furniture. Furniture Decor is unorganized, somethings don’t have prices and when you ask for the price, it seems like he just make it up as he goes. The customer service is very rude and very disappointing. I will never spend my hard Earned money at this place again! He was making a joke about how brilliant his customer’s were basically calling us dumb. Well Joel you don’t have to worry about that anymore because I’m not your customer anymore
I bought a sectional and when I was assembllingThe legs I noticed some metal protruding from underneath .so I called them back.they said no problem they will replace it the next day.i wait all day and no one came.Called them back And this time I spoke to the owner and he told me that I will be the 1st person in the morning the next day to get the delivery. And again no showIm still waiting today for the delivery guyThat was supposed to be here hours ago.The owner lied to me several timesI will never shop there againEver

We went in to look at sofas and sectionals. They had a very wide selection and the employees were all very friendly, but we ultimately decided not buy from here because it seemed really dirty. Especially the bathroom. It didnt feel like anything we bought there was going to hold up to the test of time.

Furniture Decor Showrooms57 Central StStoughton Ma 02072.This is the worst experience I have ever had not only in the Furniture Industry but in all my shopping experience.On November 02, 2011, I went into this seemingly good looking furniture store. This store looks like, at least to me, an above average non-franchise place to get a good deal.Made a deal that I considered good with the owner Joel. I thought it was a good personal touch to deal with the actual owner. I ordered a set of six dinning chairs, I was promised they would be assembled and also glued at the joints to make it stronger and firmer. I paid a little extra for this service.Chairs came in about a week later though I got no phone call that the chairs were in. I had to call to discover 2 weeks later that they had come in. No big deal, sometimes businesses are busy and you have to give them that margin of error.I went in right away to pick up the chairs and I asked if they were assembled as promised and Of course they are was the answer.Took them home a few days before Thanksgiving of 2011, hosted a few guest for Thanksgiving when I realized that the chairs were already rocking, showing poor workmanship.Cutting a long story short, I took them back to have them fixed.Two years later, the chairs are still there, displayed in the showroom with a rip in one of the chairs.I have been trying to get them back all this time and all I get is a song and dance from the owner himself.Here I am, trusting the owner of a place to have excellent customer service skills. I probably would have done better with a regular employee.I have since talked to the owner a couple of times face to face, he seems to have that convincing ability to calm me down and fill me with empty promises yet again.To all you shoppers out there, to be fore warned is to be fore armed.Obviously, I have since bought new chairs from somewhere else but the battle still continues for my money back.I cant believe that there are owners out there that dont understand the principles of doing business today.I recently met the owners sister randomly, she was trying to recommend her brothers store to me when our conversation led to my new home purchase. I told her the story, she appeared disgusted by it and promised to help resolve the matter.Its been over six months and I havent heard anything from either one of them. The interesting part is she is a retail business owner too.This is a buyer beware, I will not recommend this place neither would I return to this place ever again.I will continue to update this story as this situation evolves.Dissatisfied Customer.Kolls O.Norwood Ma.

My husband and I went in looking for furniture and it wasnt long before we realized its not a store that sells furniture... No one comes over to help, no real inventory, no foot traffic at all, outdated and supper sketchy!
