Start to finish, The Carpet Workroom provided exceptional service! My old runner needed replacing - and they helped make it happen safely and quickly despite COVID. The office was very responsive to my email inquiries/questions. They mailed samples to my house in a matter of days, helped me maximize my budget, and offered friendly service along the way. The installer worked fast, following all COVID safety protocols, and did an absolutely beautiful job. Were so happy with our new runner and will recommend The Carpet Workroom to all our friends and family.
