This 2-star review is for the manager/owner of this location who have been doing such a poor scheduling for their staffs. Ive been coming here almost everyday since my house is just minutes away. Normally, with 2 staffs working together, they managed to get the line flow faster, but this week, even on a Sunday, theres been only 1 person working. And because this location doesnt offer mobile ordering, it makes it even harder. With a line of about 7-8 people, and theres only 1 staff doing all the ordering and making drinks, it took about 20 minutes to get to be served. Other than that, their customers are amazing! All staffs are nice and friendly, drinks are made correctly as ordered.

Located in Targets. Server young( this was a plus) very pleasant, talkative, friendly. Reminded me of my granddaughter. The latte was excellent

Iced Chai latte with almond milk is so good on a hot day that its all gone as I pull out of the parking lot. Less ice is best. Service quick and accurate each time

Coffee is okay right but no employee that works here ever goes above and beyond no one ever is really nice. Maybe its because they cant get tips I dont know but Ill go here because its close and its Starbucks but the canton one is where its at. Nice employees. Nice atmosphere. They will perfect your coffee. Try em instead.

I must have caught them at the end of a shift or busy morning - staff was a little slow to get my food ready. They were polite and made sure I had everything I wanted, including an extra splash of raspberry in my lemonade, so they get extra points for that.

Can never go wrong with star bucks

Just spent $20 here and wish I did not go to this location. The staff was busy when I arrived, and clearly upset about that. They waited a few minutes to take my order, and when a young woman approached me at the counter, she just stared at me without saying anything. I asked if she was ready for me to order, and she said yes, so I ordered a latte, a cappuccino, and 2 breakfast sandwiches. The taste is fine, Starbucks is always consistent. But the sandwich had half the bread hanging off the side. No big deal if the cheese wasn’t melted, but since it is, you’re forced to eat an open faced breakfast sandwich. Not ideal for $5, each. The latte foam was gone by the time I got to my car, 2 minutes later. I worked as a barista for 5 years, it’s not that hard to fix these issues with some training. Hopefully the service improves.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. It starts from the top Starbucks is known for treating people with disrespect and getting away with it. If you want poor service go here.

Horrible, the service was horrible. We mentioned the tea wasnt hot and the server became angry and literally shoved the 2nd one at us. Whats even sad nis she forgot to charge us and we turned around and told her so but she gave us a bad attitude. So sad during the holidays to have such service. God bless her mean heart. Service 12/15 around 8:20pm .

Starbucks is super convenient for when I’m shopping at Target

I like their hot strong coffee drinks and my daughter likes their cold and frozen drinks.

A tall Caucasian woman and African American woman were very rude. No greeting and had an attitude. An email will be sent about the service they provided. They need to be re trained or terminated. They are horrible representations of Starbucks. Date of visit 7.18 around 1045.

Worst freaking Starbucks I’ve ever been too!!! Got a 3/4 filled cup with nothing but sugar and the test of my order was horribly made, seem like they didn’t have any Ice, just liquid....

This store is horrible!! Only 1 employee working behind the counter. Another employee appears from out back, see the huge line & runs to the back again TWICE!! They are paying more attention to there friends who are visiting than working. You should not have to wait in line for 29 minutes. Once order was placed, she took 1 item at a time! This staff needs some servsafe training BAD!! Staff talking about molding containers.

If your card reader isnt working, dont yell at the customer. Customer service is and always has been terrible at this location, with maybe the exception of one or two employees, and they frequently get drinks wrong.Corporate Starbucks should probably look into how their Target-run stores operate, this location in particular does the brand a disservice. I frequently go to Braintree or Brockton instead to avoid this location.

I asked for a shaken green tea lemonade. I was given the wrong size. It was not made in the shaker either, and when I mentioned that the size was wrong the barista proceeded to pour the drink into a smaller cup, and drank the tea that was left over right in front of me.

Ordered two teas, neither were made in the shaker. After the drinks were handed to me I realized that they were the wrong teas. After bringing it to the baristas attention they then poured the tea into a larger size added more tea and more ice as well as no sweetener. This was a very unprofessional experience. On top of that they also drank the rest of the left over tea. Extremely dissatisfied with this location.

Truly atrocious experience. No one came to cashier despite me sitting there for 10 min, and them not being busy at all. Then they were very rude.

Love Starbucks! This location isnt bad. Sometimes it depends who makes the drinks. Hit or miss depends on the barista.

In a Target. Feel bad for the staff as on a Saturday around 1pm there was only 1 person working. Target was busy, which means Starbucks had a super long line. After the long wait, service was great and coffee was good.

Only one barista working and she’s handling money! So it’s already a wait and a half with a full staff but they only put one poor soul there for the millions of target customers that go in so it’s taking forever. The poor girl is doing great but not fair for her and not a good look for the company. Shame on you Starbucks. Oh and we were here on Labor Day 2019.

With all the recent news about Starbucks I didnt get arrested while waiting for some friends, nice place I like their tea and the staff is pretty good

I love Starbucks in Target Stoughton. The customer service is friendly and I also appreciate my specialty coffee 1/2 caf caramel macchiato was perfectly done. I wish there was a drive thru Starbucks which would be more convenient when in ordering.

Stuff member is rude, bad, terrible. I ask for not half and half and she say to wait, I say that I was in a hurry she start yelling at me, never going back there.

It’s a target store. Maybe they sell Starbucks drinks, but if I wanted to sit in a massive ugly store and drink coffee, I wouldn’t be looking for a Starbucks, would I?

I love this Starbucks but what the heck is going on lately? It has been closed 5 times in the past month or do when I run over on my lunch to get coffee.

At about 7:50pm on 1/23/2018 ordered a drink as I have so many other times at other Starbucks. This time it was bad. Something wasn’t right. Unfortunately was already on the road by the time I had tasted it.
