My experience with Reliable was fantastic! They sent out a roofer to check out our situation who provided great insight and didnt try to sell or push anything (and in fact talked me out of an option based on his experience). The salesperson was not pushy at all, came out and took measurements, and submitted a bid for review which was lower than others received for the same job.After executing the contract, they informed me a day or two later that a dumpster would be arriving and the job would be done in the next 3-5 days. I was actually away when the work was performed, but from what I could tell they protected our plants and trees and the house very well, and cleanup was nearly spotless.The work itself is great. They replaced the roof, installed a ridge vent, and removed a failed exhaust fan (and some other vents), repairing the voids and youd never know they were there.Professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend Reliable for roofing, and will consider them for future jobs in their other areas.

We purchased windows from Reliable to replace some older ones in our house. The ordering process was very easy, and Carol worked with us to get the look that we wanted. We had some changes after placing the initial order, and there were no issues getting a revised quote. We have an older home and it required some unexpected carpentry work to frame in the opening for the replacement windows in our living room. The carpenters from Reliable did an excellent job framing and installing the new windows. They also replaced all the interior and exterior trim for all the windows. They did a great job, professional work, and it matched our existing trim. We would not hesitate to return to Reliable for any other work we might need in the future.

I have never written a review for any business, but after my experience with Reliable, I felt compelled. This company has been fantastic to work with and has really gone above and beyond from the start.First, they were the only company to come out and provide me with an estimate! From there, they provided me a timely proposal, answered questions, and were very accommodating to any change request. Rob, the owner, came out personally to meet me and review the job. That really put me at ease that the company was behind their work. This job was unique because it was a replacement due to a leak in rubber roof from a previous installer. The roof came out perfect and I have not had any problems.... but it doesnt end there. Shortly after they left, a piece of siding blew off from the wind (from another installer). I asked Rob if he could help me out and reattach it. Rob came right now and refused to take any money.You just dont run in to companies like this anymore.. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

The Vinyl siding is not listed, which was an excellent job, our house is looking new thanks to the very good work that the guys did, and the garage too, just awesome work. Called for estimate. Guy came after two week to take measurements for replacing exterior doors. Said they will get back with pricing in 2-3 days. They never called back. Tried calling him again and kept going to voicemail. Do you guys need business or what?Update 1 - this business is quite “reliable” in responding to customer reviews. I will attempt to call them as instructed and bumping reviews to 2 stars for now.Update 2- bumping back to 1 star. Reviewed and asked for minor changes and the estimates shot up additional 3k(within a week) for replacing 5 exterior doors. Really? The total now comes to 12k for replacing basic entryway doors(5 qty). WOW!!

I recently had Reliable Roofing Siding & Windows replace my roof and what an excellent company they are. Truly an enjoyable experience that exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The owner, Robert, was excellent. As was his sales, production, and follow up team. They genuinely cared about doing an excellent job. Their attention to waterproofing details was exceptional. They were able to respond quickly and efficiently to unforeseen rot on the roof sheathing and worked diligently to get that done. Despite that setback, they were still able finish the roof within their original timeline. The house is surrounded with valuable plantings, and per my request, his team worked diligently to avoid causing any damage to them. Their clean up was exceptional. They even came back the next day with a magnet as a secondary follow up to ensure there weren’t any nails left behind. I would highly recommend their services.

From the start with Carol, who is very easy to talk to as to what your needs are, to the measurements with Jay and finished with the installation of my 5 windows and 1 sliding patio door with the 3 installers I couldnt be happier. They were totally professional from start to finish and kept me informed as to when the windows would be in (approx. 4 weeks from the signing of the contract). The installers made sure that everything was covered with drop cloths, moved some furniture, took off window treatments, cleaned up everything after the job was done and all furniture & treatments were put back. Couldnt believe that the installation was done in 1 day and looks fantastic. The price for the entire job was definitely worth every penny and so very reasonable. My experience with Reliable was great from start to finish. The salesperson was friendly and helpful. He offered several choices and discussed the pros and cons of each. They sent quotes for the options the next day. The installation team arrived when they said they would, were efficient and professional, and completed their tasks in the time frame they indicated. The finished product (a new sliding glass door from our kitchen to the deck) looked great. I would have no hesitation to use their services again.

Needed another roofer to come out to fix a leak in our kitchen after the last company was unable to fix it. Called Reliable Roofing after reading several positive reviews. Spoke to the owner who came out to our home within an hour of our initial call. He was able to figure out the cause of the leak quickly. His crew was at our house early the next morning to repair it. Reliable installed new vinyl siding, trim, and gutters. The crew that did the work was professional, efficient, and clean. Being in the construction business I had very high expectations for my first house, my expectations were met and exceeded. I bought this house knowing that it would need extensive work and the siding portion has been very pain free thanks to Reliable. Rob quoted and performed the work in a timely manner and his price was very competitive. As with any renovation project there were a couple curveballs but Rob and his crew took them in stride and had a solution for every challenge. I had several windows installed. The communication from start to finish was good. Carol was very helpful with providing us with the information we needed to make sure we selected the best windows for us. The installation was smooth and the windows look great.

We utilized Reliable for new vinyl siding, PVC trim, shutters, gutters, and garage doors. Its really amazing how it transformed our home. We received several estimates prior to the job, and Reliable stuck out as being the most reasonably priced by far. We saw that they had a lot of good reviews online, so it seemed like a no-brainer to pick them for the job. They have a really hardworking team that got there early every morning and was there until the sun went down. They even came on several Saturdays. For the sake of being transparent though, we dealt with a lot of stress throughout the process in terms of communication mostly. Our quote included aluminum wrapped trim, and it took a lot of back and forth to figure out what our other options were and how that affected the price. The dumpster was dropped off before the email was sent to move the cars from the garage. The crew showed up a week before the start date we were given (a good thing to get it done earlier, but disruptive when blocked in on the way to work). There were unfinished edges and marks that we had to ask for them to come back and correct. It made us feel like we were naggy clients, but it was an expensive job that we just wanted to make sure we were happy with the final result. At the end of the day, they rectified everything. The lead contractor made countless trips to the house and vocalized our concerns to the workers. I do appreciate the professionalism and that we are left with a really beautiful home, so thank you.

We needed a new roof on our house but weren’t sure who to use locally. After reading the reviews of severalq other companies, we were sold on Reliable. Rob came out, gave us an estimate, and helped us decide on what would be the best product for us. His crew installed the Certainteed Landmark Pro which apparently has a 50 year warranty. The price was well under the estimate we got from a competitor, but we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We get so many compliments on our new roof, and refer everyone we can to Reliable.

I had two doors and my glass slider replaced by this company a year ago. The quality and workmanship were so impressive that I called them again when I needed a new roof. I had obtained several bids, and Reliable had the lowest bid for the best (50 year) shingles. The roof is beautiful and came out perfect. I highly recommend this company!

Disappointed.They were quick to reply to me initially and then for two straight days mentioned that a proposal would be in my inbox. I had to hunt down them for their own proposal which I never received as a “guy needs to come out” but was told that would occur over the Monday. Communication could be improved although they claim communication was great with me.

We recently had our house sided with Reliable Roofing, Siding and Windows. We decided to replace our cedar clapboard siding, much of which had aged poorly and needed replacement, to Certainteed Monogram vinyl siding. Throughout the entire process I found Reliable owners Carol and Rob, as well as their installation crew, very helpful and professional. When any issues came up they worked quickly to resolve them. The crew did their best to keep the site cleaned up at the end of each day which was appreciated. We chose the Monogram siding because of its better design, warranty and looks. It also came in extra long length to minimize seems. The finished job came out looking great and we are very happy with our decision to go with Reliable.

Ive been waiting 2 months for a replacement window that cracked in the cold weather because it was such poor quality. We paid a lot of money to install 15 windows at our house and this is the second time weve had to have Reliable back out to fix the work they installed. Also the customer service is very poor as there is no urgency to get our cracked window fixed and the representative we have been working with has been rude and unhelpful when we call to check on when the replacement will arrive. Its been a very frustrating process that I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Dont buy windows from this company as youll likely regret it like I do.

The Quotes were so expensive, confusing to read and almost impossible to understand unless you are in the Business. A Close Friend of mine referred me to Reliable Window and Siding in Stoughton. (Reliable Window and Siding Installed all their Windows over 10+ Years ago when they bought their House in Needham – The Windows Still Look and Work Like they are Brand New!)After meeting with Rob; I knew this was the Company for us. We felt very comfortable and confident. I proposed the Quote provided by Reliable to the Condo Association; which was Significantly Lower than the other three Quotes provided.Thanks to Carol and the rest of the Staff; The Association was able to narrow down the Type of Window and Trim. Aside from the Cost and How the Windows looked, the efficiency and the craftsmanship of the windows were important to us. Each Unit Owner Opted to replace their Bathroom Window as well – the Price was UNBEATABLE!I recommended Reliable Window and Siding to my Boss; We now have New Windows on Order for the Office.

Had them back to my home to replace melted/distorted siding they installed 11 years ago. Total failure in communication between Robby and Carol regarding scope of work. Workman took no pride in their work, did poor job on some aspects. Would not use again or recommend to others.

First they really took there time but the six workers that were there were very rude and constantly swearing at the top of their lungs no regard for my children let alone adults and when I called the office she laughed and said they have to do that ok whatever then day after they yelled louder and swore more than before horrible experience
