I highly recommend Easton Service Center. I came with my electric lawn mower which would not start. He carefully explained the possible causes and a few days later called to say it was ready to pick up. He brought it in full throttle out to my car. Apparently, it just needed some cleaning and it didn’t take much of his time which was reflected in the charge: $25! Tommy is a fair and honest businessman. He is a guy with old-fashioned values. Who can’t appreciate that?

This is how you are supposed to run a business. This is how you are supposed to treat people. This Business owner put in great effort.. Had the exact part I needed on the shelf..

Tom is pleasant, honest, straightforward and great at what he does. Cant ask for more.

This guy’ AMAZING! He’s a small engine repair guru. He’s fixed my lawnmower, my chainsaw, weed wacker, and my leaf blower. He flushed the old fuel out of my lawnmower and it runs like new now. I’ll recommend his services to anyone I know.

I brought my Husqvarna rototiller to this establishment and could not be anymore disappointed. They deserve no stars! They had replaced the carburetor after weeks of sitting outside in the rain. i got it back and it did the same thing, it keeps dying out under a load. i brought it back and the service man would not stand behind it after i spent HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON IT. **********AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I wish i had saw the prior reviews from other customers that were ripped off. Go to canton and get professional service.

I see all of these bad reviews on here and Im shocked.. I had nothing but a great experience, my lawn mower was serviced and my weed Wacker has never run so well.

Dropped off a tractor for service and they were unable to repair after a months time. They claim that the parts are on back order. I have stopped by twice to remove my machine from there shop and they are always closed. When I was finally able to pick up my machine the mechanic smelled of liquor and appeared to be a bit out of it, he was very difficult to understand. After finding the reviews on google and yelp I now understand that this is a common problem for this company and that I am not the only one. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Tried calling to have a lawn tractor picked up and there voicemail is out of date. I stopped by the business twice during operating hours and it was locked up tight. I decided to give them another try and went by there business again only to find the same thing. No sign that they were closing for a week and their voicemail didnt reflect it either. I just looked at all the negative reviews and came to realize this is a common problem with this business. It seems that they specialize in wasting peoples time and really dont seem to care about the CUSTOMERS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I brought my lawn tractor in because the tractor was dripping gas from the carburetor. Apparently a common problem with Toro tractors. Several times he misdiagnosed the problem but still charged me for the things he thought would fix the problem. One of which was an oil change. Go figure! When I did get it back it had a crack in the engine block and the starter was dead. Could it be that the starter was dead because they had a hard time starting it and so killed the starter? And im sure the engine block was cracked when they over tightened a bolt putting it back together the first time. Now I have a giant unusable paper weight in the garage. Dont use this guy. Like others have said their method of finding your problem is hit and miss. Mostly miss and mostly costs you in the end!

Have used Easton Service Center for 10+ years for my home mower and snowblowers. They are incredibly knowledgeable, get the job done right the first time and very fair with guidance on what is worth repairing vs. replacing.

I feel that he is fairly competent when it comes to repairs and have been using him for a number of years. However, I feel that his prices have gotten out of the reasonable range.

Terrible customer service, the person at the front is a complete jerk. Dropped a snowblower part off in the winter, they said it would take a couple weeks for a replacement part and a little longer for service and then they would call me. No call was ever delivered. When I called back awhile later, they said they threw it away and that there was no point in looking for it. When I proceeded to ask if there was anything else that could be done, they hung up mid call. Awful business, pay attention to the other reviews here, they are spot on

AVOID at all costs! This place is a total embarrassment! I went by there twice to drop off equipment and they were closed both times, on a Saturday nevertheless. The guy answering the phone sounds like a complete fool and after reading all the negative reviews I can see why they have a terrible reputation.

I dropped off my tractor in the end of March. Had an issue with starting and I was promised it back in about a week and half. 2 months later and multiple missed phone calls on his part, I still have a lawn tractor that isnt running. He doesnt work more then 3 days a week and refuses to answer the phone. Very disappointed.

Avoid this place at all costs. They are barely ever open and there repair work is terrible. There prici g has gone throug the roof!

I would not recommend him, hes hot headed, I told him the coil on my leaf blower was gone, I told him I didnt know how the blower could work with a cut spark plug wire. He says he has experience and told me it was the carbourator. After a month and the replaced carbourator he told me it was the spark plug wire that needed replacing. When I first dropped it off there he told me it would be a week, a week turned into a month.

Go elsewhere, this place is the worst!!! Incompetent mechanics, takes forever to have stuff repaired and ends up breaking again. They do not stand behind there work.
