I wish I could rate them on their actual service but it never got that far. I called Titan based on a high recommendation from a coworker. I recently moved to the area and my spring broke on my garage door. I called on a Wednesday and was told their soonest available was on the following Sunday. Sunday came along and they called and had to reschedule because they said they were backed up. I said ok that’s fine and the rescheduled for the upcoming Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and they call me again saying they had to reschedule and have no reason as to why this time and said the soonest now would be the following Sunday. Making it a whole week since when my initial appointment was supposed to be. I declined and said I’d find somewhere else to do it. I immediately called another business and the spring was fixed within 2 days of calling. I’m sorry but if you’re going to play the reschedule game you’ve lost my business
