Awesome service they are always nice they always give good products never have had bad service 10 out of 10

Very inconsiderate about waiting 4 days for a payment when someone has been off due to having Covid!!!Oh and they threaten to break into your house to take items back again over 4 days!!! Ridiculous!

1 Star Becuase 0 stars is unavailable !Very rude customer service ! Seems like the customer service goes down the higher up you go in management ! Don’t be a few hours late they will call insult you ! Tell your references your not paying your bills !Jessie - is awarded the rudest by far in customer service ( if that’s his real name)This place needs customer service training at best !Go to DMV to get better friendlier customer service !Any local court house fines window will also provide A+ customer service then this place

Best experience ever from the start . Same day delivery in an emergency, broken refrigerator . Short term rentals . Nicest people working there.

They were friendly but I was told Id be getting a new dishwasher never used and it clearly had food in the bottom of it.

The manager is rude and acts like a total ******* will never rent from them again had perfect rental history with them then get treated like a thief over something someone else did had nothing to do with me now have to keep getting mail from them because they want to harass
