My check engine light came on and I knew I needed to get it checked out. I was able to pull up curb side and call in to have them come out and run the test to see what the problem was. The customer service was great and the fact that I could stay in my car & let my tired baby relax was awesome. Highly recommend them!

I had an AutoZone employee, a young man, put in a new brake light bulb for me. This kid was super talkative. Anyway, we tested the new light and he said it worked. The next day, it was not working anymore. I take my car to a mechanic and we come to find out this kid from AutoZone didn’t put everything back in correctly. The fasteners are broken. I need a whole new assembly. Something that should’ve been like a 5 dollar fix is now I don’t even know how much. This kid was a joke.

Staff is incredibly helpful and caring. The men who assisted me went above and beyond what they had to do. They made my day better. Im so happy that I shopped there!

I shopped on line and within minutes my order was filled.

I have 2 suvs. 1 is a gmc envoy. The other is a gmc terrain. I had an isdue6 with both. One I needed a blower motor module (resistor) and the other I needed a blower motor or so I thought. Called the store on Kent road. And talked to Joe. Both times he explained what my issue was. I was a little hesitant to do it on my own. But he assured me it would be easy. Go on YouTube and watch the video. My envoy. I changed the blower module. And it worked. Called Joe back and said the wifes blower sounded like a plane taking off he told me to remove the blower fan and look at it. And see if that was the issue. Did that and it turns out that chipmunk getting inside were the problem. Since I had just changed the wiring harness that was all chewed up by chipmunks. They had a bunch of nuts and leaves inside the fan area. He also suggested changing the cabin filter to. Took the filter out and it was full of chewed up nuts as well. Shawn at Autozone in Stow on Kent Road went above and beyond today. My Landrover had a red sensor light up on my dashboard. Shawn was very patient and was able to help me over the phone. He had me go out to my vehicle and instructed me on how to get to my message board. Turns out my hood on my Landrover was reading that it was open. I looked at the hood on my vehicle and it was latched and closed. He told me open my hood again and firmly close my hood. Guess what the red sensor light turned off on my LR. I think Shawn needs a raise. He was so patient and helpful.

Super helpful staff here. I felt confident buying parts and supplies to repair my own car issue. The gentleman who assisted me explained to me (in a non-condescending manner!) exactly how to easily expose wires which needed rerouting, and even discounted a part I found cheaper elsewhere. Fantastic service!

Dont bother using a AutoZone coupon they are a joke! I bought over $250 worth of parts for a break job and used a $10 off of $50 coupon. Didnt need all of the parts and I returned some. Still spent over $80 so you would think a $10 off $50 coupon would still apply. They refused to refund all of my money saying part of the coupon was applied to the parts I returned even though it doesnt state that on the receipt. The staff here is friendly, but the corporate office just wants your money and isnt concerned with ethics. The customer service people werent any help dont even bother.

The customer service here is absolutely unbeatable! We went to one AutoZone to look for something that was sold out. The manager called another store to have them reserve the last item they had of the product. Then when we had to wait a short time in line while the other store was serving other customers, the employee there said he would like to give us the product for free since we had to wait so long. Both stores were so kind. Ive always had the best experiences at AutoZone!

Hire someone who knows the difference between a windshield wiper and a floor mat. Ya that would be a good start.

This is the best AutoZone I have a commercial account there and these guys are great to deal with and are knowledgeable I will never use anybody else besides these guys best ever my business is lucky to have a bunch of great knowledge hard working people there to help me find parts I need. People there were very rude, the store associate said a very rude comment should never be rude to customers they are the ones that keep stores alive. Very disappointed never again my family and I will not shop at the stow location again.

Fast in and out right part the first time and even though busy they took the time to make sure I had everything I needed.

Cashier was real ticked off for no apparent reason and slamming the mouse and keyboard, didnt ask for my phone number. Hastily rang me out and had to return/repurchase items to get rewards points. Just a painful experience, displeased. The one in Kent has way better service.

Clerk was very unfriendly with me. Acted as though I was bothering him because I was buying wipers. I wont come back to that location.
