I give it 3 stars because more than half of their hair swatches were missing, making it impossible to know the color of the box. However, an employee (I can not remember her name) was so enthusiastic and helpful. She was such a breath of fresh air. Had I not looked the way I did, I would have tried to recruit her. She was positive, she was upbeat. The second she walked into the door, customers came in and she took no time to get situated, she immediately offered her help. Short short hair, red at the time and I think her name started with an A. I will update if I remember

Olivia is the literal best! I am growing out my hair to be long for the first time since 7th grade... now Im 30 and a little lost. Sometimes interacting with associates can give me anxiety, especially when its about my hair. It is naturally dry, curly, and also processed for fun colors. I told her the texture and breakage issues I was having with my hair & she personally picked out products to help me based on her own experiences with them. She is funny, knowledgeable, and demonstrates great customer service! I am a nomad when it comes to Sally locations, I shop locations based on stock availability, but I will make the drive to see Olivia if I want to make a hair change and need advice. She knows what she is doing & clearly cares about her work! Thank you again, my hair feels great!

I was in the store shopping a month ago when Julie had her incident. The manager did not short change her, and frankly was very sweet. When Julie tried to damage property and became irate she was asked to leave. This team is always helpful and make sure you get the right products. It’s a shame one customer can ruin such a sweet girl’s reputation. This is the only Sally’s I shop at because of the staff.

I went to the Sally Beauty in Stow in hopes to get pink direct dye out of my hair. Olivia pointed me in the right direction to everything I needed! She even recommended some great aftercare products and tips. I truly appreciated her. My hair turned out perfect!

Olivia and staff are always nice and friendly! Clean store with lots of product in stock! It’s nice to see employees care about their job and customers.

The two girls who helped me today were very nice and knowledgeable. I didn’t catch any names but the girl with with blue/pink hair helped me a lot with picking out product. She didn’t try to oversell or undersell she just gave me facts and recommendations which I greatly appreciated. The other girl who I think was a supervisor made sure I was being helped and signed me up for a membership. It’s hard to find retail workers who don’t absolutely seem miserable this time a year (not that I blame them) but these ladies were very helpful and nice. Thanks again!

Well stocked, pleasant employee.

Manager unprofessional and rude. She made a mistake and short-changed me. Rather than listen to me she started screaming at me and ordered me out of the store. After I called corporate it was acknowledged she was in the wrong. I will never go back there. Doesn’t seem like they vet their employees, especially those in management.

I can’t say enough good things about Olivia!!! I went in tonight looking for makeup products and she helped me by not only recommending brands, but also teaching me how to contour, helped match foundation color, and made sure to make me feel confident leaving the store. I have been purchasing extensions from Sally’s for years... 6 years to be exact. I thought I would never change my mind or switch to another brand. It seems like I’m going to have too. I recently purchased $350 worth of extensions, with a coupon of course. This time the hair was the biggest dissapointment. I noticed the track was thinner as soon as I opened the box, and then 3 months later my hair extensions are completely a mess. The ends keep falling off and chunks of hair come out when I brush them. To anyone looking to buy Sally’s extensions I recommend you try elsewear, I am so upset about this purchase.
