Bought a copy of new vegas ultimate edition at the chapel hill location and the disc was unreadable. They told me that the stow location had a copy so I went there, but then that disc was ALSO busted. Called them about it and they didn’t offer to make things right or even apologize. Said they’d charge me a delivery fee to have the game ordered online that I tried to buy from them twice. I don’t feel bad that this business will disappear in a few years anymore, and I hope the stock memers won’t be able to save it this time.

Probably the best gamestop in the area. Sizable store with knowledgeable staff. Little more talkative than I would like sometimes, but they try to really help you with solid game suggestions.

GameStop is always great with giving advice and info on products. But I’m kinda disappointed in the way this particular location dealt with the used game I purchased. Literally the dirtiest game I’ve ever seen when I first opened it. Luckily it’s not scratched, but how would they have even known if it wasn’t or not given the fact it shows they never even opened it from when they received it from the previous owner. Seems shady to me that they aren’t even taking this simple extra step (which I’m sure is actually part of their job), before they sell off used items. The fact I get better service in this particular area from family video is funny to me. Just trying to hopefully be informative to the store reps and customers.

Another great GameStop in Stow. Bob, the store manager, is a great dude. Known him for a long time now. Can’t go wrong with either of these Stow locations.

Staff is always great and easy to talk to! I’ve been going there for a while and it’s nice to see the same people regularly. THEY DO MIDNIGHT DROPS! Pokémon and star wars on the same night? You guys are awesome!

The guys working at this GameStop are great! I put a hold on a PS4 Pro online and when I got to the store to pick it up they told me the one I held did not include a game, but they had one left that did and encouraged me to take that one instead. They did not have to do that. It was Black Friday, the store was VERY busy, and they could have easily sold it to someone else. I am glad they took the time to make sure I walked out with the best possible deal. Thanks guys!

The gentlemen working were very helpful to me in finding a Christmas gift I was looking for. As Im not a gamer I was out of my element and they were so quick to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Great work & excellent customer service.

The people there are always super friendly and helpful. They have a lot of game options and some nice accessories as well. Only thing Im not a huge fan of is of course the amoumt of money you get for selling things to them. You dont get much, and I get they have to make money off of it but prices are still a bit low. Other than that this place is always super nice and friendly, and great to do pre ordering with

Took my son there, made it a family trip and there was something for all of us. The customer service was excellent. knowledgeable staff that showed genuine concern and interest in meeting your needs.

My grandkids Loves game stop the service and employees are so helpful and friendly.

As a female, the male staff are often condescending, assuming you are there to purchase something for your boyfriend or looking for a game slathered in pink. The game selection is fair, but their buy back prices are notoriously bad. I dont go to these stores unless I absolutely have to. You are better off purchasing games on your consoles network and peripherals on corporate websites.
