Hours of the store were wrong. Ordered an Iphone for curbside pickup on a Friday & the hours said they were open. Drove 40 mins and they were closed so I had to wait all weekend then they emailed me Monday saying it was ready for pickup but hours said the store was still closed and nobody answered the phone. Had to call Customer service to get them to call the store to get any help. I finally go to get my phone and they just handed the box to me. no bag. & the box was scratched up. This location is terrible

I always have a great experience in this store. Comparatively, I was in and out with my new phone, today, in well under an hour with the product that I wanted. Yesterday, I tried to achieve this same goal at a Verizon Wireless store on Howe Ave in Cuyahoga Falls where I waited an hour and 15 minutes without being seen and the line in front of me had only gone down by 1 person, because they got tired of waiting and left the store. Russel Cellulars team, in Stow, represents a high-performance team that meets customer needs. Keep it up!

I had been thinking about upgrading my phone for a while. I stopped by Russell Cellular. Chelsea was my salesperson. She was great! She was very pleasant and patient. Chelsea answered my MANY questions (sometimes more than once 🥴😊). I would definitely go back.

Due to recent changes at work I had to upgrade from my flip phone to a smart phone. After visiting 3 different Verizon stores and getting 3 different sales pitches, I found Dak at Russell Cellular to be most helpful. He patiently listened to all my many questions and was very helpful in setting me up with a phone and plan that fit my needs - not necessarily the most expensive but what fit my needs. I am very grateful!

I cannot say enough about this Verizon location. I worked with Kate McNamara, the store manager, to transfer lines and start a business account and she was excellent. She spent so much time helping me and was always polite, kind, so knowledgeable, patient and answered every question and concern I had. Due to the pandemic, the Verizon near me was closed, however, I will be driving to this location anytime I need something. It’s worth it.

My experience purchasing a new phone was as good as one could hope for. All my questions were answered and I was assured I could return if I needed additional assistance. The service was excellent.

Not a long wait, just walked right in! Very friendly and helpful and got me upgraded to a great new phone with a great deal!

He showed me the plug-ins he had for the iPhone to charge it and it also when I ask him to plug it in and I want to check and make sure it was going to work and it was right and so he did that quite willingly and we talked about it and how it would work OK and he told me that it was it first he thought 3 feet but then it was it was a 5 foot one sale which was really good and it was nice and courteous that’s about it I was satisfied

Lied to by a salesperson for no real reason. I told them exactly the service and plan I wanted and they enrolled me in something completely different with throttled speeds. Absolutely disgusted with being ripped off. When I contacted Verizon support they laid out in detail how the plan the salesperson assured me I was getting had never existed. Additionally, my personal information was entered incorrectly when I set up my account so I couldnt remedy the situation easily by accessing my online account. Absolutely disgusting behavior by a business.

My wife and I were told there would not setup charge yet we were charged $25 then the Verizon bill came and we were charged $40 for activation. We also declined Mobile protection fee but was charged $5.60 and then $12.00. Some of the Protection was credited after making a phone call to Russell, not all, and none of the setup fees were credited.Ill buy my replacement IPad elsewhere. Beware!!!

Very, very dishonest! Terrible customer service. Gave tablet with new phone saying it was a free gift for being a loyal customer. But did not say it would be a monthly charge and a 2 year contract. Now they refuse to take it back and remove the monthly charge. Very misleading, dishonest; they are trying to get money without telling the truth and the fulll story, and are taking advantage of customers.
