I’m very pleased with this shop. I am a former Edible Arrangements employee who likes to send off arrangements to my boyfriend at work randomly as a surprise. He works in Aurora.Last time I used the Twinsburg location. I had preordered it about a week ahead of time. I had tried to contact them through the day to confirm because I hadn’t received any electronic communications. It was impossible to reach their store, they just don’t answer. His arrangement did arrive (thankfully it was a late night for him because it didn’t arrive until like 6 or 7pm) and he said it was good but that put a bad taste in my mouth.So this time I decided to try out this Stow location. This time it was a same day order and again a late night day for him so I was hopeful it would just make it there before he left. At 10:40am I had a confirmation email and 2 short hours later they sent me another notice that it had been assembled AND delivered. As I stated above I’m a former employee. These arrangements do not just fall together. It takes careful attention to detail and a bit of time. He actually just ended up enjoying the box and brought the bouquet home for all of us to share.I can be known to be very critical, especially when it’s a job I know how to perform. Whoever is working at this location is a great fit. The fruit is all perfectly ripe, the arrangement is perfectly assorted and full looking and the best part is whoever is dipping...okay dipping fruit is a skill believe it or not... the swizzle on these strawberries makes me want to cry tears of joy... that’s a little extra, I know, but honestly I’d love to shadow this person. It looks like the swizzle is spun onto the strawberry.Bravo Stow!! You’ve won a loyal customer. I appreciate the quality of this gift so much more than I can put into words! I can’t wait to do future business with you. Please forgive me, we started picking fruit from the arrangement before I thought to snap a picture.

She make great suggestions and was very patient explaining the options. I am very happy with the customer service I received while placing a RUSH order. I will order from this location again.

Great place strawberry and all roses balloons it was not that hard to find everything seems great I did not had any problem finding this place and everything that I get was great my Valentines loved it live laugh love life one love God bless

While the arrangement was nice and tasty, I did have a few issues.First I ordered a large, and what I received was definitely not the size shown in the photo. Either they just made a small arrangement... Or they are not making the arrangements as they are shown in the photos online. Was very disappointed with this. It fed about four people. We were expecting much larger.Secondly it did not arrive until late in the afternoon, just before dinner. For an edible arrangement, you would think it would come earlier in the day so people could enjoy it throughout the day.And lastly it did not all arrive at once. I ordered a large edible arrangement with cookies. The cookies arrived about an hour later with balloons. After the person I ordered them for had already gone home. No knock at the door or anything. My dogs noticed them attached to the door later in the evening. I did not forget them barking at the balloons, we would have never known they were even there.

This place is often empty when I go. went in for a smoothie and the fruit looked old the blenders weren’t clean

I order the blooming daisies with dipped chocolate strawberries from the Stow OH location. It arrived at lunch time as requested and the recipients said it was beautifully arranged and the fruit was delicious. It was for 3 people and the woman recommended the small which worked out perfect.

This was a birthday gift for my dad who turned 82 this year. Dad and mom enjoyed the fresh fruit. They delivered the arrangement on the day requested around lunch time. I could not have planned the delivery better if I would have requested a specific delivery time.

Just got done sending a friend an arrangement that she loved. I made the order around 2am via the website today 5/31/19. And by 10am she had it delivered 12 miles up the road at her office in Twinsburg OH. This was not the closest store but after reading the comments for the closest one I went whit this store in Stow OH and they did not disappoint at all thank you again great job.

Easy to order online. The person I sent to was not home when the delivery person got there. The delivery person called me and she was very nice said she would put in a cooler bag and find a place out of the rain. When the person got home they said the arrangement was in perfect shape and they really enjoyed it. Will order again and again!

This is the best Edible location. I send friends, family, and myself fruit boxes fairly regularly. Ones that have come from a different location have been disappointing. This location always provides freshly dipped fruit and the delivery experience is much better!Today I had a delivery and due to working from home I was unable to greet him at the door. He noticed my sign indicating not to disturb between the hours of 8:00 and 5:00 and instead protected my order with a tote bag highly visible from inside and left without disturbing my work call. I REALLY appreciated that.The fruit inside is well chilled but not covered in condensation and looks like the owner dipped it themselves! Really continuously happy with this shop!

A little pricey but wonderful gifts. Ive been gifted edible arrangements and given them. A change of pace for the ordinary gift.

Received an edible arrangement from Stow location today as a gift. The display was lovely! The fruit was at the peak of ripeness and the chocolate dip was tasty, too.

My fourth of July Arrangement is awesome! I have ordered from them on multiple occasions, and they have never let me down! I didnt realize their store was so close and you could pick up your own arrangement. They even have grab-and-go Arrangements ready for pickup!

This location is amazing! I always send my family edible arrangements, and even though I live out of state, my order always arrives on time (even same day!). Great service, great location!
