Please give the greeter a chair or a stool. They were very nice but sometimes they look very uncomfortable just standing there. Check out was incredibly fast (mind blown right?) A good selection for what I was there shopping for. Store was messy but its prep time for Black Friday /holiday shopping, so very understandable.

Love Walmart its hands down the best store ever they have any and everything you need all in one place... My whole house is decorated in things from Walmart.

This time at Walmart was pretty good, granted I just went pick up money Walmart to Walmart. But the customer service rep made it quick and easy. Like it should be.

This Walmart is pretty good. Especially since they are short handed. They do try their best though, I will give them that. So why only four stars? Well they do deserve the ficr, but no Auto repair shop? With a store of this size? Lol

Horrible management. Horrible customer service representatives! Waiting on hold for 50 minutes to talk to a manager. Drove to Walmart still on hold and was able to speak to a manager two minutes after walking into the door. Placed an order for bakery. When I went to pick it up My order. They said nobody worked bakery today and my order wasn’t done.

Horrible curbside pickup service, entirely unprofessional. Preparing order for 4 hours and still not ready by pick up time. Additionally, staff perpetually misled us with “the order is in review and will be ready in 5 minutes.” Before admitting they needed a few more hours. Did not give exceptions until half an hour after pickup window had passed.

On this visit I was shocked to see 5 people open bags and a container of grapes touching them and eating from them. I mention this to a Walmart employee and he says yes it happens alot and if he says anything the people get mad. One parent allowed their child to pull off a hand full to eat. Its upsetting to see this and I do hope the managers find some way for this not to keep happening.

Need to monitor check out areas better. Line for assisted check out....actual cashier scanned items. Staff available at self check out. Staff at assist with check out standing around. Need to allow them to open a register to assist with cashier instead of looking past customers. Lady behind me asked if they could open a register....still nothing. What happens when they are busier at the holidays. Need to have a manager watching area. Just saying. Cleveland team shop items woefully represented. Not impressed with selection.

This Walmart is clean fresh instead of the art its the most recently remodeled Walmart I’ve ever been in. Store is laid out efficiently and there is plenty of things in stock.

The younger workers are very friendly and helpful. There is one older woman who works CS which is always pretty nasty. Deli is okay.

Curbside pickup is open until 8pm, but if you try calling at 730pm to tell them you are on the way and will arrive at 755, theyll hang up on you. Likewise, double check where the curbside pickup location is, they had enough money to relocate it to the other side of the building, but not enough to update their graphic in your email as to where you need to park. So you can waste your time driving around the building, only to call upon arrival at 755 to hear the answering machine tell you they are already closed.I get, know one wants to pull an order close to close, but is 4 items really that hard to set next to the door for a 5 min load? Is it really setting you back that much on time? I work at a car dealership, we close at 6pm, but if someone walks through the door at 545, we spend all the time needed to help that person out. Sometimes that turns out to be 2-3hrs!Likewise, customer service dept in store is emotionless, couldnt care less and terribly unhelpful. Isnt it funny that if they fail at all stops, they still force you to give a 1* review, just to post. Imagine if all the 1s that were meant to be 0s, were actually 0s?, How good would their rating actually be? 🤔Cheers,-B

Ive bought fried chicken and asked the lady that worked there it says 9 oclock on it so its fresh she respond yes I just made it 1h ago so I took it home for my family to taste it so bad its not fresh its like 3 days at least its been fried over and over not even my dog that eats anything would eat it.Shame on Wal-Mart for selling old food. The health department really need to go in and check everything they selling I am sure they will find so many Health violations.

Not the BEST Wal-Mart, Thwy dont have a large selection of items you normally find at a Wal-Mart. The shelves have lots of empty spots and the rwstrooms are not clean.

It felt like i was black Friday shopping. Elbow to elbow with everyone, unable to shop down isles because they are too narrow for 2 carts to pass each other in some of them because of whats hanging on the endcap.just a small trip was taking forever.

There were actually three cash registers open besides the self-checkout stations I was very surprised great job guys

I do not like that this store has went to basically no cashiers. I do not recieve a discount like the employees who work there. Its not my job as a customer to have to ring up and bag my own stuff this is why you have employees if you plan on making customers ring up there own stuff you should lower your prices further or offer discounts to those who have to bag up and scan there items. This location also always seems to be out of stuff a lot.

Customer service was aweful. People are rude

A lot dirtier than it used to be. Associates were very rude and one even pushed me out of the way to get to wherever they needed. I understand the craziness due to construction though. Seemed to have everything I needed.

Very clean and well organized Walmart. The aisles were easy to navigate and items easy to find. Self checkout was quick.

Needed to cash a check late in the evening, and I was able to do that here! I was surprised and very pleased with Walmarts money center hours, so helpful! 😊

I met a long-time friend at the store and the people were very helpful. Good bargan on an off-brand coffee maker that uses the K-cup pods only $20 for a small single serve maker.

This is a nice Walmart with a Subway, Vision Center, Pharmacy, full grocery store, and regular Walmart store items. It is quite large and nicely stocked with a variety of items. It has an nice sports team area with reasonable prices. It is a large store with a decent amount of registers and self checkout lanes. The parking lot is large and well lit.

This is actually one of my favorite grocery stores. I am a vegan, and they actually have a surprising amount of the frozen vegan foods at a very reasonable price. This Walmart is also huge on self checkouts, this is a brand new addition at the time of writing, but I must say I absolutely love it, I have not had to wait a second in a line to checkout since they put the new self checkouts in. The only downside is their produce section is not so good, I got a bag of potatoes there that ended up being moldy. But this is pretty common for Walmart. Would recommend this store.

Its a nice place there prices are better than most stores

Staff who loaded my car were exceptionally nice. I offered them a tip and they politely turned it down. Plus, you had all of my items, some on site, some via mail.

I dont like being forced to do my own checkout

I live in a nearby apartment, and its a very convenient spot, so i will give them that. However, this Walmart is always EMPTY. Don’t expect to buy almost anything you actually want!!!! Want any flavor of ice cream other than vanilla and strawberry? Too bad! Constantly moving EVERYTHING AROUND!!!! So you have to look at EVERYTHING TO FIND ANYTHING YOU WANT AT ALL.A lot of the fruits or veggies are decrepit. Especially the onions. Always have various colors of mold.Also it’s incredibly hot inside this walmart. Given, i am a chubby woman so i get warm easier, its still extremely hot inside. Also they put things in spots they don’t really belong in??? And they get rid of very useful, normal products???Why do you only carry one kind of power strip that costs $12, when i bought multiple power strips here for a fraction of the cost??? Why get rid of them?I literally only go here when i have zero groceries left. Its a bad experience every time. Also please for the love of god get apple pay. Its 2021, you pay your workers bad and charge a lot for cheap products. Its not like you people dont have the ability or the money to install apple pay.

I have been doing curbside pick up for a while now! I have 2 kids and it is a whole lot easier! You guys always get everything! All employees are very sweet, thorough and professional! Walmart is so depressing. If you want to see poor people that are groveling for scraps at the bottom of the wealth pyramid, look no further than your local Walmart. No one wants to be at Walmart. Not just the customers, but especially the employees that are barely a notch above indentured servitude, waiting for an opportunity, any opportunity, to come along that might allow them to move on from this minimum wage capitalist nightmare. You can literally smell the desperation among the body odor and rotting fruit. At Walmart, the twitching, sputtering heart of our dying economic system is on display for all to see, wrenching out its last few convultions in these last few years before the inevitable crash. Also, the Chock Full Of Nuts brand coffee is out of stock.

I always enjoy my trips to Walmart. I love that they are upgrading and remodeling the store.

As if dealing with the People of Walmart wasnt bad enough, they take away all but one cashier. 3 associates were huddled at one end; waiting to be flagged by the next irate customer trying to utilize the self-checkout kiosks. I felt bad for the cashier, who was very sweet and way more efficient than the self-checkout. Some customers chose to leave the line and go to the shorter self-checkout line. It definitely gave the lone cashier a bit of a relief. Unfortunately thats what Walmart is counting on - people to get frustrated waiting so that they cave and check themselves out.Wait time in line for an actual cashier: 30+ minutesHaving associate ring up my items: 15 minutesRefusing to use the self-checkout on principle: Priceless (& worth every minute)

It was okay - picked up a few late summer deals. Little chaotic checking out and my friend nearly lost her mind but honestly it wasnt all that bad.

My first and last time in this one. Poorly stocked, student employees who gather in groups and chat, instead of working. Isles are empty. Only 2 lanes with actual checkers. Im new to the area, and I can guarantee I will drive out of my way to never go back.

Its Walmart. They did remodel recently and it is less Walmarty than it used to be. (You know what I mean).A big difference Ive noticed with this one is the amount of self-check outs. They have installed a large stuff check out area and reduced the number of in person cashiers. There no tends to be typically only one, maybe two if busy, in person check out lanes open with the only other option being to go through self check out. This means if you are a person who prefers to go to a cashier to check out the wait may be long. They did increase the size of the area for self checkout with carts so it is easier to go through with a larger amount of items.

ThIs this Walmart is decent. Not my favorite but definitely not the dirtiest in the city. Things are on a shortage everywhere in the world right now so Walmart has the same problem. It gets busy on Sundays.

I generally try to find some positives in every situation but this place just flat sucks. I went to two separate employees to ask about an item that was showing on the site they had in the store. The first stated I am not sure it should be on the back wall. It didnt even cross his mind to display some sort of good customer service skills and help me find the item after clearly being advised I had been looking and cant find it. The second staff member stated Im not sure check with someone in sporting goods. I advised I did and they were no help. Stared at me woth a blank stare again not thinking let me check on my tablet for your item to see if the store really does have the item I was looking for. Finally gave up and left. Definitely need to work with employees on customer service.

This Wallmart is about the worst one ive been too. Id rather drive to Kent or Ravenna. Nothing is in stock even thow theres tons of pepole stocking. You cant ask anyone for help because no one speaks English. The stock pepole just walk around with the merchandise looking for where at goes. Since they cant read English nothing is in the right spot. Go to Meijers instead u may pay a little more but nice store with most everything in stock.

The associates were outstanding. We bought some heavy furniture and they were very helpful and courteous.

Its not the way it used to be before pandemic. Shelves are empty, no employees to speak of, crowded, hardly any cashiers at registers. It feels unsafe. I check out my own mdse. Would prefer to go to Meijer. The Cuyahoga Falls store is run down and the parking lot too cramped. Would prefer Brimfield, but its further away.

Went pickup an online order and had to make 3 trips into the store and talked to 4 different employees for them to give me the order. Thier online ordering is a mess. Confusion about where to go and 3 different online pickup systems. Had a new pickup area but it was roped off. Misdirected twice about where to go. A nice employee saw I was getting frustrated and finally just got my order for me.

Ive never seen a Wal-Mart that had so many U-scans. Not complaining but more just shocked.

Store was emptied out! I dont know why the shelves were so empty when we went. Wasnt impressed with what they had to offer. Everyone inside the store looked miserable & wandered like zombies in there!

I shop at this Walmart as a convenience and for many lower prices then other similar retailers.I have had too many bad experiences with produce, expired products, and shortages of common products; such as coffee, flavored creamers, butter, bread, and other items one would assume to be staple items. Due to these mentioned experiences... I shop more frequently elsewhere.In addition, the staff is friendly for the most part, but there are many cashiers that think they are doing me a favor for cashing me out.I have said more then once, “thank you first and walk away with no response from cashier, also I have said your welcome even with no thank you for shopping at Walmart”.In all fairness... there are many excellent cashiers that I’ve known to work at this location for the last ten years. They go over and beyond to help in any way possible. I respect and acknowledge their efforts and even called the store manager to compliment this employee.I realize these positions require long hours of standing, lifting, and dealing with miserable customers, but I have no tolerance for this person when I have been more then nice and accommodating and spending my money along with others to keep them employed. I spent six years in college to work in my chosen profession, so if you hate your job and the customers you serve...you are the only one to make a change. I worked in hospitals for over 10 years and always wore a smile to respect those that kept me employed, my customers.What is so hard about saying two simple words that would encourage me to continue doing business at their establishment.In college, I wrote a term paper about the founder of Walmart, Sam Walton. Here is one of his many quotes.“There is only one boss; the customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.”I used to spend upwards of $800-900 a month at Stow, Walmart, but now, I probably average around $200 a month.

I would like to start by saying I don’t typically write bad reviews. I love leaving great ones because they promote positive change and energy. But who did the test study to make this place run like this? I have no idea! I dislike going to this particular Walmart very much. For starters the “personal shoppers” that are shopping for pick up orders rudely jump in from of you to get the orders they have. I don’t know should I stop shopping because they need something? Also there are alway tons of carts in the isle without an attendant putting away its contents and I can not get the things on the shelf that I am shopping for. This would be great if they were filling the shelves with these carts but they are just parked there. This is a normal thing every time I’m there. So I try to avoid shopping there at all cost. Now they have theses million self checkout stations. Today was the first day I experienced that. Unfortunately I had a large amount of groceries so this experience was a nightmare. Rather pay the high prices of other chain stores than deal with all of this ones short comings. Disappointed.

Shelves are poorly stocked compared to other local stores. Some items that are listed in their app are not in the store and do not even have a slot for it on the shelf.

I do alot of Grocery pick up. I love it! Super nice and convinent! I wish they could add WIC that would be nice to have! Woman Infant Childrens. When I do go in, it is always clean and organized.

Too big. They dont stock common things, like soy milk. Employees have no clue about their departments. I asked for soy milk, and was directed to the meat department. 🙄

I live less than 2 miles from this location and I used to go as many as 3 times a day. But, since the remodel, I avoid it. I try to go only when necessary - maybe once a week. They have seriously screwed up the layout. They pushed aisles together, making them incredibly long. So long that I just dont go down them anymore. They make you feel trapped. And they now have stacks of stuff in awkward places. It looks like they ran out of room and dropped it anywhere. Then there is the new checkout. What a mess. They need one employee standing there to direct people where to go. Plus two lines feed into the same checkout area, causing unnecessary confusion for a Wal-Mart checkout. Bad idea. Whoever decided to make this store feel like an overstock warehouse should be fired.

Worst pick up service. You may expect switching between orders which means you may not have your order, or delay your order 1-2 hours later

If you can dodge the bullets you should be able to find some good values.

I shop there a lot not much lately but the last time I was there very unorganized

The recent renovations have made the aisles narrower through most of the store which seems like a terrible choice to make in the middle of a pandemic.The shelves seem to either be abundantly filled or not at all. For whatever reason someone seems to always be getting their vehicle searched or arrested in the parking lot. Its kind of a trainwreck here.

My neighbor and I will not be doing much shopping there anymore. We are both seniors and when buying kitty litter and cat food we just cant handle the self checkout and the old checkouts arent always open. Its really frustrating when everyone has to do their own checkout but prices still go up. They are decreasing their staff and we do the work. WHAT???

Good luck finding anything you were looking for! I spent almost an hour looking for stencils and adhesive...theres three different places in the store where some of the same office supplies are but these same three places also have different thing there too. Craft and office supplies, stationery and school supplies...and the front seasonal school supply aisles were a mess with no rhyme nor reason to the organization of stuff. The two locations I went searching high and low for Locktite 300 spray adhesive had a bunch of other glues including Locktite 200 spray but neither I nor the associate I spoke to could find the 300 adhesive, which was in stock for pickup according to the Walmart app. Im going next door to lowes to get what I need after an infuriating hour long scavenger hunt for nothing, through a store where every other item is on the wrong hook and nothing about the layout makes sense. Save the headache, go to the Streetsboro walmart. Its far away but at least you can find what you need. Dont ever come to this Walmart if you have hypertension, nobody can help you and youll likely have an aneurysm!

Its nice that theyve added curbside pickup for online orders now and not just for groceries. It didnt take the associate very long to bring my order to my car. Overall, I was pleased with the experience.

I am so sick of the ignorance and rudeness you get at Walmart. The curbside pick up manager was very nasty and rude to me. I was hung up on twice and on hold for 7 minutes. When I called back and she answered, she was so rude and when I said please dont be rude, she hung up on me. Walmart needs shut down or actual professional people with a sense of respect working. Such a shame how rude people are.

The Stow Walmart has redesigned their checkout process. It looks like they only have 4 cashier spots (only 2 operating during my vist) and the rest is self checkout. So, if you want to feel like a Walmart employee without getting paid for it, mission accomplished. Cant wait to see it during the holiday season!

STOW, OH location - Trying to call to get information on mulch and if it is in stock and then placing an in-store pick-up order (COVID). Called in to customer service (dial zero on the main store phone line and press 0). Nobody picks up the phone...IN CUSTOMER SERVICE...phone has been ringing now for 20 minutes straight!!! (7/6/21)

So much is not stocked currently and the majority of check outs are selfcheck and do not accept cash payment.

They had 2 registers open with at least 10 carts behind me . There where several staff walking around the store that did not appear to be doing anything,, one of them even jocking about the line stated hope none of you have ice cream in your cart . Why wouldnt someone get a manager to open another register. So disappointed, we had not been to a Walmart since Covid and now I have not plan on returning . Seriously done with Walmart.
