Went in to get a simple repair on my girlfriends glasses. Just a missing screw. Called a few days before and the lady we spoke to said bring them in anytime to replace the screw. Arrive today and Garrett informa us that he isnt allowed to and that only the eye doctor can repair. I know this is a lie because of what the lady told us on the phone and Ive gotten my glasses fixed before without the eye doctor present. Just plain lazy
This was the most fun Ive had at an eye appointment. There are real people there, with real care for what they do, and they laughed at my terrible jokes. I appreciate their humor and dedication. Thanks for a safe and proper time 🤙🏼
Everyone was real friendly and the Dr was probably the best eye Dr Ive ever seen. I was in and out in 45 min
Shelle ignored me as I stood waiting. I finally say, excuse me, I have an appointment. She doesn’t even look up and says she’s trying to watch her training video. She was rude and it was clear she didn’t want to help. When talking to me she was condescending and talked to me as if I was a child. I gave her no reason to be rude, it seems to be in her nature. The man I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and happy to help.
Husband and I were there recently, both to get regular and sunglasses. Very busy when we arrived at 10:00. I feel the department needs more staffing. The lady did her best, but did sound somewhat rude trying to direct everyone. Very happy with eye exam and the discussion with the doctor. Seemed to take some time when ordering the glasses, but overall a good experience if you are patient. Never had issues with the quality of glasses Ive purchased there. I dont want to pay 600 bucks for two pair, so Ill continue to use Walmart.
The female doctor is very friendly but, most of her staff needs replaced. Starting with the manager. I have 4 family members who I’ve taken here and all of us have gotten the wrong prescription at least once. Glasses or contacts. I was given someone else’s contacts twice. When I called to address this issue with the manager or other staff members they argued that I was wrong until I returned the contacts to the manager. She looked them up and seen that they were not mine did not even apologize. Just threw them in the trash and rolled her eyes. I have been waiting over 6 months for my daughters contacts with no contact from them at all. No calls, no follow up, no anything. I have called multiple times to check in on them. When I try to address the constant issues the staff couldn’t care less. God forbid I try to walk in and handle the issues and I will be sitting and waiting at least 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledges me. I now have to take myself and other family members to another eye doctor. And pay out-of-pocket to have all of our exams done. Contact and lenses. Because Walmart vision center does not find it important enough to get us the correct prescriptions. If you are considering this location please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Ive been trying to get contacts for 6 months plus now. The script I ordered and payed out of pocket for were completely blurry. Talked with staff 4 times in the period of 3 weeks to resolve issue. Its not resolved.Staff is polite. But was hoping to have this issue resolved months ago.
The staff are very polite but I was there for a while. There were a lot of customers and they were trying their best to get to everyone.

DO NOT GO HERE ITS HORRIBLEArrived to pick up my glasses and was laughed at and told they could not give them to me yet bc the lady from the night before didnt leave key and my glasses were locked up. I shopped for 15 mins and returned as told to and still no key. Told to sit and wait. Ive drove 20 min to be treated rudely by disorganized staff. I will not return...horrible service!
I dont know if something has changed since all the negative reviews but I was in and out in less than 40min. As soon as I got there they took me back for exam. My glasses only took 3 days to come in and the girls are always polite.
Had vision check and lady said my vision got better. Which is odd because I feel it got worse and said something during aplointment. When glasses arrived the right eye was more then blurry. They told me where them a week and call back if not better. Ummm no its not better. They also argued with me and trying everything not to fix. I made a complaint with my insurance.

My appt. was for 4:00. I left work early to be on time. when I got there the place was crawling with customers. I went to the back where 2 people were waiting. One was called to exam room when I got there. I asked the other one when was her appt. She said..... 3. I filled out my paper work and Michelle took it. While I was waiting another 3 or 4 people came in. I knew I was to be next when called, but when they called another person I told the exam dr. that I had a 4:00 appt. They couldnt find my paper work anywhere. Michelle needs to find another job. I wont be back.
WAITED AN HOUR JUST TO BUY CONTACTS. WORSE PLACE EVER. I NEVER DO REVIEWS BUT IM SO PISSED IT BS. WHEN I FIRST GOT HERE THERE WAS ONE OF THERE PERSON INFRONT OF ME AND TWO PEOPLE WORKING UPFRONT. FIRWT ONE HELPED GUYS INFRONT OF ME OTHER IGNORED ME AND ANSWERED PHONE CALL. THE PERSON CALLED AFTER I GOT THERE.
